Prezzo - Nottingham in Nottingham

Arrived earlier than our booking but were accommodated with no issues, drinks and food all arrived quickly. Food was hot and delicious!

Food was nice. service was terrible. 2 members of staff on when they have a promotion on £5 pasta. And one staff was lazy. Took 25 mins to get our drinks. I do love the food here just the service has really let its self down recently. There used to be a male manager who was so good!! Really worked his socks off and got people working. Recently it’s like they have not got a clue what’s going on half the time. My friend even said she had a nut allergy and if the pesto has nuts in and the waitress said erm I don’t think so. You don’t think so do you want to check that?! Crazy.

I had a pleasant time at Prezzo in Nottingham. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff were friendly, and the food was tasty. It was a nice place to relax and enjoy a good Italian meal.

This place something magic !!! the food is something magnificent, and then Cristina served us and was welcoming the whole time, she made us feel at home and she was very kind and friendly, there should be more staff like her xx so we will back soon for another dinner xx

Lovely Italian food spot! My favourite is the Chicken Milanese with spaghetti. Highly recommend this dish to everyone. Service was quick & efficient, having been served by Cristina who went above and beyond to ensure we are having a great time as first time customers. We will definitely return!

I went to Prezzo in Nottingham this May, on a sunny but windy day. The atmosphere inside was really cozy and relaxing, a nice break from the weather outside. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious — I had some fresh pasta that I really enjoyed. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back.

Long await for our food and it wasn’t hot when it arrived. Extremely disappointed. Also most dishes contained cheese which is an issue for my partner. We won’t be returning.

This place was amazing! When we turned up the manager was dealing with a technical issue but it did not stop her from delivering great service. The staff were amazing the food 10/10 from me and my wife I would highly recommend a vist we definitely will be back.

Swift, polite and friendly service always at Nottingham. Menu has some positive changes tasty and delicious. Only minor criticism is that the desserts are never upto much… even the ice cream, are not sundaes which would be nice during the summer menu

Wrong meal was bought out to the vegetarian it was obviously a meat dish served. Service slow and food that was received was over cooked and dry. Only decent part was the Tiramisu.

Came for bottomless - party of 4- which stated 2 hours bottomless brunch. But after 1 1/2 we was told by the male server that that would be our last order? When we 1st sat down we was served by 2 female staff who kept coming over to taking drink orders even though we had some left in our glasses, they were lovely. However the male staff member refused to get us drinks even though one person had a mouthful left and three others glasses were empty. They had also ran out of our favourite cocktail, pornstar martini. He ruined our experience (would have been a 5* rating), we found him very rude which was a shame as the food and female staff were lovely.

Visited with friends after visit to the Theatre. We all had starters ,which were very tasty ,especially the prawn starter . Some bread would have been nice with the prawn dish to mop up the sauce . Our mains were good on the whole, three of us had pasta dishes and one opted for the breaded chicken escalope but unfortunately this was a little dry . We all enjoyed our visit and the offer of 50% off our food was an amazing offer . Will definitely return when in the area again .

Good value especially using tastecard discount, food was well cooked and service was friendly, welcoming and timely. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was quite busy, but overall it was a lovely experience.

Lovely place. Food was absolutely divine, full of flavour and variety. I especially loved the lasagna and the spicy sausage gnocchi. Great place for taking your partner on a date, as well. Me and my partner really enjoyed the atmosphere and how well mannered and accommodating the staff were. All staff were very attentive and were always checking up on you. They even gave us cute little candles during our visit, which made the atmosphere even more comfy. It's generally a great place to unwind and relax. The vouchers are a life saver.

