Poor service. Booked table last week and it was confirmed for valentines day (received confirmation e-mail) and today received cancellation e-mail. ONE DAY BEFORE VALENTINE'S DAY!! Absurd and unacceptable. Never booking table here again :)

Ordered a ferrero rocher milkshake. Absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t taste a single FR. They’ve put nuts in their and chocolate and slapped the lid on it Shake was way too milky not enough ice cream. Even the ice cream tasted like it was from an iceland ice cream box. My grandma does a better job!

I am appalled by the customer service I recieved from a member of staff at this restaurant.. there was an error in the delivery address so I called the restaurant to resolve the issue and I was subjected to a man giving me abuse. Additionally he was argumentative, rude and quite frankly nasty In the way he presented himself. I asked for his name and he wouldn't give me it, I've never had an issue before with this restaurant and I've always loved the food but his behaviour has deterred me from ordering from here again and I will not be recommending it no longer to my friends... when there is an issue you should try to resolve it and not blame the customer...

Service bad they stay like a statue no one asked how was the food nothing!! , table and seats dirty , no bill to see what u ordered , one share platter for 2 only meat with fries or rice? No salad no sause no breat 40£ ,it says salad sause chips or fried but actually not , ridiculous food not quality ridiculous spent money for what just to get angry with everything!

2 hours for delivery! Food all cold apart from the now luke warm salad that they stuffed in the same bag as the hot food! Driver rang as was a completely wrong address and restaurant claimed he was in heavy traffic and so they are liars as well as incompetent. Will not use again.

zero stars from I ordered and the food was cold not packed right the mocktail was given to me with straw in not sealed or packed food hygiene is very poor rang the place got shouted at and was very rude I have ring door bell footage to prove this all the driver was smoking blowing all on the food

Perfect hot quality food, never disappoints but widh the chips were homeade as that would just be the very best!

worst £40 spent ever… Wouldn't recommend such a rip off the meat tasted like soap… Half of it wasnt even cooked could taste Blood such a rip off for money would avoid at all costs also the cocktails were terrible It was full of syrup all you could tasty is full of sugar… Not worth the money for what you get!

The Food was amazing it’s Lovly place

Quality, consistency, presentation and service is always amazing. The food is always fresh and piping hot. Whenever we have family visiting this is the place we take them because the consistency is always on point.

I have ordered the grilled chicken for myself and my child, which unfortunately came not fully cooked. We have tried to get in touch with the restaurant however they have said sorry nothing we can do and you are the only one in 7years sending this complaint which is irrelevant to the situation,refund was not even an option. Very disappointing

Red velvet was a little dry , but all good.

Steak was over cooked could not eat

Honestly it's not that big of a deal because the driver is always so polite and its also a friday night so to be expected, I'm not actually fussed it was not in the time frame given but i wanted to give feedback that the website marked it as delivered before it actually was so I thought it had been given to the wrong address.

I already ordered from here a lot of times but today I had the worst experience! Received a call from the delivery guy saying that we can’t find the address we realized that we wasn’t on the correct place.. after a bit I explained him where was the correct place but unfortunately that took 30 mjnts more so when I receive my food everything was cold.. very kind and professional the delevery man

Excellent food the chicken fillet was juicy and spiced correctly the lamb chops were cooked well and flavoursome the rice was light and fluffy with there own unique flavour the chicken wings were cooked through properly but I didn’t find them that flavourful 8.5/10 would definitely order again excellent food excellent service

Food was okay but too salty, couldn’t stand that much salt so everything went into the bin. Waffle also was very hard, my kids didn’t enjoy it so went in a bin too. Very disappointed about food quality and waste of money.

Was curious with the 3 stars! Checked out the reviews, some good, some bad but ordered Spaghetti Bolognese, chips, Hummus & Bread, Halloumi Cheese bits and traditional Fudge Tart (BIG FT fan). Big portion sizes, quick delivery and friendly, and being honest it was all very good food - And the Fudge Tart is probably one of the better ones I've had out of 5 I've tried in Peterborough, will be back for more of that! All in all, try somewhere new. Try look past the ratings, some are deserved, this one deserve more stars. Ordered quite late too, was happy to comply!

I said I'm allergic to sauces and you put sauce in the food. I am very disappointed..

Had to leave this review as had very poor customer service today. Always order from here and spend a lot but not again! No proper description on Uber so ordered prawns that had eyes which my daughter didn’t want to look at let alone eat. Had no idea it came like this. Called to say can I return and was going to say I’m happy to pay half of something else as there was no proper description or any way of knowing they’d be like this but staff was so Rude just said NO you can’t. Won’t be eating here again. Wouldn’t be so annoyed if the guy had at least spoken politely

We visited your restaurant for the first time, we came all the way from Coventry, your food is incredibly excellent, you have a great team, we were recommended only the best food you have on your menu, great credit goes to the staff, they are very friendly and always smiling. Food ribs was no cooked properly - can’t bite , too fat

The most extortionate prices for such mediocre food! How are you charging £10.00 for a chicken burger, £3.00 for a can of soft drink and £2.50 for a bottle of PLASTIC volvic water? When you ask for tap water it’s refused? What do you wash that ugly face with then Volvic no chance! You clearly don’t care about customer service and have no regard for competitive pricing because your income streams are probably many so you have little care for. A customer facing business!

