I'm giving one start because the service was not good, the food was not worthy, because tasty awful, the guy with long hair keep starring at us and we was not felt comfortable, not going there again regret it

It was really nice here and the service was good too, very nice staff. The crepes were nicely served and tasted amazing, the whipped cream was very good. The ice-cream was tasty too and nicely served. The cheese cake was also great. Good tea and coffee. 100% recommend this place, we had a very good day!!

One of the most dirtiest shop ever in Bedford, the guy was touching his hair and then cutting the banana with that hairy hands and, also I had hair in my coffee, I would not recommend this place to anyone to visit,

Friendly Staff, Great Service and Food was very nice

Several visits to the place, each next one is worse than the previous. Place is loud, not because of the people, but the music. They can't even hear you placing the order and ended up with things I didn't order. Quality wise okay, but I didn't find the place pleasant for the last couple of times.

It's just ok, I cannot say they have great icecream or I'm looking forward to return. But if you are looking to refresh yourself why not.

If you like a very small and expensive cone, severed by a grumpy young man with attitude, then this is for you! Not us, we won't be back.

This was the worst food and service I have ever had. We ordered the English breakfast which comes with hash browns. This took around half an hour to arrive, and when it arrived it came with sausages instead of hash browns. I asked the waiter where the hash browns were and he said they had none left so they supplemented it with sausages. We are not vegetarians but if we were, this would be hugely concerning. Common courtesy would be to tell us this. The sausages itself were from a tin and tasted awful.The toast was not toasted, or even buttered. We asked for butter & they said they didn’t have any! The eggs were over cooked and rubbery. We also found a fly in our drink. Needless to say, we barely touched our food. The waiter knew there was an issue but didn’t bother coming over to ask. Disgusting food, service and hygiene. Avoid this place!

This is hugh place serving varieties of Gelato ice cream, Sundaes etc. We were here to celebrate granddaughter success in school final year exam. We had brownie, chocolate chip cookie dough, Ferrero Rocher waffle. Each one was yummy.

food is always good, i think it can be a little pricey but idk what goes into making the food. Worth coming here for a sweet meal

The staff have no understanding of allergies, even with a sign which said to ask if you need to know about allergens. I asked if the sprinkles that were all over the bubblegum ice cream were gluten free for my daughter and the manager just said he doesn't know then carried on his phone call. I had a very disappointed little girl that felt very unwanted due to this. Wouldn't come back!

We went in for breakfast. We were the only customers in there. My wife and daughter had pancakes and I had omelette , toast, sausage and beans. It was quite a long wait which wasn't a problem. But the pancakes were stone cold and one of them was absolutely swimming in golden syrup. My omelette breakfast was warm (not hot). I could perhaps understand if the place was busy. This was my first visit to the place and it will be the last

I didn't buy anything for here but was here with my group of friends they bought some food and shakes it is a friendly environment and its good for meeting up with people and so on 😇🙌🏽

The food and drinks were delicious, the staff themselves were courteous and friendly, 5/5 on those points. However the problem was near the end of our stay, some scruffy looking man (we believe he was the owner) just shambled in and started ordering staff members about (no pleases or thank yous, just NOW). He then disappeared for several minutes, and when he returned he put YouTube Music on the television with multiple songs that were uncensored with mature content & swear words, there were several children inside the shop at the time that could obviously hear it. Besides him it was a very pleasant visit.

come on a life skills trip with the pupils from our school and had fantastic experience. wonderful staff, very welcoming, helpful and very friendly. cope so well under pressure with the amount of us. highly recommended and will be coming back

Went with 10 of us for dessert and they kindly pushed 2 tables together so we didn’t have to sit in two groups without even being asked. Very friendly staff and the ice cream was delicious. Favourites were vanilla, pistachio and ferrero!

Rude customer service which is a shame as they have really nice desserts…my son asked for gelato dessert with marshmallows but unfortunately the one they sell is with strawberry flavoured scoop and my son doesn’t like it. I asked if we could change it for mango (this was never an issue in the past and my family is coming here since the opening) lady behind counter asked her colleague and said that it is not possible when I asked why she just repeated that it is not possible. Later I asked for an explanation and i was told that the wages are calculated of the desserts ordered…I said it doesn’t make any sense…than I was told that the price of different flavours is different and that they make mango flavour differently and is more expensive so I pointed out that you pay 3£ per scoop no matter the flavour so last thing I have heard was “this is the rule and I work here for two years” like that supposed to explain anything…very disappointing…

Delicious waffles, creb, and ice cream. The location and dining area is lovely. Staff are friendly, toilets are clean. We were a big party when we visited, three families about 15 persons, but some how they promptly managed to fit us all comfortably. Thank you!

I have been coming here for years and have all received great service. The prices are reasonable, the desserts are great and the service time is good too. Definitely a safe choice for desserts in Bedford.

