I came to Prezzo on Tuesday and Niamh was so friendly! She provided great service by being very welcoming and attentive. Food was delicious and atmosphere spot on.

Myself and my esteemed companions had the most majestic evening in this fine establishment. The food was great, the ambience was splendid , but the cherry on top was the service delivered by the wonderful niamh, whomst i believe is the best waitress in the nottingham area. Also completely unrelated but love the nottingham prezzo instagram and tiktok accounts, great content!

Came in on a busy Sunday. The waitresses that were working. Niamh and Tavetti were really friendly. Both of these always show an interest in what we have been up to and make the experience such a good one whenever we come in. I never feel they are rushed even if it’s busy and they seem to always give each table the same great service

Me and my friends came for a little pre drink and snack for her 21st and the service and atmosphere and vibe was amazing we had so much fun and Niamh in particular was such an amazing, sweet, friendly server. Her attitude and excitement for my friends 21st made the evening ever more enjoyable. Prezzo is definitely one place I will be going back to.

We had great time at Prezzo last Sunday! My calzone was perfectly baked with a fresh, crisp side salad, and my wife’s extra hot, cheesy lasagne was pure comfort food. Tsveti was fantastic—welcoming, professional, and made our experience even better. We were so eager to dig in that we didn't get a chance to take pictures-just a sign of how delicious everything was!

Fast service for pre-theatre dinner and this restaurant (in upstairs seating) was warm with no annoying draughts. (Someone did keep switching a light off and on round the back which was a bit distracting hence only 4 star for ambience).

The chefs are great but really miss the Indian Chef in the kitchen 😍😍

Waited 2 minutes to be seated even though staff member stood in front of us (on computer?) Staff slow, dismissive, and failed in the basics (25 minutes to order, no cutlery, no drinks, that basic!!). Also only Prezzo i know that slaps a service charge on the bill... maybe why staff were so poor?? Personally, I love Prezzos usually, but I have been to Nottingham one twice, and both times, it was poor (1st time order was wrong).

I recently visited Prezzo, and it was a great experience overall! The ambience was lively and welcoming, perfect for a casual evening out. The service was impressively quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was taken care of smoothly. I ordered the calamari, Arrabbiata, and a side of burrata focaccia. The Arrabbiata was packed with bold, tangy flavors, and the focaccia was fresh, soft, and perfectly seasoned. This place had the best calamari I have ever had—crispy, tender, and perfectly cooked—and their sauce was absolutely out of this world, bursting with incredible flavor! Everything came together to create a satisfying dining experience, and I’d definitely recommend Prezzo for a fun and flavorful Italian meal!

My daughter and I went to the Nottingham City Centre branch on Blue Monday, 20th January, for their special deal. The customer service was exceptional. Although the restaurant was very busy, the staff were friendly, smiling, and engaging with the customers. Well done, and thank you. P.S. The food and drink were delicious, plentiful portions and well presented.

Actually ended up here because we tried Bella Italia first, and they were full. It was a fortunate thing, because we really enjoyed it here. The prices were very reasonable, the staff were very friendly and quick. The pizza itself came out quickly, and was really fresh and tasty. We shared a pizza between us (can't remember what size) and it was enough. The atmosphere was modern and busy, but not too loud. Would definitely return again.

Took two friends for lunch yesterday as a treat one a retirement gift, I had Saltimboca Chicken, the chicken was quite rubbery, sauce more chicken gravy than white wine & cream, friend had carbanara no parmesan was offered, other meal an ok pizza. One desert has hair on it but advised staff and deducted off bill, I asked for service charge to be removed as dissapointed with the meal. I have eaten here a few times and it was always lovely but very dissapointing this time, the bill was over £90 and I feel it wasn't worth the money.

