We have used this company for birthdays over the pandemic and they have been absolutely brilliant. Staff are so lovely and helpful and great prices! Really made a special birthday treat. Highly recommended!

This year I decided to treat my 2 Daughters, partner and my 5 Grandchildren to something different rather than an Easter egg and I couldn't have chosen better than Noviellos ice-cream it was amazing,Not only the ice cream trays but the hot puddings too and it was even delivered right outside their doors especially for them.I will most certainly be booking again.

Fab ice cream service. We booked for a child’s party in august 2020 as a special treat after the rubbish yet. The kids had so much choice to choose from, they loved every minute of it

I’m not sure if you’re aware that there is an area called highfield and a lot of streets off the main roads with children. Or do they only do events?

I live in highfield and did not hear let alone see any iceream vans all summer, I’ve only ever seen these vans when I’m driving myself, better coverage is needed.

I had my first Chai Latte at Carluccio’s in Sainsbury’s. The Chai Latte was excellent, and the cherry blondie delicious. Staff were friendly snd very helpful. However, I do wish they would keep the same hours as the store, so I can enjoy a latte whenI shop early.

26 High StreetOn arrival, our table wasn't ready. We were not asked if we had allegeries. We did my husband has a nut allergy and was not given the menu for it. Then the food came the salmon was not cooked I sent it back then a waiter came back with and didn't understand why I sent it back eventually I got a cooked salmon

105 Luton RoadA fairly empty Sunday night.. only one other table. Took 45 minutes to get drinks(only after asking). Food a good hour and 15 mins after ordering. Staff very disinterested and unapologetic. Fairly disappointed with vege choices.
