excellent service, great quality

can't fault the delivery - arrives piping hot, the driver is nice and charming. the pizza (Margherita) is just boring, however. can't really taste the cheese and there's too much sauce in my opinion. it's definitely fresh and i can see why people like it, but for me the cheese is just meh.

Great pizzas, the only place I now use for takeaway pizza.

Myself and my Daughter ordered 2 medium sub express rolls via Uber eats today 7th October I ordered a traditional roll on wholemeal and specifically specified NO olives When the roll arrived it should have had on it Turkey beef ham lettuce tomato red onion and cheese and then topped off with Ranch Dressing The roll arrived with no beef tomato red onion and the ham itself was minimal and looked like it had been sitting a week as was very very dry the cheese was set into the dressing which was also disappointing and then finally you guessed it they had fully loaded it with black olives I have to say this is one of the worst rolls I have ever had and when we contacted Uber to complain they said all they could do was offer us £2.50 refund for the missing beef !!! I find this level of customer service to be absolutely disgusting in view of the fact they messed up the whole order My Daughters roll was also not to standard and nothing was done She also sent them photographs would definitely NOT recommend Sub Express in Hampton We paid over £18 for the two rolls and would have expected more AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I live 1 mile away from restaurant but still 60 mins to deliver when advertised was 30 mins. Ridiculous.

Traditional Sub large.. it is very large! Nicely toasted and arrived hot. Well packaged, on time and quality ingredients. 1st time trying and would order again! Delicious!

I recently dined at Sub Express Hampton and ordered the creamy sauce with smoked salmon and fusilli. The dish was a pleasant surprise! The creamy sauce was rich and well-balanced, not too heavy but still indulgent. I had The Don 10” pizza on my last visit and it was sooo good it inspired me to make my own as I couldn’t believe with simple fresh ingredients things just go to the next level! Needless to say I’m back at the restaurant as my efforts.. er… well it’s harder than I thought to make the best pizza ever- and these guys really know about creating the perfect pizza

My food was never delivered, I really am a big fan of sub xpress and it’s never been bad once. It’s strange it’s never arrived but they are really good in my opinion otherwise from this experience.

Your food is fantastic. Teach the delivery people to apologise for the delay or adjust delivery times... its infuriating

First time I order from Sub Xpress and loved it. Although the drink was not cold, but it's ok. really nice T.B.G and meatballs . good job on delivering, even though I preferred they call me instead of knocking the door as I live in a share house, except for that everything good. thanks

Delivery guy was lovely but food not so much unfortunately. Pizzas were overdone and chicken overcooked so very tough and dry but then under cooked hard wedges . Think I’ll stick to the subs in future.

BANGIN subs everytime, great value for money, honestly no complaints. the bread is so good.

Pizza is always delicious from here. I would just recommend rewording the desserts from cookies to cookie as you only get one which was misleading. Won't stop me ordering again though.

Perfect pizza like always, this is only place I'm buying pizzas, ever since I tryed it few years ago.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Delivered an hour after they stated it had already been delivered on the app. Then had the audacity to lie and say they called and tracked the order, which is not the case at all. Really poor attitude from them. And you can see this in their responses to reviews on JustEat. Negative reviews are meet with a condescending comment, with an attempt to blame it on the customer for their own failing. Plus the food was poor at best.

Tasty pizza and subs. Dessert pizza was a little stale/overcooked. Subs aren't as filled as they used to be, but still very tasty. Delivery times aren't the best but I'm a little out of Hampton.

So I have to put that they got my order wrong (this has never happened before). However how quickly they got it sorted and the Amazing quality of the food (as per usual) this gets a 5 star rating every time. The traditional sub has been a favourite of my for 10 years easily!!

Ordered for 20:30 delivery, arrived at 19:20. Really poor!!

Normally our food from here is brilliant. This time was disappointing . We had wedges, these were cold and hard and very undercooked. The chicken strips we had were not brilliant either.

Really bellow average food. Grabbed the carbonara for takeaway. They gave me this really soupy sauce in a container on the side. Really weird way of serving it. The sauce tasted nothing like a carbonara should taste like. I think they might have added mustard to it. - really weird flavour. I’m not expecting fancy italian meat, but least of my expectations were that it would have bacon. No. It’s just really cheap cubed cooked ham. Also they are charging £1 extra for the tiniest tub of parmesan - which i thought was just part of the meal itself. Only to realise i’ve been upselled. £9.45 in total for this is ludicrous.

Walked in to the counter, gentleman called Gustavo greeted us straight away with a big smile. He took our order and made sure we were happy with what we were going to purchase. I have to say their tuna melt sub is so good. Thankyou for making our first experience beautiful.

Paper cardboard circles on the pizza. Glad I didn’t actually eat this, This is my go to but unfortunately this time there was chicken covered most of the don pizza which it’s not supposed to. Didn’t want to eat much of it after that as the chicken is really bad tasting.

