The staff were extremely friendly. The food was delicious. We were served by Erick and he was amazing. I am celiac and he made sure to look after me, it is one of the few places I feel safe and comfortable with my allergies.

Food was fantastic, service was appalling. Unfortunately we accidentally left a bag behind and when we called to see if it had been found we were told it wasn't there. We then returned to the restaurant to look for ourselves and we were actively ignored and told to come back tomorrow to find out if it had been found. We knew it was left there and had to argue for 20 mins for them to suddenly discover it had been found and was in a cupboard. Staff need to communicate with each other and when dealing with a potential theft it should be taken seriously and not tell people to calm down all the while not actually doing anything to help the situation.

Visited on Saturday evening and the team were amazing very present with customers and had a great energy as a team always checking on each other and having a laugh We then cam on Sunday lunch and some familiar faces from the previous night and there was no difference in service. Spot on

Visited on a Saturday evening. Had a lovely Server called Bella. She was very nice and accommodating. Food was delicious. Tasted fresh and was hot. Did have the kids starters missing but was taken off the bill which I largely appreciate. One of the male managers wasn’t as accommodating but I put it down to how busy the restaurant was. Overall was a great family friendly dining experience.

Chairs are very uncomfortable, they are too small...but booth is good New menu options are good.

I recently visited Zizzi in Bedford for my first ever solo meal, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Amy, my server, was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable, which was especially important as I was a bit nervous dining alone. I have a gluten allergy, and Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. She was knowledgeable about the gluten-free options on the menu and made sure that everything was prepared safely for me. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful experience into a truly enjoyable one. Thank you, Amy, for making my solo dining experience so special. I'll definitely be back!

Nice place to have lunch after a long walk along the river. The food is delicious, you don't have to wait long. The coffee is also of good quality. Despite my poor knowledge of the English language, we quickly understood what each dish would contain. The servants are young people, active.

Came to zizis with a group of 19 teenagers without a reservation and they were still able to accommodate us. Amy our waitress was outstanding she handled all of us so amazingly well even amidst the confusions when splitting the bill.

we went in on a Friday night and asked if they could do 18 people with 10 mins notice and they said yes! The table was ready in 2 mins and we had one waitress AMY WE LOVE YOU she was so patient and service was so quick !

Had a brilliant grand sharing plate. It was a scrumptious garlic bread based pizza with black truffle salami. The rosemary fries bounced across the taste buds in a gastronomic delight. The paprika snacks for the cinema were an added delight 😊 Thank you. Best restaurant in Bedford!

Great place to eat, quiet and just by the river. We visited on a Saturday evening when it was super busy but found a table easily, food arrived speedily and the service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff to answer questions and to assist which is always valuable too! And some gluten free options for those who need them!
