Lovely birthday meal here this evening. Food was lovely, atmosphere was perfect and the staff were super friendly! Highly recommended:)

Booked a table at 6pm and when we arrived we were told that because we had a allergy in our party food would take at least an hour to cook. They clearly didn't want to both with us. Disgraceful. If you offer a glutten free menu you should be prepare to cook it.

I’ve worked in hospitality for a very long time and can happily say that the service by Dylan was some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time! Insane customer service!

The food took way too long for what we ordered. And the food wasn’t nice either, the pizza tasted like cardboard and was a huge letdown, bear in mind we waiting for around an hour for it to come. Wasn’t even busy either, when we ordered there was probably one other table being served. Not acceptable. Will not be returning.

The service and atmosphere was great. Good service but the food was mid. I got the carbonara and it was really bland. Please have the chefs cook pasta with water saltier than the Dead Sea, it would help so much in seasoning/flavoring pasta. The house wine is good though

Took kids for a meal for birthday and the £1 kids eat free. Service is really good and the gentleman who served us was really good, food was lovely and would definitely recommend.

The food was underwhelming and expensive. It was also too high in calories but I left still feeling hungry. One thing that I didn't like was the waiters asking if everything was alright when my mouth was full so that we couldn't complain! Not somewhere I will be visiting again.

The food was amazing and so was the staff. The Gamberoni was divine, especially the King Prawns it came with. My mum spilt her drink and they helped tremendously. Not only did they clean up the mess, but they refilled her wine. Service cannot get better than this. I highly recommend Nottingham Bella Italia. To anyone who is a big fan of Italian food.

Chris was lovely he refilled my aunts wine glass after she spilt it and cleaned the table up for us! The food was brilliant will be coming back definitely!

I visit this place occasionally but I took my parents here for my dad's birthday and we had an amazing experience with our server Hollie! Her energy is so bubbly and friendly and had a constant smile on her face. Besides that the food was delicious and was served quickly, very glad we decided to visit! :)

Nice sitting outside and having a meal

We have visited Bella Italia in Nottingham many many times and always enjoyed the food but this time was just awful. GF pizza was rock hard and cold. The carbonara had no flavour and was extremely watery, it was also cold. We ordered dessert but had to cancel as it took too long to arrive and we had a theatre trip to go too. Very disappointing experience which has made us not want to return sadly.

Visited for a family birthday meal, food was excellent, and our server Ella was especially friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again
