Prezzo in Hinckley and Bosworth

The only down fall was the starter. I ordered the crispy mozzarella. Very disappointed. Only. 4 small pieces no sald Garnish to make it look more appealing, pot of salasa type sauce. £7 for that dish.My daughter gets 2 on the bambino menu as a starter. Why charge so much. I won't be ordering that again.

I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again, and we do!!! It’s a great experience at Prezzo Hinckley, The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. The manager Egle and our waitress Emma were very attentive and the bar staff, Taelor Mae made the best porn star Martinis. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Hinckley, The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The Staff are so great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Hinckley.

Visited here after initial lockdown eased and we could sit outside. Great and personable service by all staff who went above and beyond to cater for us and give us a nice evening. Food was great as well!

Called the restaurant to place our order as we wanted some additional ingredients - great service from the off.Greeted with a warm smile when I arrived to collect. The food was fresh, hot and well packaged. The 'deals' are incredible value and highly recommended.In these tough/uncertain times...give it a go!!!

Really impressed on our first visit at the end of August, decided to try again.Very welcoming staff, explained the new "way of things" checked on allergies, watched when diners left a table how well it was cleaned, chairs, table and the table legs!! Felt very safe, sanitiser at door, all staff wearing face masks including the chefs. Staff actually said "goodbye & thanks for coming when we were leaving. Food was really good too. First time visit , our usual leicester one was still closed. Lots of staff and really friendly excellent service. Asked if any allergies , one of us had, and then said a manager would take the order, so v good H&S .Meals were good, all round better than expected, even a friendly goodbye thanks for coming when leaving.

Attended with my partner as a date. Atmosphere nice, we went off the 2 courses for £10. Menu is decent with variety for everyone. Staff friendly and attentive with an eye for detail. Food arrived promptly, starter was delish! Good time in between courses. Would come again defiantly! Food was lush and staff was great. However pricey due to drinks but can’t complain.

First time eating out since Feb. The staff at Prezzo were so friendly and welcoming. The staff were very good at cleaning the tables after people had left, the restaurant was spotless. Food was lovely, very tasty. Will def visit again.

Dined out during the help to eat out offer. Excellent value for money and the same large portion sizes. We were served by Genna, who has served us before. Very professional and friendly. Thank you. We will definitely return and recommend.

My partner and I popped into Prezzo today on the off chance there would be space for lunch. We were greeted at the door by a nice guy who seated us promptly and gave us the option of table service or via an app. Not long after, our lovely waitress, Kelly I think her name was, came over and took our drinks order, shortly followed by a food order. We ordered off the 3 courses for £19.00 and the selection was good, and great value for money. Food arrived very quickly, and was delicious, couldn’t fault it at all. Service was amazing, quick and attentive and our waitress, Kelly, was great. Even though it got busy at times, we never once felt forgotten and everything was done in quick time. The touch points were cleaned thoroughly and frequently while we were there so it was great to see safety measures in place. Overall, an amazing meal out. Thank you!

Went there today. Such a rare treat going out again. Friendly helpful responsible staff. Safety was paramount. 1 way systems in place. Sanitation stations throughout. Fabulous food, great atmosphere Please visit you won't be disappointed

We ordered 2 pizzas that unfortunately wasn't up to the Prezzo standards that we were use to. We spoke with one of the team members, Moss and he couldn't have been more helpful! Just want to say thank you for your excellent customer service.

Nice lunch for six of us. Staff very attentive and the food really pretty good, especially the salmon main and the bonus was that with an offer that we had it was astoundingly cheap: under £20 per head with drinks. On that subject, if you like red wine try their pinot noir - it's not a bad price and we really liked it.

We visited on a Saturday night, we were greeted & seated straight away which was nice. After we had ordered drinks & food it wasn't too long before the starters came out . The food was nice although the garlic bread was not the best.Staff were very friendly & did check if everything was ok throughout our mains. The issue was when we were waiting for pudding, half of our table were served but the other wasn't, we enquired after 10 mins when everyone had finished & was told that the cheesecake was still being defrosted!!!Shocking as it's a saturday night & really should have food ready. The lady that was serving us apologised, gave us a refund & complimentary voucher for our next visit & this was offered straight away. The reason I've graded very good is because the staff were lovely & although we had an issue it was resolved very quickly with full discount of all the puddings, no arguments or debating about it.