Love this place, not the cheapest but worth it

Me and my Mum had an amazing experience at this Prezzo branch. We are both Vegetarian and couldn't believe how many items on the menu were suitable for us (outside of the pizza and pasta category as well!) The food arrived as ordered, and we were asked about any allergies we had. Everywhere was really clean. I'm currently pregnant and was able to visit the toilet on the bottom floor which was also really clean. We really enjoyed our lattes as well, they were really thick and creamy. Next time when ordering the Veggie Calzone I would see if a different cheese could go inside as we weren't too keep on the mascarpone - just a note for myself if I order the dish again! Me and my Mum shared everything we ordered which was amazing and the staff gave us extra plates to do so. Both staff members who served us were really lovely and very knowledgeable about the menu etc. We also ordered the lotus biscoff cheesecake which was very light and tasty! Would definitely recommend!

The food is alright, I tried truffle fries as a side it was fantastic but when I tried it second time it was no where near that quality. The pastas are alright as well.

We had booked for lunch in the Prezzo in Nottingham. We were not disappointed the customer service was outstanding. They even gave my husband a complimentary cake as it was his birthday. It's the little touches that go a long way, and make trips like that stand out! Well done Prezzo Nottingham 👏

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time this Friday evening, sitting at the best table by the pizza oven. We were served by Mafalda and the service was amazing along with the food. Will definitely be back

Came here after a disappointing meal down the road. The staff were absolutely wonderful right from the get go. The rock paper scissors game for dessert is a wonderful idea. Cannot fault this place. Our waitress with the stripey top and curly hair was particularly wonderful and made sure I felt very special on my birthday

La comida no fue genial para ser honesta. Postre. Estafa total. 😢 Le pedí a la camarera dos veces que quitara el cargo por servicio. Ella arrebató la cuenta. Se fue. Nunca hablé. Se lo dio al gerente. Que tardó 20 minutos en corregir el nuevo recibo. Luego intentó cobrarnos de nuevo por el cargo por servicio. Los baños no estaban muy limpios. Vamos, chicos. Quieren un cargo por servicio. Ponga el esfuerzo también cuando llegamos. El chef estaba sentado en su descanso en el área del restaurante. No tenemos este pobre personal. No hay dónde relajarse. Hay descansos. Es tan poco profesional. Estaban ocupados tratando con una fiesta de cumpleaños que había aparecido. Hay mejores restaurantes. Y mucho mejor relación calidad-precio. Solíamos ir a Prezzo. Lamentablemente, no es lo mismo. La camarera era una pesadilla total. Muy vanidoso. No queríamos estar allí. Dándonos miradas sucias cuando pedimos cubiertos. Nunca más.

I feel awful writing this review because the x2 gentleman working there/ serving were very friendly however the overall experience was not great. 1. I had made a note on the booking that it was for a birthday, there was no acknowledgement regarding this. 2. Items of food we ordered, were forgotten and not brought out until half way through the meal. 4. a few of us ordered the Crab Ravioli- which was lovely but was cold. 3. Ran out of items, Vanilla Ice-cream- on a Saturday night- I'd assume this item would be a basic thing to stock as its an ingredient on most of the desert options. 4. removing items from the order- a Fudge cake for one of the kids with no reason why and then when we asked where it was- we were told, they were told to take it off? by who? the kid was sat waiting for it. 5. The Ladies toilet was disgusting, there was loo roll all over the floor but no loo roll available to use- my daughter had used the loo and we needed loo roll and I went to ask for some- waited 10 minutes for this to come, it didn't so I snuck in the men's toilet to pinch some loo roll. 6. When I got home and checked over the bill, it doesn't appear the kids 3 course meals had been discounted to the £8.50 as shown on the menu and there was a service charge that I wasn't alerted to- I am happy to pay service charges when I am told about them and am happy with the service- I don't like to be cheeky so wouldn't have asked for this to be taken off as that would have been awkward but it is naughty to charge this without pointing it out to the bill payer or even asking if we were happy with the service.

Vegan pizza wasn't nice, the 'cheese' was gluey and flavourless, for £17 I'd expect much better. Really good service though. We were sitting right next to the door behind a potted plant so it wasn't a great environment for eating

We had great time at Prezzo last Sunday! My calzone was perfectly baked with a fresh, crisp side salad, and my wife’s extra hot, cheesy lasagne was pure comfort food. Tsveti was fantastic—welcoming, professional, and made our experience even better. We were so eager to dig in that we didn't get a chance to take pictures-just a sign of how delicious everything was!

