Ben made sure my allergy was catered for; I was fully informed and was verbally given the information as well as given the iPad to check myself, also confirmed upon food delivery - this really gave me peace of mind. As someone who has an allergy I will definitely return and recommend!

Our waiter Ben made our evening very enjoyable. He made recommendations on food choice and provided thorough information on the wine options. Allergy info was very clear and support provided for appropriate choices. Service was very efficient with timely checking in on us during a very busy Saturday night service. Looking forwards to returning soon, fingers crossed we have Ben again, he's a credit to Gusto.

We attended yesterday for a bottomless brunch for my birthday and the whole experience was incredible. The staff are so welcoming and always serve with a smile. The food and drinks were of very good quality and came very quickly. Extra shoutout to our waitress Yoshi who was very attentive and friendly! Highly recommend, we will be back!

I visited Gusto in Nottingham with my mum and a friend on Saturday and we really loved it. The food was lovely, great atmosphere and the staff know what they’re doing. Andreea has made us feel very welcome, she did look after us, she’s great!

Had the pizza experience for my hen party. It was perfect. Eleonor done her best to give us the best experience also and it was her first one. I would say she did a great job. We were not rushed, had lots of food and very informative also.

Had a fantastic time at Gusto on Saturday for my cousins 21st birthday. The food was incredible, the staff (Ben and Danny) were fantastic and so attentive and really went out of their way to make our evening special even though the restaurant was busy. Highly recommend!

Really love environment, amazing food and the service was top notch. Ben and Danny served us for the evening and couldn’t fault a thing! Really lovely place, with lovely food and even lovelier people 🥰 thank you both!!! We had a large group of people with various dietary requirements, lactose intolerant, gluten free and vegetarian. Really accommodating, really understanding and honestly would come back all the way from London just for the service!

Absolutely fantastic service by Eleanor went out with some friends for my girlfriend’s birthday and it couldn’t have been a nicer evening. Great food, great service and a brilliant restaurant would definitely eat here again.

Amazing meal, the food was delicious and a fantastic range. The service was great from Amani, very attentive and friendly. The sourdough pizza was delicious, as was the tiramisu (recommend!) We had a great time. The atmosphere was a little loud, but it was pretty and quite cosy. Would come again, for sure!

We had an incredible time at Gusto for bottomless brunch last Saturday afternoon. The food was so delicious and the service by Andreea was really great, she is so friendly and helpful too. :) Gracias!

We were booked to go and see a Queen tribute so we booked Gusto as it was just across the road so we arrived early at 5:00. The service was excellent and the staff very attentive. It all fell apart when the main courses arrived. My wife had the Carbonara and I had the Crab Fettuccine, it was served on stone cold plates so the Carbonara was turning into a gooey lump my crab was just warm at best all be it the flavour was good. We mentioned it to the waiter and he went to check with the chief, who apologised and said they had run out of hot plates!! Well we were gobsmacked a restaurant that runs out of hot plates so it sends out food on cold plates !. Next day my wife was emailed asking for feedback which she did fairly. They apologised and gave us the insulting voucher with the offer of a FREE ONE ONLY SWEET limited to the cheapest options on the menu. Mmmm there was two of us keep the voucher your need is greater than ours. It was not a cheap meal at over £100 so enough to say we will not be going back.

10 of us enjoyed the Pizza Experience. Chef Shane did an excellent job teaching us how to make Pizza. His team provided excellent service and our pizzas were delicious.

I remain supportive of restaurants, in spite of grumblings from reviews/ friends, until I have a negative experience; tonight I had a negative experience at Gusto. All of my previous visits have been positive. I will itemise, to keep it short… 1. Initial table (for two) was awful, but waitress did find us something more appealing. 2. Initial service was prompt and attentive 3. Sommelier was engaging. 4. Starters arrived promptly. 5. Food quality was OK but could have been better. 6. Our first course plates had not been removed when the main course arrived. I had to shuffle plates to make room; no apology was offered. It was embarrassing for all concerned. 7. Generally, clearing tables was a problem. One table hadn’t been cleared when we arrived; 7 more had joined it by the time we left. Customers leave, table is cleared and reset; basic. There were plenty of staff, this should not have been an issue. By the time we left, it resembled a transport cafe. 8. The music was not conducive to Italian dining. It was difficult to discern your target audience. 9. For the money, one can get a better dining experience elsewhere in Nottingham. 10. We will not be returning.

My partner booked us a table here for my birthday 19th Feb before we went to the theatre. I was really looking forward to it. We chose our meals. I had the carbonara as it was my favourite. My partner had the 3 meat lasagne. When it came I was told the plate was hot. It wasn't, not at all hot.. only the spaghetti at the bottom.. I have a digestive disorder and as soon as I started to eat my food it tasted ok but soon got cold as the bowl wasn't hot.. I started to struggle swallowing it. As it was cold so I ended up going to the bathroom. When I returned my food was even colder so I asked for it to be warmed up. Which they did but it only dried it up more and made it even less palatable.. so I ended up leaving a lot of it. Which I hate doing, as it was expensive.. we ordered a dessert. Which was better and a coffee these were better but I was so Disappointed in the main meal My partner meal was hot..and he said was very nice.. mine was very plain and not enough sauce to keep it from drying up. When it was taken away to be warmed up a little extra sauce should of been added to moisten it up.. Im Very disappointed. As I usually enjoy Italian food. The fact that my food was cold made it worse for me to digest it.. as it was dry and got stuck in my gullet.. when trying to swallow.

Food wasn't the best. Calamari chewy. Meatballs tasted good but were cold in the middle. Crab pasta, not great... sauce too sickly and crab too finely shredded. Arrabiata was nice, but pasta too al dente Drinks came after our food. Had to ask for clean cutlery after starters. Reminded myself why I don't go out on Valentines weekend and expect good food and a good restaurant experience.... Good atmosphere, though, and busy restaurant .

Had a lovely birthday meal with my family. Staff were really friendly and lovely, special thanks to Andrea who was our waitress and was amazing.

Great place for celebrating my hubby's 70th birthday with family and friends Ten of us altogether. Absolutely brilliant service and lovely food. Not the cheapest though. We picked up tab for the wine - one red and one wine - £74.25. We had variety of starters - bruschetta, garlic bread, pan-seared king scallops etc. Mains were variety of pastas - Spaghetti Carbonara, Rigatoni Arrabbiata with Chicken, two had Honey, Lemon & Thyme Chicken and Gusto Classic Burger. Our son had the vegan Banofee cheesecake - little disappointing apparently.

We came in for valentines day. It was a very lovely atmosphere and we had Eleanor, who made us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be going again.