Our son brought us a buyagift voucher, so we booked the Hinckley restaurant as it’s nearest to our home. We were seated by the window with a table 2 inches away with 3 noisy under 5’s on it, not ideal for a date night. We moved immediately so this was no problem, however all the tables were so packed in that anywhere you sat you were very close to your neighbours, It was also very noisy. The menu was different to the one on the buyagift website with half as much choice. The waitress just shrugged and said it was the updated one!We ordered 2 starters from the normal menu and asked for the starters from the deal menu to come with our mains. After about 25 mins all the starters were brought together so after explaining they took the garlic breads away. Our mains came about 30 mins later and the garlic breads which were burnt as had been reheated, unfortunately my husbands pasta was missing the chicken. They offered to take it away and make him a fresh one, however due to long wait we asked them just to bring the chicken and he would add this himself, they did this and it was fine. They then started moving the big pots with tress in from next to our table across the restaurant and placed a table right next to us! A bit distracting while we were eating. After another 15 min wait a waitress came and said we only ordered 1 cheesecake and would we like 2. I advised we hadn’t ordered any desert yet and she argued we had ordered a cheesecake, again I said no we haven’t ordered anything so she took our order for 2 sticky toffee puds. 30 mins later we were told there were none even though we watched them serve about 10 while waiting to order. We explained there were no other deserts we liked and they agreed we could order any desert from the main menu and not be charged. Eventually after another very long wait they came and were delicious! The waitresses didn’t seem to have set areas and didn’t communicate with each other which delayed things several times. We would not visit again as it was chaotic and disorganised which is a shame as the food was great, tasty and fresh.

We visited today as a family of three, having been a few times before. The food and service was excellent as always. A lovely young girl looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant has a lovely relaxed atmosphere, we all enjoyed it including our seven year old.

Took my daughter for a meal. Was pleased with all aspects of the restaurant from the warm welcome to the attentive staff particularly Holly and Heather. Food came very quickly and was hot and good portion size even had some left to take home.Will definitely be visiting again.

Me and my friends went to prezzo last night for a catch up. We were so impressed and will be going again soon. It was such a lovely atmosphere and although it was very busy we were never left waiting for service. Our server was Holly and she checked on us throughout the night to see if we were okay. All of the staff were great and very attentive. The food and drinks were lovely too Thanks Prezzo.

If you're ever to find yourself lost in a small Leicestershire town late at night, Look out for Prezzo bright and boisterous Christmas lights. For they will draw you in out of a cold desolate place into a restaurant filled with decorum and grace.

I had the bruschetta and the king prawn risotto and they were both absolutely amazing. couldn’t fault a thing. speedy, friendly and great service. whole experience was fab! would deffo recommend to family and friends.

Visited Prezzo for a 3 course meal (with drink) purchased on buy a gift, original price £30 but had 25% off so £23 for two meals was a bargain. Food was delicious and very filling, unable to finish all 3 courses. Service was great and meals were delivered in quite a nice time period. We will definitely be visiting again.

My partner and I came here tonight and had a meal. The portion sizes are good. Because we had to wait a while for our main course since having our starter one of the staff members offered us both a free drink because we had waited so long for the food. The food was very nice, definitely made the right decision coming here for food.

First ever visit to a prezzo, and my last. My family and I visited around 6pm on a Tuesday evening. We're greated quickly and a drinks order was placed. Starters arrived fairly quickly, the breaded mozzarella was so bland all you could taste was the oil from frying. Mains were okay in taste nothing to phone home about (I think a macdonalds has more flavour about it, and that's saying something!) the main thing for me was the food was brought out it was only just warm, however the food was served on cold plates, and with the restaurant being cold, none of the like warm food temperature didn't last long at all. It took over 10 mins for our main plates to be taken away. Desserts took a fair while to come out, when they did there was no cutlery so more waiting. The tall slim foreign waitress kept leaning across everyone which is so rude, I took offence and finally said something to her.

We didn't book a table but this wasn't a problem, seated straight away. Service was quick and waitress was very friendly. Food was lovely and the atmosphere was really homely. We have been a couple of times now and have not been dissapointed. Bonus is they accept the meercat 2 for 1 so it's cheap too!

Favourite place in Hinckley to eat by far. The most important thing is the place is so so clean dont see many restaurants like this we will defo be coming back to Hinckley prezzo thank you to you all x

I visit the Hinckley branch quite a lot and on some occasions it gets very busy ... I was in on Friday evening and had a very enjoyable meal , we were served by a gentleman in a blue shirt who went above and beyond to make our meal extra special .. everytime we come in we are happy to see him as he always goes out of the way for us ... I think he deserves a mention and a pat on the back ... we saw a rude woman complain to him that her table wasn’t ready but she was half an hour early he delt with the situation accordingly ... he is a credit to your team.