Driver was polite on time and prompt, couldn't ask for better service. Food was incredible especially during lunchtime rush. 10/10

My experiences at the sandwich bar have consistently been very good. The woman at the sandwich counter is always friendly and never gets my order wrong, the rest of the staff are pleasant. My go-to choice is typically a sub; I've yet to try their pasta or pizza. I absolutely love their freshly prepared yogurt and fruit smoothies, especially refreshing on warmer days. I reccomend banana & strawberry. While some have suggested improving the variety of drinks and snacks, I find it convenient that Tesco is nearby, offering more suited options should I wish. Super convienent as you can also park in Tesco for free or walk if you're local in Hampton.

I’m never coming again. Me and my mum came here because the cafe was shut and we wanted to eat, I’m not eating for the rest of my life. My mum was very clear about my picky self not wanting anything extra in my tuna mayo, just tuna and mayo. Please explain why my tuna was yellow, and tasted vile. It had lumps in it, which we assume was sweetcorn, but there was also something else in it I can’t quite put my finger on. I took one bite and now feel sick, forced my mum to eat the rest, and she claims she’ll never get over it. I don’t think she will. See image below. The ham and cheese toastie wasn’t so bad, but the ham and cheese were rather cheap and dry: maybe that’s your jam I shall not judge. On the other hand, the service wasn’t as awful. The lady that served us was nice, but just gave us a cup and told us to fill it up…. Where?? 🤨 Once we had found the water-filler, we took a look at the buttons, there were two buttons that said stop, none that said start. Consider eating somewhere else :)

Love love the sandwiches. I wouldn't recommend pasta tho. The Italian and Mesquite Chicken 😍 highly recommend. You can easily get inside through two sides of the shopping centre. I wouldn't take anyone for a date here but quick breakfast is alright.

The garlic bread was good. Was expecting the thin sliced Potato skins, oh well. The carbonara sauce was terrible and the bacon felt like it was from a microwaveable meal.

Food was nice but the delivery was very late.

The order was placed at 12:27 and arrived at 14:59 it was supposed to arrive at 13:25 way too long of a wait wasn’t still warm as it should of been and usually is

These are hands down the best pizzas I’ve ever had outside of Rome. They are consistently so good and fresh. Always recommend you guys to anyone I know.

Delivery time was ridiculous. Missed the first delivery time, got a new one when I said the ordered hadn’t arrived yet. Also missed the second delivery time by a good 30 minutes. Requested money back through the app which was declined and the note from the restaurant stated they were busier than usual. I fail to see how that is my problem. Horrific service which is a shame as the food is always good from here. Order placed at 18:07, pizza arrived at 19:56.

The scrambled egg was gross, the bacon was under cooked and the roll was soggy. The only upside was the delivery driver was lovely

Called the restaurant multiple times to be told traffic was the issue, finally an hour later the delivery driver told me they forgot to make it!! Wow

The garlic cheese bread was dripping in grease and the dough was obviously not fresh. The sub was also wet and the bread was dry. I have ordered from here before and it is usually better quality.

I ordered the don pizza, the dough was tasty and light and the toppings were of a much higher quality than dominoes and pizza hut, cheaper too! The piri piri sauce is made fresh and is VERY good. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have ordered from here a few times and every time I order my order is wrong. Can people not read a simple request when making food. And when you call back to complain staff are rude and tell you to take out what you didn't want on your food. I will not be ordering from here again.

My first time ordering and it was delivered on time and it was very good. My only criticism is that I would have liked to make my own sub with my own ingredients. Or be able to edit the subs on offer. Because I couldn’t find a sub that I wanted 100%.

Ordered the Quattro Formaggi Pizza, although the picture and description showed basil leaves, it didn’t come with any. Also the price was significantly highly than what was shown on the board despite this the pizza itself was delicious, the best take away pizza I’ve had in a long time, a little greasy but was to be expected with all the cheese toppings lol. Waiting time wasn’t too long and the staff were very polite and smiley. Since looking on the website would have been nice to have signs in store about the available pizza offers

Food was a little cold but the portions are always generous and taste good.

I normally enjoy the food from here,but today it was absolutely atrocious, pizza was totally covered in oil top and bottom to the point that it is inedible. I ordered extra anchovies at a cost of £4.95 could not even find any, was basically told my choice of topping made the pizza oily. The cheese and bacon potato skins also looked like they had been cooked numerous times. Very disappointing!!!

Specifically asked and tick the time . No ! Food arrived 20 min earlier !!Not 5 , 20 !! When I told the delivery person that he is too early he then said if he didnt deliver now he would have been late ! What ?? You Pay extra charge for delivery yet your chosen time is completely ignored . This resulted in having to eat cold food! Food delicious unfortunately due to not following the requested delivery time wont be ordering from there again .

Very nice and delicious subs. Made my order to collect by mistake. When I realised that and made a call, I was nicely informed that drivers will deliver only in 2 hours and will be charged (obviously). I told ok, because I don't drive and have no option to come and pick my order. In literally less than half an hour, I received my order, still warm. Thank you!!

The large sub sandwiches are MASSIVE and delicious. This is one of the best places to get lunch delivered in Peterborough!

SubXpress is my favourite local restaurant. They always cook such great food. First time getting delivery as opposed to going into the restaurant, but it was friendly and timely delivery. Brilliant food and good service. Will definitely order again.