Another tasty piece of Salmon & I never get bored of the delicious fudge tart & custard!! This restaurant really is one of the best in Peterborough. Always early & a nice friendly driver

Incredible food. Ordered via just eat and it came super quick and hot! Perfect after a long day at work. My only negative is that it comes with very weak plastic cutlery (would prefer wooden or something more solid) but the food flavour was amazing. Would order again!

Absolutely a joke. Spent £45 to get old lamb chops, mix grill that meat was reheated and not fresh and as a bonus we found a pasta in the meat that indicates to me that the food was old and mixed in our plate. Chips were cold and no salad. Definitely last time ordering from here

Food was amazing but delivery needs improvement. I asked not to knock because people were sleeping in the house (it was after 1am) and to call/text instead, and I asked for cotnactless delivery, letting them know I have covid. The driver came up to the door, knocked, and handed me the food directly. Basically ignored all instructions. Still gets 5 stars for awesome food but yeah, not the best delivery!

Best old skool pudding by far!

Dishes were fresh and tasty. The mushroom sauce was especially good! I had the grilled chicken breast which was very good. The chicken wings were flavourful if not slightly spicy for me (my spice ability is pretty low..). Definitely would order from them again.

Never had any issues always on point since they've opened.... only thing I could say is when the cakes are running low you guys need to get them in ASAP.. THEY TASTY 😋

Poor shisha, poor food, poor customer service, management enjoy talking down on minors and younger customers when they've got a valid point and love to call their "valued" customers liars. If you love your shisha soapy, your food cold, and your younger family members being belittled and shouted at for voicing a valid and respectful opinion, by all means visit this place... Manager has a clear ego problem and loves to remind everyone, including his Staff and customers, that he is a gangster... Better of spending your money on your own shisha and ordering a take out, shameful lounge staining peterborough!

Great meal family enjoyed it. Very nicely cooked lamb chops with generous portions of everything, very filling meal. All cooked perfectly, highly recommend it.

First of all, we traveled from Cambridge to visit this lounge. There were 12 of us, along with kids who were 16 and over, and our plan was to enjoy Shisha while having food. However, they rejected us and insisted that the kids must eat inside the restaurants, while all the adults are allowed to go to the back. Unhappy with this, we decided to try our luck again and informed them that if the kids couldn't sit and eat in the lounge, we would leave. The assistant manager, whose English proficiency was poor, then took one of us upstairs and offered a private room for £250, Moreover, he promised that if our total bill exceeded £250, he would deduct that amount, making it an attractive proposition. With this offer, we thought it was a good idea and agreed to proceed. As a result, we all opted for mix grills to reach the £250 spending mark. Unfortunately, the food we received was disappointing, as it was served cold and didn't taste very nice. Despite this, we ordered plenty of drinks to meet the spending requirement, anticipating that we would only pay for the Shisha, food, and drinks. However, our high hopes were shattered when we discovered that the assistant manager had misled us. The Shisha we ordered, priced at £15 each, was charged at an inflated rate of £25 each. Furthermore, the promised deduction of £250 from the venue fee didn't materialize; instead, they only subtracted £150. Consequently, our total bill skyrocketed to £410, leaving us feeling scammed and deceived. Frustrated by this situation, we attempted to negotiate the price and voice our complaints about their unethical practices. Nevertheless, the manager emerged and adamantly insisted that we pay £420. We explained that the assistant manager had assured us otherwise, but he refused to believe our account. Instead, he shifted the blame onto us, claiming that we should have used common sense and understood their poorly explained terms. Adding to the distress, when one of the younger kids threatened to leave a negative review based on the terrible experience, the situation escalated with the manager trying to pick a fight. Throughout the entire encounter, both the manager and the assistant manager continued to spout nonsense and lie, attempting to deflect responsibility and hold us accountable for their miscommunication. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this place due to the unpleasant experience. The only redeeming aspect was the lady who served us, although she did forget a few drinks.

Poor management, dishonesty towards customers, and shifting blame for there mistakes. Serving cold food and charging £10 extra when you order an £15 pipe. Never coming here again.

Really tasty food and excellent service. The only thing that let it down for me ever so slightly, is the music playing in the background was a bit too loud. Also note, they only accept cash. So make sure you go with a fist full of dollars. 😉

The best Fudge tart ever! So tasty and the pastry is so good too, takes me right back to school days with this pudding. Gutted the cornflake tart wasn’t available as I’m a fan of that too 🤗 So thank you very much 🫶🏼