Booked Online - But on arrival told no table :( Okay so we only booked 20 min before arrival, but told they were fully booked and that the online booking shouldn’t have let us book. So we went to Wildwoods instead

We visited having received a ‘buyagift’ voucher. The menu options with such a voucher are extremely limited indeed which is a shame as surely Prezzo would want to entice future visits from first time visitors such as ourselves. The food was okay. Merely satisfactory. Yet the service from the staff was truly superb. We were served by two members. A Hungarian chap who was incredibly friendly and helpful and a credit to the team. And our primary waitress was a young lady with ginger hair who was quite simply superb. Friendly yet professional, always eager to help and and absolute delight. They are both huge assets to the business.

Family meal, staff are very good friendly and helpful. One meal was missed from our order but was quickly sorted and instantly apologised for. Meal wasn’t charged for. Great service good food

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. Sharing platter was a little pricey but delicious. The best calzones we've ever had. High quality drinks as standard.

The good news is that this place is kept very clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. However it falls into the trap that so many chain restaurants suffer from. Nice place but poor food quality. This does not have to be the way-Look at Miller and Carter or Wagamamas for examples of quality food from restaurant chains.

Have just been for a meal here, 3 couples. Had a lovely meal, very tasty and plenty of choice on the menu. Service was great, Genevieve served us with help from Caitlin, very smiley and pleasant. Good knowledge of drinks and food menu. Will definitely return. Thank you.

I love this Prezzo. Excellent service, always has an atmosphere (even on a Wednesday evening, as our last visit was mid week). Great choice on the menu - v.affordable.

We were a table of 4 adults and 2 children one of 3 and one of 6. Really enjoyed our meal and the ambience. Have booked to go again next week for a table of 8of us.

What a fabulous lunch food and absolutely brilliant service. The restaurant felt busy, but our server Gary looked after us well and even he seemed to be alone he made sure everything arrives on time and we are having a great time. And the food is delicious so we  are definitely coming back soon.

We arrived and I asked if the vouchers I had would be ok to use, I was told to present them at the end with the bill.

The food was nice but the service has not improved. I have given Prezzo in Hinckley a wide birth due to poor service in the past but decided to give them another try. Unfortunately there is still a lack of understanding about how to look after customers. Gary was particularly curt bordering on rude. I won’t be wasting my time and money again.

We have popped in without reservations, four adults and a child for a dinner and staff accommodated us by giving us a table. Also, food was perfect. Will be back again soon.

This restaurant is on a new development, it faces competition from 2 other restaurants all serving basically the same menu. This means it has to be extra special to compete with the other restaurants. Service was speedy, efficient, staff were friendly and attentive. Food was good well presented and delicious. What more do you want from a chain restaurant.

Have just been for lunch and the food was amazing. I had the pesto penne with chicken and it was delicious. Service was great too, from Megan and Genevieve. Thank you, we will definitely be returning.

Had a lovely meal...which was made even better by the staff. Genna who served us was attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. Love coming here, always great food and friendly staff. The two ladies in management (blonde and reddish hair) are amazing, always ask how my day has been and give a good atmosphere to the restaurant.

We was few months ago and food was so nice i dont now what was happen there but food was badly seasoned was like not enough salt and not enough pepper. Plus staff what is working there its looks like they dont now what they doing. And they messing around. Its saddly to say that but for company like that shuld not be happen like that.

My husband and I visited with our children late afternoon because we had Tesco vouchers. There was a young girl working by herself and despite having to deal with our fussy eaters she got the order spot on and maintained the patience of a saint.

The service was fast and stress free, I was seated as soon as I walked in along with my family, our order was served quick I would gladly come back again!

Booked a table of two for Mother’s Day. Strong welcoming atmosphere on arrival with all of the staff being extremely happy and friendly. Had a great service from all who attended our table especially waitresses Egle , Genevieve and Caitlin. Very happy with the food , would definitely recommend and will be returning. Also , Was pleased to see the option of amending the meal slightly.

Good value if you make use of he points from Tesco. Food is ok, basically it’s good food, drinks on the expensive side. Service can be slow and hap hazard as they are always under staffed.

This review is based on the fact, that I booked on line, half of our party turned up early, and was told there was no reservation, when I turned up,and enquired, why, I was told so what you have got a table haven't you.....yes a small table for 4 people, we were a party of 7. It was so cramped and noisy, that we left. Not impressed by them managers response. Most embarassing, as was dining out with visiting relatives from Germany, another disappointing eating out experience. Went to Tarro Lounge, excellent!!!

The food was faster than the service. and the waitress kept putting on a coat/cardigan and continued to serve. the temperature was fine in the restaurant, it was almost as if she was planning on going for a smoke break but then couldn't. Staff were also talking together in their own language, which can be off putting for some people, especially if they have raised any concerns.