Visité ayer como estaba en Nottingham para un concierto. Reservado para un almuerzo de 2 pm. Estaba ocupado, pero un buen ambiente. Pedí bebidas y luego pedí carbonara de espagueti con pollo al forno y mi esposo pidió lasaña. Ambos llegaron en 10 minutos y calientes. Sé que la prueba de comida no está recién preparada por un chef. Estaba bien. Utilicé mucha sal y pimienta para darle sabor, ya que la mía faltaba. Sin duda fue llenísimo y fue lo suficientemente agradable. Tenía un 50% de descuento. Si hubiera pagado el precio completo me habría sentido mucho más decepcionado, pero por lo que pagué estaba bien. No volvería a ir, pero sirvió para algo ayer y todavía estaba lleno anoche.

Absolutely amazing. From the staff to seating us, to receiving our food. Coming out in Xmas rush hour on a Saturday, carnage till we came here! Relaxing, comfortable, and the food was emmence. We went in on Saturday night but we were declined a table as they weren't accepting walk ins. Went outside and booked a table for 9pm, upon arrival we were told they wouldn't honour the booking as the kitchen was closing..... at 9pm on a Saturday. Plenty of empty tables, we took our custom elsewhere

A shocking meal yesterday. Firstly it was cold, the lady asked if we would like it heating up ? Our food came back, still not steaming hot but better than it was. The food was bland & tasteless, when we mentioned this to the lady she smirked & said that was what salt & pepper are for. We were offered free deserts but declined. I won’t be going again & definitely would not recommend

Fue una gran comida, superdimensioné una pizza por solo £ 3 extra. El ambiente es genial precios razonables y el personal super amable. La comida era deliciosa y estaba caliente en el punto de servicio.

Had a lunch in Prezzo today, everything was so good, from the food, to the staff, to the service. Highly recommend. The Pinsa is really worth a try.

Prezzo is a great place to eat for pre theatre. I love the Veggie Bolognese and always leave room for a dessert -check out the lemon meringue tart. Definitely one of your 5 a day! Staff always welcoming and friendly too!

Well thank goodness we got a discount voucher because I wouldn't have been happy otherwise. We were seated fairly promptly and given good amount of time to peruse the menu. Drinks and starters came out fairly quickly. The place started filling up and getting a nice atmosphere of people chatting. The mains were decent enough. Nicely presented. The child didn't enjoy hers as it was rather bland. It took a good half hour before our plates were collected. Another half hour and the child's icecream hadn't arrived so finally managed to grab a staffs attention and ask for it and she said she would fetch it right away. Another half hour later and the child's dessert had still not arrived. We put in a complaint and asked to cancel it. The child's dinner was removed from our bill and we were able to use our 25% off discount. So it was just over £50 for 3 adult mains, a starter that we shared and 4 drinks. I asked if they were understaffed and was told that there was many new staff. It was mayhem and I actually felt a bit sorry for the lady who seemed to be the supervisor. The food was OK but not exemplary, so won't be a place I would recommend or revisit even with a voucher. When there are so many other places to choose from, the competition is hard, and I just feel this place wasn't up to standard.

We came here since I could get 25% student discount- even on a Saturday! Sadly, I didn’t find the Sea Bass with Gnocchi to be very filling, and the saffron butter lobster bisque was barely apparent.

There were two special offers only on separate boards outside the shop, which we did not notice, one was for a free starter and the other was two for the price of one on cocktails. When it came time to pay, they do not tell us about these. Then when I asked for a refund of the additional cost, which was £22ish, they say you have to mention the offers at the start of the meal. And they even ask if ‘that made sense’ a question which made no sense. Just glad I had already asked them to take the £15 service fee off of the bill.

Wow. I think I have just eaten the world's most poor value for money pizza! I tried the new "Pinsa" pizza at £16.95 and when it came it was 3 x 6 inches - absolutely tiny, and less than a third of the size of a 9 inch round pizza!! I honestly thought they had brought me a starter portion as it was less than half the size of the board it was served on, but sadly the server confirmed that it was full size. My wife's lasagne was apparently tasty enough, but the £4.50 mixed salad she ordered was just four cherry tomatoes, a few large chunks of cucumber and some lettuce chucked in a bowl. To add insult to injury, when the bill came there was a 10% "service charge" added! I cannot remember a time when I have felt more ripped off in a restaurant. It left a very nasty taste and I doubt we will be back.

