Bella Italia Nottingham Cornerhouse in Nottingham

Went with my sports team for the £5 pizza/ pasta deals. The food was fab but the service was the best part about the visit! Our server Dylan was great, so full of energy, cracking jokes and really made it an overall fabulous experience. Usually I wouldn’t pick Bella Italia to go out for food but when your waiter is clearly going out of their way to do a good job, as well as seeming to enjoying interacting with customers then it really makes the difference. If you told me it was his resturant I’d believe you by the way he was so attentive, knew the menu so well and clearly wanted us to have an enjoyable experience!

The server Dylan was really really polite and sold the cookie dough to me and my fiancée. He's a good asset to the shop

Great service, I think from Dylan. Positive, bright, and helpful. Meatballs were great, as was the calzone interior (exterior wasn’t quite there for me). All in all, a wonderful experience!

Staffs were friendly and the atmosphere was good,but the quality of food was not acceptable.we ordered two types of pasta,Carbonara and Pollo Cacciatore. The chicken was not marinated and smell bad.

The host was in a hurry. We just sat down and he came asked for drinks we didn't even check the menu yet. The food was cold. We asked for more parmesan for the pasta, the waitress forgot. Had to ask another waiter. Mediocre food with mediocre service at best.

I visited Bella Italia in Nottingham over the weekend and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was absolutely lovely, with generous portions and delicious flavors. The standout aspect of the evening, however, was the service. We were looked after by someone who we believe was a manager, and they were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was the price of drinks. Nearly £5 for a pint of Diet Coke felt quite steep, which slightly dampened an otherwise fantastic meal. That said, we had a great time and would definitely return, perhaps opting for water or sharing a bottle of wine instead!

Visité Bella Italia en Nottingham durante el fin de semana y tuve una experiencia maravillosa en general. La comida era absolutamente encantadora, con porciones generosas y deliciosos sabores. El aspecto más destacado de la noche, sin embargo, fue el servicio. Fuimos atendidos por alguien que creemos que era un gerente, y fueron excepcionales, amables, atentos y nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. El único inconveniente era el precio de las bebidas. Casi £ 5 por una pinta de Coca-Cola Dietética se sintió bastante empapado, lo que humedeció ligeramente una comida por lo demás fantástica.

We were served by a lovely guy called Dylan. He was very attentive, considerate, made sure we had everything we needed. Made sure we were looked after and any problems were addressed straight away.

Excellent service from Hamid, some of the pasta dishes were watery rather than creamy. Tiramisu didn’t have any coffee taste.

Pizza wasn't to my taste, but the starters and dessert were really nice and the service was extremely good. Our server Oillie was extremely enthusiastic and made sure everyone at the table was happy.

If u looking for authentic italian food- don't waste your time. It has nothing to do with Italy. Our food was seriously bad. Carbonara was more like a soup, the taste of spinach lasagne was tomato puree, no comment about bruschetta. The only thing we liked was salt because we couldn't find it in our dishes. I'm honestly shocked this local has so many good reviews. Expensive, bad and poor quality. That's what we found at this place. Will never be back.

I work in a dental practice so I was in my scrubs and the delivery driver did not get out of the car to go to the door to drop the order off. I had to go out to him in my clinical clothes

Unfortunately after looking forward to visiting because of the reviews I had read regarding gluten free food, our dining experience was terrible. Staff rude and obnoxious. Pizza over cooked and inedible. Lack of consideration for other allergens.

Great experience! Our Server today was Evie, she was polite, friendly, helpful, funny and relatable.

Well decorated and well lit resturant with lots of space. Variety of tables and accommodates larger parties. Served by Olly, who was polite and friendly - as all staff were. Staff were also efficient, clearing plates fast and bringing food and drinks just as fast. Had the cheesy garlic dough balls between two, and it was lovely! Cheesy on the top. Garlic butter given on the side so it didn't melt too fast, but we ended up just tipping it ontop. Pasta was perfectly al-dente with lots of filling. Good sized portions. Seasoned well. Garlic ciabatta was crispy but a bit dry, but that's perfect to wipe up the rest of the sauce on the plate. Deffo would go back!

Ellie era nuestra camarera - ella era amable, pero también profesional y fue muy atento durante toda nuestra estancia. La comida era deliciosa, el personal era absolutamente fantástico y en general nuestra experiencia fue de primera categoría. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias a todos los interesados