Saturday night, i went out with my family to celebrate my new job, this place every time we come it is make us feel very special, our waiter Anita she was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for her ,food was delicious and hot tasted great , Hinckley need place like this that you can come in and feel welcoming every time!

We had researved a table for 12 people but we had a 3 people cancel 1 hour before we were due to arrive which we were reprimanded for on arrival by a tall guy who greeted us and advised that they had to turn people away due to being full.. at no point during our visit did the restaraunt even get to half full capacity so I felt annoyed by his comment. The same guy also walked around serving tables with his shirt tucked into his Calvin Klein underpants showing over the top of his trousers which we all found hilarious but quite inappropriate for a restaurant. What did make our night was the absolutely fantastic service from Genevieve. She was friendly and smiley and very obliging with all our orders as a few people asked for a couple of changes to their orders due to dietry needs. She is a credit to the Hinckley restaraunt. Food was totally amazing too as usual with loads of choice for everybody

This is a 'go-to' restaurant in town. The staff are always welcoming and extremely helpful and polite. The service is always excellent (even during school holidays) and the food is served on time and to a great standard. Love it!

I came here with my partner for some last minute lunch, we ordered the two course which is £10.95 I think. I had a pizza and my partner had the risotto and we enjoyed both. Had a couple of drinks. Service was good also. The only problem I found was that we got charged wrong and I didn’t realise until we got back home which I wasn’t very happy with.

Lovely food but health and safety is low on priority in the toilet area. But the manageress always goes out of her way to accommodate.

I have previously reviewed this restaurant and had a poor experience with family but on this occasion it was like a different place.

Called in just 40 mins before our cinema slot but thanks to speedy service we managed a nice lunch and glass of wine.

9 of us including a baby visited, after 45 mins of waiting for a waitress, I personally got up and requested a drinks order, followed by the food order, 15 mins later we received the drinks, them waitress disappeared saying will be back in a min for food order, going promptly to a table of 4 who had been in there 10 mins. She finally came back to us and took our food order, we had by this time been in the restaurant for 1hr and 15mins, not good for adults let alone a baby. Very bad service. Hinckley when we finally received the meals they were very nice

I went here last week for an impromptu celebratory lunch and it was perfect. The restaurant had a warm atmosphere, and the staff were, as always, extremely attentive and friendly. Great selection on the menu of vegan and vegetarian options - would recommend.

We went for meal with family, there were 11 of us. The staff were very attentive and friendly, our waitress was lovely sorry didn’t catch her name. Service was quick, pizzas were really nice served on boards and my pasta prawns was lovely and spicy ...we had a good time . Used Tesco vouchers for the food too, would definitely recommend

Just had a family meal at Prezzos and as usual it was perfect. Our waitress Anita is just fabulous always pleased to see us and makes the best Aperol Spritz. The food is always good and never fails. Thanks Anita see you soon x

Visited with my partner and two year old daughter. Going out with a toddler can be a pretty tense experience, however the staff went above and beyond to look after us and to keep the little one entertained with colouring and treats. The food was even better than I remembered and the whole experience an absolute pleasure, we will definitely be back. Thanks

I highly recommend this place. Delicious food and very helpful staff. It is good place for families with kids. There is cool kids menu. I will come back soon.

We popped in on the off chance not wanting a full meal. Staff couldn't have been more helpful . The pudding we had was wonderful . If I have one criticism though, although the flavour of the coffee was good, it could have been hotter. We will definitely be trying it for a full meal.

I visited this restaurant with my son the other night, never been before. It is in a nice location in Hinckley - they are obviously trying to make Hinckley feel more like Birmingham... easy parking although not free until after 6pm.

We book a table for Friday evening,the place was packed ,we were greeted by Anita the Manager ,very warm welcome with a smile,she also took our order ,food was hot and come very fast, i love the calzone,my partner had posh pepperoni pizza both dishes was delicious i wannted to lick the plate! Service was fantastic,food is great ,perfect place to go with family,friends ,another perfect visit in Prezzo Hinckley!

Had a good meal here with family on 24/11/18. The waitress impressed me immediately by taking down our order mentally, and then getting everything spot on! (It was a slightly complicated order as we ordered, amongst other things, two of the same dish - one without chilli and the other with.) I love a particular Prezzo calzone pizza and have ordered this dish in Prezzos all over the country, but it was made the best in Prezzo Hinckley, with melted garlic butter on top. The food also arrived within 8-10 minutes of our placing the order - the fastest service I've had in a Prezzo, too. Keep up the good work guys!