I had the spaghetti with crab. The menu doesn't clarify this but it's 100% tinned shredded crab, and the smell is strong and fishy in a bad way. Not at all what I was hoping for 😔

No draft beer available due to an issue with the pump, so they think it's a acceptable to charge £8.25 for a 660ml bottle of Angelo Poretti. Talk about being backed in to a corner! If you want to have a beer to accompany your meal, brace yourselves.

Pre booked a table, restaurant was not full. After waiting 25minutes and not been even offered a drink let alone order food, we walked out. Not one member of staff batted a eyelid

Not enough staff on shift to run the place and the food tasted okay but was super expensive for what it was. £18 just for a Carbonara with Chicken? Staying home next time. F that.

Advertised set menu doesn't get honoured and you'll be billed as normal, staff doesn't know about it or how to add it to the bill. The food was very nice and nicely served but also you need to be out within 1 hour. Won't be back here unfortunately

We’d never been to a Prezzo before and thought we’d give it a pre theatre try out. Wish we hadn’t bothered, excessively noisy like being in a train station, food mediocre and expensive for the portion size, even with 25% off not worth it, definitely won’t be going again.

Decided to give Prezzo Nottingham another go but wish we hadn’t! We went early before the theatre and were greeted with not a good evening but told they would need the table vacated by 7! (Last time we were there late evening they started mopping the floor while we were still eating!) Humous with flatbread - no, with thin cracker more like. Gorgonzola pizza with a few bits of cheese and ham which weren’t even warm completely covered with so much rocket you couldn’t see how little topping there was! Needless to say we can’t recommend!!

Came for bottomless brunch, definitely not the right environment to be offering this service in a busy restaurant. Drinks were slow and either tasteless or not very nice, and the food was mediocre. If you're offering a bottomless brunch option then it needs to be exciting and inviting for us ladies (and gents), it just isn't the right atmosphere unfortunately. Staff were lovely and deserve the 10% service charge, that the restaurant takes upon themselves to add to the bill.

Absolute disgrace to Italian food! The food served was absolutely disappointing. Not only is this place not worth the money and visit, they have no business sense. The audacity to ask us if we had a reservation when the restaurant had less than 8 guests occupying 3-4 tables. I would discourage anyone considering visiting this place. Probably one of the worst Italian restaurants in Nottingham.

Went here last year and got two pizzas for me and my friend. Was a cute atmosphere and the service was friendly. I was happy to realise that if I didn't finish my pizza I could put it in a box and bring it with me. Will be coming here again!!

The food was nice but relatively basic and underwhelming considering the prices. The beer was at least £6 for a small bottle and the vegan bolognese, which was also over-seasoned, was £15! In retrospect these are outrageous prices that I would avoid paying again. Aside from this, the orders and delivery were all done in swift time. And staff, although clearly busy, were polite, friendly and efficient, and also helped arrange a window table for us. The venue was clean and presentable but also crowded and loud with screaming kids. I sadly doubt I’ll visit again as, although the staff were brilliant, the prices did not reflect the quality of food.

Disappointing 😞 Shall we say, when the FOH informs us that one of their most expensive bottle of Champagne is not available as it's too expensive, but it's still on their wine list, immediate red flag.The main course, was a complete failure. We are not coming back again

Alexa and gabi were really lovely hosts, we came out for our anniversary and had an incredible time here, both full of enthusiasm! We would eat here again as long as these lovely ladies served us next time :)

Walk past on Monday lunch times, suddenly remembered I received a birthday free drink email from Prezzo a week ago. So we walk in , good welcome services . After the lovely main course we asking for dessert , and told the beautiful lady my birthday is on next day . Few minutes later I received a gorgeous present dessert . Thanks to the all staff member or Prezzo Nottingham .

