Boxing Day lunch was so good ant the staff so attentive we came back for tea later in the day Told them we were in a rush for the pictures the male manger stated we’d get shoehorned in and out all we’d have to do is pick up the check when we felt like it on the QR code saving us more time He wasn’t wrong and the whole team looked like regardless being at work on a day for family they seemed like they were with family Highly recommend this Zizzi over any other pizza / pasta restaurant in town. We will be returning

My visit was great. We have ordered classic Margherita and rainbow lasagne which is a vegetarian option of a classic dish. It's new on the menu and it's worth a try. For me it was delicious. Fantastic service provided by Ornela just added value to the whole experience (thank you - you are a star). The restaurant's location is another bonus especially when the weather is good because it's with the view for the river. The area is inviting and very nice. I am sure I will come back.

Visited last week and had the pleasure of being served by Amy. Her service was fantastic! She guided us through the menu and gave excellent recommendations. We ended up trying the slow-cooked pork ragu and the casareccia pollo picante—both dishes were incredible. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this place for an amazing dining experience!

Possibly the worst Zizzis I have ever eaten at or ordered from. Cheesecake was put in container upside down and was placed in bag with all hot food so had melted. Sauce from chicken went all oven everything and ruined chips. Everything was placed on top of pizza box which completely crushed it and made inedible. Also did not receive dips. Complete waste of money. Won’t order from here again.

When food arrived it had spilled out of its containers all over the inside of the courier’s bag. He admitted that it was his fault. Most of the food was inedible.

Very expensive for what it is. Calamari was mostly batter with very thin octopus slices. The pizza was pretty ordinary. But the drinks prices were outrageous!!! 2 glasses of wine and one beer was £25!!!!!! Over £80 for a very ordinary meal. Staff were efficient and friendly.

We still managed to get a table for 2 not having booked in advance on a Saturday night. We had a wonderful meal just before going to the cinema. Our waiter, Cam was very helpful and attentive.

food always arrives hot, full of flavour. the bolognase loaded fries are my favourite. they have a fantastic menu always lots to choose from. driver always polite and friendly.

Delivery time was ok but I was missing one item from the order and the rest of the food was stone cold. Portion size for the cost is also ridiculous. I don’t mind paying for good food but this was definitely not that. My first and last time ordering from here..

Me and my husband only get one day a week off work with eachother; so we came here…first time and will definitely be back was absolutely lovely and Ewelina was a great host 😊 looking forward to coming back

He estado llevando a mis amigos y familiares al restaurante Bedford Zizzi, ya que constantemente hemos tenido buenas comidas a precios razonables, pero más aún, debido al servicio absolutamente brillante que hemos recibido. La comida siempre es consistentemente de primera clase, delicioso y caliente. También parece que hemos construido una buena relación con el personal y como tal, me sentí obligado a encomiar a los miembros del personal que han hecho que nuestra experiencia gastronómica sea aún más memorable. Tanto Grant como Ewelina han demostrado constantemente un enfoque de servicio al cliente que no estaría fuera de lugar en un restaurante de alta cocina, y han demostrado que irán mucho más allá para hacer que nuestra visita sea excepcional. Ellos se acercan a mí y mi familia siempre nos deja con la impresión de que no pudieron hacer lo suficiente para hacer que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor, y eso es exactamente lo que hacen, al igual que la comida. This feedback relates to my experience during the past 5 visits to the Bedford Zizzi over the past few months. I’ve been taking my friends and family to the Bedford Zizzi restaurant as we’ve consistently had good meals at reasonable prices, but more so, because of the absolutely brilliant service we’ve received. The food is always consistently first class, delicious and hot. It would also appear that we’ve built up quite a good rapport with the staff and as such, I felt compelled to commend the staff members that have made our dining experience all the more memorable. Both Grant and Ewelina have consistently demonstrated a customer service approach that would not be out of place in a fine dining restaurant, and shown that they’ll go far and beyond to make our visit exceptional. They’re approach to me and my family always leaves us with the impression that they couldn’t do enough to make our experience the best, and that, is exactly what they do, as does the food. Therefore, I’d like to say a big thank you and well done to Grant and Ewelina, and of course, the chefs and the rest of the team. They're a credit to Zizzi, so we say; keep up the great work! Erick (the waiter) was a delight. He looked after us really well. Thank you! The garlic pizza with mozzarella was absolutely incredible. My only criticism is that it was just a bit chilly in the restaurant. Would have liked it to be slightly warmer!

This feedback relates to my experience during the past 3 visits to the Bedford Zizzi over the past few months. On Friday 15/11/24, I attended the Bedford Zizzi restaurant with a close work colleague of mine as I’d convinced him that we would get a good meal for a reasonable price. Both of us were left somewhat impressed with the way that we were served by Andreea. So impressed that I wish to provide this commendation because this is the third time I’ve been served by Andreea over the past few months, and it would appear that her customer service skills are not only consistent throughout, but also, absolutely brilliant. Andreea left us with the impression that she couldn’t do enough to make our experience a good one, and that, is exactly what she achieved. I came to Zizzi’s yesterday, and it was wonderful. I was served by Amy and she was really kind and took time to speak to customers whilst serving everyone.
