Sean was very polite and kind the food was lovely and fresh and it was quick coming out

Very nice experience. I had lunch with my girlfriend today and i was impressed with how professional and friendly the staff is there. A shoutout to Karolina, she took care of us and made sure everything is perfect. The food was delicious as well and not too pricey. Definitely going back!

We came here for the first time and we cannot fault anything. Even my daughter loved the Macaroni Cheese which she is very fussy about. Would highly recommend.

Had quite a wait, despite booking, but the food, service & staff were excellent (& so apologetic). It was worth the wait.

How to describe the food.... it tastes like childhood. The pasta was soo good it was gone in 5 mins. The garlic fingers were also very very good. I would eat here again.

Terrible service. Attended last night as birthday meal and it was so unorganised. The lady waitress couldn’t handle doing one thing at a time. We weee there for 30 mins before we have even got our drinks. She didn’t even serve us the drinks, left them on the tray on the table next to us and then my partner had to serve us! Other diners was obviously frustrated with the lack of attention. The food arrived after a long wait and even the kitchen staff made this waitress aware that we were sat waiting for 30 mins for our mains! I have been before and never had such poor service.

The combination of flavors is simply perfect.

Great st paddy birthday bash I had a two course set meal and drink. There was 9 of us for the celebration, food was served quickly and hot, the lemon ice cream was delicious. A wonderful afternoon 🌄

Service staff are great people, food delivery is slow, for main usually waiting 30 mins after entree. Then they served only 2 of 3 pizzas, waited 40 mins for my pizza. Offered free drink which then wasn't delivered whilst eating my meal, was put in the drinks queue to never arrive. Got my pizza off the bill, but too busy to manage food is a poor fail for a restaurant.... need to sort this stuff out... thinking of putting Zizzi on my black list if establishments to never return to...

Great experience tonight. Very busy but we were able to get in and be seated quickly. Our server Tyreese, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu- made some great recommendations! Will definitely be coming back ☺️

Eda the young lady that provided our service tonight is a shining example of a fantastic employee and was a really wonderful delight that looked after us so well. My friend is gluten intolerant and felt that her needs were really looked after it’s my first time at Zizzi and I will be back and recommend it to many friends and family.

Excellent service from Eda helping me make gluten free choices which was really useful for me as someone with Coeliac disease. Eda was very friendly and is an asset to Zizzi and the gluten free choices were excellent.

Lovely restaurant, have visited other branches of Zizzis before but was particularly impressed by the two friendly and attentive members of staff, Nadine and Bartek (sorry if I got any names wrong). The food came quickly and was delicious, I thoroughly recommend the vegan rainbow lasagne. Nice atmosphere, felt really welcome and would definitely visit again. Great place!

My friends and I had a wonderful dinner and the waiter was very charismatic and cute- we were very impressed with his serving skills. 10/10 would come again.

Food was lovely, the manager Charlie was amazing making sure we were looked after as a large group and sorting me out with my allergies. The service was a bit slow but to be fair it was only her and her young colleague at front of house; they did a brilliant job and waived our drinks because of the service length. Charlie and her team did an amazing job with staff shortages and cannot fault their work. Thank you

good food but it took nearly an hour longer than the initial delivery time.

We were in a mood for a pizza and Zizzi didn't let us down. It was really good (thin dough, good cheese, crunchy edges). I was pleasantly surprised by both vegetarian and vegan options. The staff was funny and kind. The prices were appropriate to the location around 25-30£. I gave only 4 stars, because of the toilets. They were dark and not very clean.

We went here to celebrate a family birthday, we were very disappointed by the level of noise within the restaurant you couldn't hear what the folk in your party was saying. Also we asked for someone to bring our bill 3 times before it appeared. I would not recommend this to family & friends.

Had a table booked sent away to come back later which we done as they were busy and still never got in waited one hour so went elsewhere disgusting service after booking

We had a bit of a wait for our booked table and it was a little bit cramped but Stelica and his team went very far out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Once we were seated the service was great and the food was lovely even though they were so busy - we had a very nice evening. Thank you Stelica, Charlotte, bartek, Leyla and angela 🙂