Would not recommend. I’m not one to write bad reviews but this experience was awful. The food came before the drinks and my partner had to remind them to bring our drinks. The food was shockingly bad, mine was supposed to come with peppers and tomato's, it had 1 cherry tomato and 2 small slices of pepper in the whole meal and the food was bland. My partner had a dry piece of chicken and a cold baked potato with no sauce or anything. None of the staff came to check how our meals were. All round awful experience (bar the Pinot that was nice)

came in for a meal with the family. left unhappy as the waiter would not serve me as he thought i was underage. i was sat with my twin brother and both parents who could confirm i was old enough to drink but still would not budge. we could prove my age by a photo of my passport which was not accepted. i understand this is policy however in this particular circumstance the waiter was rude and could have been more accommodating. left and went to ask italian where we had no issues and much better service.

Seated very promptly, but waited 20 minutes before being asked about drinks. Meals came out quickly, but no presentation, just slapped in a bowl. Shame given the amount charged pre dish.

Too expensive, you pay too much and you leave hungry

Small platform lift out of service, apparently for 3+ days, so not a priority in the 21st century. Access space poor, was boarded onto it before told, no. Space to/from obstructed by ladder, furniture, etc, nightmare to even get to. Had to move a bottle of degreaser (why is this even in a dining area? Its not food safe ffs) myself to get past. Restaurant commented "we were not told" [that wheelchair user in group]. Yeah no, someone did check before. Booking made 2+ weeks ago, you should have sent an email "Does anyone in your party need the lift?". A few "sorry sir"s just isn't good enough.

Went here on a busy November Saturday night with my wife and student aged son. We were well looked after from the moment we turned up at teh door without a reservation. The service was terrific. The waitresses were attentive and warm. The food was reliable, tasted good and provided the context for conversations about life, university and the future. The ambience was lively without being noisy. We didn't struggle to talk and enjoyed those chats taking place against the backdrop of social interaction throughout the restaurant. We shared a couple of starters, we all had a main and two of us had a deseert. A really solid Malbec was enjoyably shared between us. It came in at more than I wanted to pay but was nevertheless good value for money. We'd happily eat here again.

Needed somewhere for weekend lunch and chose prezzo to use Tesco club card vouchers. We were pleasantly surprised by the great service and food, most chains seem to fail at both of these (Bella Italia for example). Pasta, calzone & kids meal deal all great. If I didn’t have vouchers it would have been expensive. I will go again. Don’t like service charges being added but it was only 10% so not as bad as other places.

We were going on a £30 voucher from a previous visit to the Nottingham restaurant given us for not such good food previously. Sadly even though the food was average and the service was good [ a bit over the top at times ], The overall experience was not to be compared to the amazing service at Kings Lynn Prezza. The irritating thing with Prezza is the NON disclosed service charge, no warnings, signs, Nothing saying a service charge is applicable.. We tipped £5, to get outside and find we had been service charged so the tip was near £12..We will never go again and I cannot recommend it..

I've always found the food decent (but not outstanding) and if you have a Tastecard (2 for 1) or Meerkats Meals (25% off) then the prices are a little more palatable. Be aware they add a 10% service charge onto your bill so don't over-tip!

Food and cocktails were awful! 0 flavour and was very bland. Pumpkin ravioli lacked the pumpkin. The bolonaise uneventful. And the king prawn spaghetti couldve been made by a 5 year old. The best thing was the garlic bread that made the night at least sub par. The service was really good though and the ambience was quite nice :).

Cannot fault this place, delicious food, great kids menu, lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful waiting staff.

Big sign displayed outside about lunchtime meal for £11.95 but waitress had no idea about this and said it wasn’t available. Big waste of time. Needed lunch in a hurry.
