The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Our first time visiting this lovely place. We’ll definitely be back if in the area. Excellent, delicious home made food. Service was fabulous, efficient and friendly and a lovely vibe whilst sitting outside in the street. Would recommend!

cheesy chips had too much chips wanted more cheese, wrap was very extravagant and it was beautiful top notch. thankyou very much i shall be ordering with you again. ❤️

Warm welcome. Friendly service. Quick delivery of food. Amazing quality of food. Lovely atmosphere. Celebrating a graduation and our server Holly was so lovely and interested which made our experience extra special. Chicken Parmigina was a 10/10. BBQ Burnt ends pizza was so flavourful. La Reine pizza 10/10. Shared the Classic Wreath Snowball Doughballs - perfect for sharing with 3 people. Overall excellent experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back again!

We had some lunch with family in the afternoon. It wasn't busy, but we were waiting for food for a while, which wouldn't be a problem, but we struggled to get the staff's attention to order more drinks. Pizza felt a bit stingy on the toppings, not my favourite to be honest. Some of our food was on the cold side. On the good side the interior looked nice and fresh.

Visited for a Xmas evening out, four of us, the ambience of the place was magical. My only gripe was my friends had chicken in a sauce, this came with fries, no veg included or even the option for veg, the price wasn't cheap, so feel they need to add vegetables with fries or even better new potatoes. I'm giving 4 stars, for my meal, which was delicious, I had the sea bass which included veg and fries, so better value.

Its been few times ı have tried difffrent fooods and all is delicious . they are so friendly and helpful . I would like to recommend this please to everyone 🙏🙏🙏

Phone at 22:23 which has least an hour I live 2 Streets up 50 doors That wouldn't take more than an hour to make and deliver a waited an hour and then the shop was closed when I phone back to see where's my order I finished work had no food or anything in my and dis get answer bCk they where closed don't go there

Fantastic food 😋 Staff really looked after us

Shocking! Over two hours before any food was served. They had to change one of the meals 5 mins before it was bought out as they ran out of pasta. Most of the food was cold. We were told that food was being platted up when asking where the food was and that took another 20mins to which we ask again, and they said, it's being plated up. 10mins later, after we could see half the order being left under the warming lamp, it arrived. Was incredibly disappointing. When asked about the bill, they said they took 'some of the drinks off' and then when questioned, they offered a slight discount. I felt very sorry for the waitress as she said she had no authority for the discount. That had to be done via management. Once she spoke to management out the back, the waitress came back on management's behalf. It seems that who ever the manager was that afternoon could not be bothered to come and speak to us. Incredibly poor from them. A really disappointing afternoon. We shall not return.

Go regularly to this pizza express and the staff always warm and friendly and food always tasty, also amazing value especially if you have the app, would not hesitate to recommend

Was a little disappointed, being very honest. The food was good but did not hit the heights. Service was okay but not as warm and connecting as I’ve experienced before. Also found the acoustics difficult: it felt noisy.

Food is always nice & usually hot but this time was luke warm to near cold & considering the delivery was early, it spoiled the food.

Quite simply and without exaggeration, this was the best Italian meal we ever had. Authentic Italian, the food prep and taste was just perfect. We are from Toronto and have eaten Italian in NY, many places. The service was excellent and if we could have eaten the same meal twice we would have. The location is easy to find, the decor charming and server very polite. My husband and I will be going again before we leave for home and also going to go to one of their other locations, San Carlo in Alderley Edge.
