Well thank goodness we got a discount voucher because I wouldn't have been happy otherwise. We were seated fairly promptly and given good amount of time to peruse the menu. Drinks and starters came out fairly quickly. The place started filling up and getting a nice atmosphere of people chatting. The mains were decent enough. Nicely presented. The child didn't enjoy hers as it was rather bland. It took a good half hour before our plates were collected. Another half hour and the child's icecream hadn't arrived so finally managed to grab a staffs attention and ask for it and she said she would fetch it right away. Another half hour later and the child's dessert had still not arrived. We put in a complaint and asked to cancel it. The child's dinner was removed from our bill and we were able to use our 25% off discount. So it was just over £50 for 3 adult mains, a starter that we shared and 4 drinks. I asked if they were understaffed and was told that there was many new staff. It was mayhem and I actually felt a bit sorry for the lady who seemed to be the supervisor. The food was OK but not exemplary, so won't be a place I would recommend or revisit even with a voucher. When there are so many other places to choose from, the competition is hard, and I just feel this place wasn't up to standard.

Great selection of meats, I had a mix of all of them with chips. Tasty, but very very very greasy. I started to regret this food option the next day. My friend had the chicken wrap which he said was alright. I would go back to try something else on the menu as it could of been a poor choice that I made

Just TERRIBLE! The only good thing to say was the waiters were polite and friendly but the food selection was awful and the quality was shocking. Over cooked mush with chow mein and chop suey, tiny overcooked chicken bits in sickly sauce and rice like bullets. For the price (we spent over £60) it was shocking. AVOID at all costs!!

Called in for a light lunch, all the staff we encountered tested where very pleasant, meal were varied and very much enjoyed, from chicken, pizza, mushrooms, and others. Very pleasant surroundings and the staff had no trouble splitting the bill 6 ways, toilets all clean and tidy. Would come again if in the area.

I visited as a family of 6. For a place like Frankie and Benny's you don't expect to get fine dining quality food, which I feel some people expect. I was expecting decent food that costs what I pay for it and that's what I got.I ordered the Garlic mushrooms on bruschetta for starter and a penne arrabiata for main with a side of Garlic Pizza bread. The starter was very good, very tasty and good level of seasoning. The main was quite simple, spicy enough, could maybe have done with more seasoning. The garlic pizza bread side was a little undercooked and doughy but nonetheless it was enjoyed by my party. I got Tiramisu for dessert which was plentiful and rich. Though our waitress was incredibly polite and attentive, one thing I did find odd was that my 21 year-old brother did get Id'd by the waitress for a beer, despite there being his 2 older parents next to him. I believe it isn't illegal for a person of 16 or older to have a drink with a meal as long as they are accompanied by someone 18 or older so when this happened I was a little confused. We used the 33% off voucher code which nicely took £20 off of our bill. When you truly took into perspective what youre paying for in terms of food quality and service it adds up, I will definitely visit again with my family.

Quick, tasty, decently priced and served with a smile! I don’t ask for much - but Frankie & Bennys, Lincoln tick every box and pass with flying colours. Ok - the food isn’t sensational, but for what it is, it does superbly. Free refills on coffee and tea which you barely have to ask for as our waiter took care of us enough to ask when our cups looked empty. Perhaps the overly generous score is to combat the harsh reviews below - this is not a bad place to eat! And I come here enough to know that. I have the three egg omelette with different fillings each time to try them out!

Good food, then that's what you get. As an added treat, you can sit and look at your food sitting on the pass, whilst the staff ignore it. Then you can watch them go outside for a cigarette break, whilst your waiting for your main, but there's no one to cook it as they are outside. And forget washing your hands on returning to cook. And yet more to come as the waiter has clearly ordered his dinner, which he keeps coming and eating as it sits on the pass. Yes, everyone gets to eat here, even when on duty.

Lovely Sunday lunch, great service as always from Paris, Jade, Ellie Mae, Rhia & plus one which I apologise didn't get her name. Credit to the chefs & kitchen team, starters & lunch well presented. Lovely friendly atmosphere, home frome home, well done all

The only down fall was the starter. I ordered the crispy mozzarella. Very disappointed. Only. 4 small pieces no sald Garnish to make it look more appealing, pot of salasa type sauce. £7 for that dish.My daughter gets 2 on the bambino menu as a starter. Why charge so much. I won't be ordering that again.

Visited with friends and was really looking forward to a real lasagne, as had enjoyed on many previous visits. Waited an age for it to be cooked, the presentation was not good, not even served with any salad garnish and the meat was non existent. They gave us some free olives as an apology for the wait (only a couple of other diners as we went early doors) but won’t ever order lasagne there again!

We are in Boston for 3 nights and decided to just grab a bite near our Hilton Canopy hotel. Robia’s Dolce Fume was a 4 minute walk. Our ressie was 6pm and we were seated immediately by our server Milosh from Serbia. First and foremost his service was personable and efficient but not intrusive. My daughter wanted the rigatoni bolognese (no cheese) and Milosh suggested the “powered up seafood tower and pasta” for 2. It included 1 whole lobster, tons of shrimp, grilled octopus, calamari, mussels, clams, all in a tasty tomato broth with zucchini and peppers all for only $76. It was amazing. We ended with carrot cake and a surprise of pistachio limoncello from Milosh
