Went as a party of 3. We ordered 2 strawberry sparklers and a raspberry and mint drink. We have been at Zizzis before so we knew what to expect with these drinks, however the drinks were made with a water and tasted extremely bland. We made a complaint and the staff didn’t handle it well, instead of helping the member of staff insisted we were wrong and he followed the recipe. In the end we swapped for water. Additionally one of our starters was missing after ordering 2 of the same chicken starters, we didn’t bother saying anything as our mains were just about to arrive. Then the pizzas were burnt and the pasta dish ordered was on the cold side. Finally the staff were touching each other (lifting eachother up physically, hugging excessively infront of the kitchen) which is extremely unprofessional and we all felt uncomfortable while eating. At the end the drinks we were unsatisfied with were added to our bill but were removed by the staff. A really disappointing experience as I have been there many times and is normally a positive experience.

We had an amazing time celebrating our 10-year anniversary! The food was incredible, and the service was top-notch. Eric, our server, went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. He made sure everything was perfect and we couldn’t be more grateful. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable!

The starters were a bit disappointing, mushrooms on toast v soggy. But thr carbonara was tasty. Nice glass of Montepulciano red wine. Service was good and Manager v helpful

Our son has multiple food allergies and we love coming here and today was no different the manager talked me through the ordering process for allergies and all food was labelled and bought out separately . They take it all very seriously which is really comforting. Erick served us throughout our meal and was funny and attentive without being over the top. I’d highly recommended a visit especially if you have allergies and want a safe place to dine

The place is lovely. We were served by Fia. She did her best to keep our evening as smooth as possible. All the food came to us hot, and without mistake. The only complaint I have is that we were told we could order online from our table to quicker service. It took 3 hours to get through a 3 course meal, between 2 people. The place was also quite empty, so it wasn’t a back up of a busy restaurant. We found we had long time between our food coming out, and empty plates being taken. Despite the atmosphere being comforting, the length it took our food to come out put us off from wanting to go back if we have other plans. Absolutely recommended for evenings without other plans, and for amazing, high quality service and good food. Thank you Fia for your amazing service!!

I came here with my parents, they're were new to Zizzi and the manager helped us order and even gave my Dad a free drink when he ordered a drink he didn't like. Sapna was great and we loved talking to her. The food was great too!

The staff are exceptionally helpful, kind and prompt. The food is of excellent quality and the service matches that, always a pleasure coming back here, a gem in the area truly. I once had a medical need for the bathroom, even without purchase staff gladly helped. After a difficult day it was truly appreciated. If you have any allergies, alternative needs/medical needs, you are for sure to be accommodated. the manager is extremely kind & courteous as well. Definitely recommend for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because. You will not be disappointed :))

Came to Zizzi Bedford for lunch and the service was next to none in the town. They were launching specials and they were doing some trial runs and gave us some on the house!! It was amazing as if we were VIPs getting a shoe in on a new launch Bear and Ewalina were amazing , from making sure to show off the new specials to ensuring the kitchen team were trained on something to do with an iPad We will be back as next door is opening a new restaurant too this week looks like we will have a weekly routine now Thanks team

The food was great and so were the drinks.The service Bear provided from start to finish was outstanding; It's not easy to find a waiter who knows how to keep the jokes flowing without being cringey. (Take the blue pill Bear... it gets better) (Matrix, not real drugs).

Had the most amazing birthday meal, the customer service from Cam was beyond fantastic! He made sure that we were looked after without being overbearing. Engaged with the little one and genuinely looked like he was loving his job. Drinks, starter, main and dessert were delicious and the best we've ever had at Zizzi. There was a slight issue with the bill but Cam spoke to the manager and it was sorted instantly. Cannot fault the service or food. Highly recommend a visit! Thank you Zizzi Bedford 😊 P. S. Whoever decides what happens at this branch please don't change the interiors - we love how it looks!

Disappointing pizza lacked toppings and flavour. Pretty expensive for what it is, would've been better getting a takeaway. Zizzis pizzas definitely used to be better than this

Brilliant service from Andrea & Bear Felt very welcomed & well looked after Would deffo come again.

We did not make a booking but was shown to a table very quickly. The waiter (Bair) was very friendly and personable considering how busy the restaurant was. Food turned up very quickly also and did not disappoint. Was delicious and hot!! We very much enjoyed our evening, we shall come again.

The female manager on Tuesday 18th Feb & the Male manager on the 20th Feb Thursday were both outstanding. The restaurant was busy but the service and quality of food was 10/10

An impromptu dinner having plugged my EV into a nearby charger.. Just a ‘walk in’ at a busy time of the evening but staff were brilliant and found us a table. Cam and Andrea were attentive and looked after the three of us, despite it being busy.! Food was hot, tasty and delivered quickly, so thanks to the kitchen team too.. Not my first visit, but I will be back again, as staff, food and service exceptional.. Well done all 👏
