Really helpful friendly staff. We didn't feel rushed. Food took just the right time to come. A great friendly knowledgeable waiter called Dylan :-)

Friendly team, greeted with smiles and happy faces. Didn’t have to wait long to be served after seated. Drinks and food ordered promptly. Drinks were received quickly. Food within 10 mins which was amazing , fresh , large portions and so tasty. We had second drinks but we so full after mains and starters as sides we didn’t need pudding. Our bill came quickly and everything sorted promptly. Bill as expected, tip left and was left to sort our selfs out. Door was held for me as I left and thanked for coming. Love this place.

There’s been obvious cut backs to improve margin. This has impacted the food quality somewhat. Last time I visited, 2-3 years ago it was a lot better. The price you’re paying I would expect a lot better.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by warm service and great food. Tyler was an excellent host and server. The spicy sausage and cookie dough were delicious too! . I would recommend this place if you enjoy classic Italian food with some fresh twists.

A little bit disappointed. There was plenty of room but we felt rushed. Asked what drink we wanted before we were even seated. Hardly 5 mins between courses. Food was okay but olives were very very salty. A small bottle of Hells lager was nearly £6. We often used to choose Bella, but we went to Prezzo the day before which was far better.

Hamid was wonderful, always checking up on our table and was very friendly.

The people are lovely and the food was fabulous. We have had prawns many times but these are the best we have ever tasted. Complements to the chefs. We usually try to have an evening at Bella Italia once a year as a treat and is always well worth it. Thank you Hamid our server too xx

Ollie attended to our every needs, we felt so welcome by all staff, there was a lovely buzz in the restaurant without it being too loud to talk, the food was excellent - it came very quick. Ollie made the experience 10 times better and we hope to get served by him again!

Wow wow wow wow wow, I don't think I jave ever had such an amazing service from a restaurant EVER! My friend and I had Dylan as our waiter and he was impeccable. Genuinely could have been friends for life with that dude, he was so approachable but not too invasive. Plus he was an allergy MASTER. I pop in every now and again for a drink just to see if he's in. If you want the best service in Notts go to Bella Italia and ask for Dylan Cavill Jackson. (We had a jolly good laugh about middle name)

Friendly staff ,really nice atmosphere but the quality of food is bad specially the pasta ..their chef can’t cook pasta and it’s a truth ..they need to change kitchen staff if they want succes because the prices are very high also ,Carbonara is absolutely disgusting with uncooked fat bacon and not pepper not seasoned ..can’t describe ,but very polite staff if you want to eat something nice order pizza :)

Amazing food. They catered for gluten free and my daughter who has a nut allergy

Booked for date night on 24th Jan and had possibly the worst experience. Waited 45 minutes for our starter, one was brought out (mine) and my boyfriend was told they’d run out of his choice. We then waited a further 30 minutes for the main course. The Pollo Cacciatore had big chunks of uncut onion in and was cold and the Carbonara was full of fatty rind. The fact that a starter wasn’t available and we weren’t notified until it was too late isn’t great management. Our server was polite but didn’t seem to know what was happening. Maybe we should have complained on the night but to be honest we just wanted to leave as soon as we could to salvage the rest of the evening.

Went with my sports team for the £5 pizza/ pasta deals. The food was fab but the service was the best part about the visit! Our server Dylan was great, so full of energy, cracking jokes and really made it an overall fabulous experience. Usually I wouldn’t pick Bella Italia to go out for food but when your waiter is clearly going out of their way to do a good job, as well as seeming to enjoying interacting with customers then it really makes the difference. If you told me it was his resturant I’d believe you by the way he was so attentive, knew the menu so well and clearly wanted us to have an enjoyable experience!