Lovely food but let down by service. We entered the guy showed us to a table and gave us the menus then a lady came over told us to come to the counter to order and pay. Restaurants should be pay the bill at the end

Great dessert venue with excellent waffles and ice cream. The only issue I have is a self seating policy which when two people turn up they sit at a table for four which, when you turn up as a four....there's nowhere to sit. Staff are really helpful although I ordered two coffee's at the bar, the order wasn't read back and I obviously wasn't heard (so wasn't charged) but if I'd known, I would have made sure. Apart from that, a decent place.

Woeful service, you order one thing and you get something else. The service is also incredibly slow even when you are the only person in store.

Used to be a great place but last visit left me unpleasant experience. Pancakes were not tasty and coffee as well. Plus when you entering the Caffe, outside tables were full of older man smoking. Really made kids feel uncomfortable going through all this smoke. More like a yard by pub, not kids ice cream place

Poor. Asked for key lime pie and received lemon meringue pie. No carrot cake or Victoria sponge available, coffee inferior to cafe Nero or Costa. We will not return.

The food is delicious in there and I love how they decorated the place. Unfortunately they messed up my order when I went there so I have to give 4 stars but I totally recommend.

Came here first time ever. Due to COVID-19 situation staff took all measurements to keep all customers safe so you don’t need to be afraid to eat in. Quick and polite service with huge variety of delicious deserts and hot drinks. Definitely recommend 🌟

so firstly the ice cream is unforgettable it is the best ice cream I have ever tasted especially the sorbets but the staff can range to careless to enthusiastic to helpful unfortunately we encountered a careless worker who slid the ice cream across the table and it was melting but apart from that it is THE best gelato in town Would recommend it to anyone!!!!

I try to order from them with the just eat website but they don't accept cash payment not everyone has credit card they should change the payment method to credit card or cash payment for online delivery orders.

Shocking customer service.I went here with my sister yesterday as she had vouchers for there.After we walked through the door, we waited because we are unaware of whether to just take a seat or someone will show us to a seat. So we asked a lady who was stood by the counter and she sharply said "take a menu and sit down" .We found a seat and took a look at the Broad menu.. I choose the brownie boom crepe but I wanted strawberries instead of bananas and my sister went for the velvet milk chocolate crepe.I went to the till to order for us and told the lady serving that we had a £5 pound off voucher when you spend £15. I told her what I wanted and she put it through but then told me that I can use their free hot drinks deal if I'm buying a crepe which effectively saves less than the voucher I have which I didn't want. I wanted to use my voucher so I respectively declined and used the voucher I wanted to use. Then the senior member of staff came over and said I should have the brownie delight crepe which is exactly what I want. I told her that the reason I didn't choose that one is because it has white chocolate whereas the brownie boom has milk chocolate. I told them I don't like milk chocolate. Then she said they will swap white for milk chocolate. But that's exactly the same as swapping banana for strawberry. What's the difference?! Hot drinks arrived.. My cappuccino didn't have chocolate on top which I thought was odd as I never requested for none. And my sisters tea came with an espresso cup full of milk which was impossible to pour! A lady brought my crepe to the table and told me that they accidentally put white chocolate on my crepe and then put milk on top to disguise it. I told them again that I don't like white chocolate so I won't accept it, meaning that have to make me a new crepe..she was clearly annoyed and threw the whole thing in the bin.. Then within seconds a new crepe arrived with my correct order but the lady practically threw it on the table and just walked away, not even an apology.. Talk about rude. And when my sister's finally came, they didn't even tell her what it was and just put it down and left!!!Attractive crepes however they were stone cold! Obviously aren't made fresh.. Very disappointing. Would not recommend anybody going here.. Stay clear!

Overpriced and slow and unfriendly service

It could be better, the ice creams are not how I like them.

I have been there with my wife and we ate crepe and waffle with smoothie which was very tasty. Especially their waffle was very delicious.

We’ve been twice recently - fantastic friendly service, super fresh ingredients, really good fluffy waffles .... clean restaurant and bathroom facilities. Really really recommend that you visit. I’ve heard the coffee is good as well!!

i ordered online and ordered a ferroro rocher waffle but i got a sundae, it was just chocolate and vanilla with one ferrero rocher on top not worth the £8 (sundae and delivery charges)

The pancake and waffle was clearly very good .The big problem is clearly the women who was at the till . She need to put a smile on her face and have more customers training because she look like she doesn't want to do the job . If you are looking for a warm welcome, please go somewhere else. If your only interest is the food ,i would recommend you this place .

The ice cream and cake we had at this establishment were delicious! It’s reasonably priced too! The only real complaint I have is that the staff brought out our food at different times so some of us had already finished our dessert while others hadn’t even received theirs.
