The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Had tuna pasta, amazing…made me come back and I was not disappointed when tried the risotto with chicken. I would highly recommend this place

We had one of the nicest lunches with family& friends and everyone enjoyed the food and setting

I really don’t like giving negative reviews but we stood outside for 10 minutes for a taxi rather than staying in here and having the coffee we paid for. They forgot our main meal about an hour in and allowed a group in with terrible language and aggressive. Have been in before and can’t take issue with the food but that this family were greeted with limoncello like old friends and a hound child was crying breaking her heart because of that behaviour was a disgrace

The food was really rather poor. Signature fries were like refried chips from supermarket. Chicken had no flavour and breaded coating was as tough as oak. Just not very good. I will say though that the service was good and the guys attentive.

Our order took 1hour and 50 minutes to deliver, even though we were told 70 minutes, we don't mind waiting when somewhere is busy but at least make sure the food is hot when eventually delivered. We opened the bag and all the food was cold, we tried to ring the takeaway on the number on the order acknowledgement twice but nobody would answer. You don't expect to warm food up in a microwave when you pay over £35 for two starters & two pizzas, insulated food bags are a great invention, just a shame you don't use them! It might help keep some custom!

Such a lovely hidden gem with the most welcoming host and incredible food. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely evening!

The food was amazing portions were quite small and as you would expect in Harrods prices are quite high definitely worth stopping by for a snack

This was a lovely meal and a good Primitivo wine by the glass. But it's changing name and nature on 1 January

In summary this was pretty terrible. One very new waiter who did his best but… They had run out of 2 types of beer, I ordered a lime and soda. The soda was flat and they didn’t have any more plus it came without lime. The mains passed without incident and the food was okay. ( not amazing but fine) we took the dessert menu but they’d run out off half of the deserts and inexplicably run out of coffee. Underwhelming and we definitely won’t return.

What abismal service. I cannot believe I am writing these words. Yet to have food arrive which was ordered at approx 7pm, I am certain it will not arrive for obvious reasons (now 10:30, operating hours end at 10pm). Was informed multiple times it was '3 orders in' 'the next order' or 'with the driver' but that refunds don't normally go through because 'the company we use don't like sending them'. At no point was it suggested that maybe we could arrange our own collection, or that a refund would be issued and could we agree to cancel the almost £100 order. Line was 'busy' for the last half hour before closing time and other sites gave very differing information when asked for more direct contact information regarding a higher office, beyond the seemingly inappropriate social media email given on the webpage. Would absolutely recommend you avoid with every ounce of energy you can muster. I am open to editing this review IF I can believe the business is no longer operating fraudulently. If operations are failing, let customers know, lies are the most unacceptable form of interaction from a business.