Came in on a busy Sunday. The waitresses that were working. Niamh and Tavetti were really friendly. Both of these always show an interest in what we have been up to and make the experience such a good one whenever we come in. I never feel they are rushed even if it’s busy and they seem to always give each table the same great service

Me and my friends came for a little pre drink and snack for her 21st and the service and atmosphere and vibe was amazing we had so much fun and Niamh in particular was such an amazing, sweet, friendly server. Her attitude and excitement for my friends 21st made the evening ever more enjoyable. Prezzo is definitely one place I will be going back to.

Fast service for pre-theatre dinner and this restaurant (in upstairs seating) was warm with no annoying draughts. (Someone did keep switching a light off and on round the back which was a bit distracting hence only 4 star for ambience).

Waited 2 minutes to be seated even though staff member stood in front of us (on computer?) Staff slow, dismissive, and failed in the basics (25 minutes to order, no cutlery, no drinks, that basic!!). Also only Prezzo i know that slaps a service charge on the bill... maybe why staff were so poor?? Personally, I love Prezzos usually, but I have been to Nottingham one twice, and both times, it was poor (1st time order was wrong).

Hemos comido en restaurantes Prezzo antes y nos quedamos razonablemente impresionados. Esta fue nuestra primera visita a la sucursal de Nottingham y TBH le decepcionó. El personal era muy agradable, eficiente y atento y disfrutamos de una botella de vino muy agradable, pero la cocina era pobre de media y ninguno de ellos tenía mucho gusto o autenticidad. En particular, por 19 libras esterlinas aproximadamente, los ravioles de langosta (sobrecocidos y no reconocibles por contener langosta en el relleno - no sabía a nada mucho) se sirvieron en una salsa muy sosa y acuosa con las gambas y la guarnición del cohete todavía refrigerados y con el aspecto de que habían venido directamente de un paquete en la nevera.

Mi primera crítica de 2025 me llevó a Prezzo - un restaurante italiano razonablemente genérico en el corazón de Nottingham. Llegamos en un momento en que el restaurante estaba en su quietud, y sin embargo, todavía querían sentar a mi esposa y a mí al lado de la mesa llena de gente que tenían en el lugar. Esto estaba junto a la ventana en un día frío, así que naturalmente, les dije que me trajeran una mesa más tranquila y cálida en otro lugar. Para ser justos, aceptaron esto, y pronto nos sentamos en una mesa agradable y tranquila, lejos de los únicos otros clientes, y no al lado de una ventana fría. Pedimos nuestra comida y era muy agradable. La pizza pepperoni fue la elección correcta, mientras que las albóndigas y la extraña masa retorcida con salsa bechamel (no recuerdo su nombre) también fue muy bueno. Me impresionó el nivel de la comida aquí, y sin duda consideraría volver. La única desventaja de esto fue el hecho de que agregan automáticamente un cargo por servicio a su factura. Sin diálogo, sin cuestionar si se merecía, sólo se ha aprovechado. Encontramos nuestro billete de 5 libras. 50 más pesado debido a este cargo. Sin embargo, al ser el Reino Unido, solo puedes decirles que se lo quiten y no hay nada que puedan hacer al respecto (excepto quizás pagar a su personal un salario que niega el requisito de este cargo sigiloso en primer lugar), así que les dijimos que lo eliminaran. La camarera miraba esto un poco raro, pero ¿a quién le importa? Insto a cualquiera que venga aquí a que se lo quiten también. El aparcamiento para este restaurante es inexistente, ya que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que para visitarlo tendrá que rehipotecar su propiedad para aparcar su coche en uno de los numerosos aparcamientos de varias plantas de Nottingham, o sufrir la miseria de la red de transporte público de Nottingham. Añadiré, como nota final, que la pizza vale la pena.
