Just back from a lovely meal at pesto widnes just wanted to give thanks to Stacey our waitress absolutely lovely and great service 😀

Lovely little dessert shop, staff were very polite and friendly. A little background music would have been nice. Grandkids loved it

we wanted to eat there because in Italy they make spectacular pasta but everything was closed, it seemed like I had failed or it was closed permanently rip. You could have warned

We went as a large group. They took a little while to take our order, but starters arrived fairly quickly after that. Unfortunately it was then another hour before our mains came out, with no communication to let us know there was a delay etc. Whilst they were perfectly friendly, and the food was fine, I wouldn't go here again.

The most amazingly kind people. My nieces were spoiled rotten, they were given so many gifts and treated like vips. The food was great, and as someone with a lot of food intolerances they catered to my needs perfectly. The wine was great too. Would highly recommended

A few days ago we took an outside table for two. There were four people sitting next to us who were constantly being served, no one approached us for 15 minutes despite the lack of customers and the fact that two waiters passed us several times. Zero professionalism, no service, I do not recommend.

Food was fine but had a really horrible experience with the staff which made the whole meal unenjoyable. Would not recommend

Staff extremely helpful and considerate

Booked an evening meal which was very nice, couldn’t fault the food at all but the service was close to non existent. Extremely slow and inattentive waiting staff really ruined our visit. None of the wait staff seemed motivated or interested, except for a keen interest in cleaning tables but that keenness sadly lacked when it came to taking orders and fetching the bill. When we did eventually flag the wait staff down to order dessert, we were told the Crème Brûlée was sold out. If the dessert menu wasn’t so limited in choice this wouldn’t have been an issue but choice was very limited which left us making the decision to go elsewhere for dessert. Invest in some customer service training and this restaurant could be absolutely awesome because the food was excellent!

I've visited Cafe Latino a number of times and never been disappointed..it's a family run business and very welcoming.... the food is so good and generous portions... I went there for a meal with one if my grandaughters yesterday . A lovely welcome and service by .... sorry if I misheard your name Lauren???? Absolutely a credit to the business 👏 wonderful service delicious food ...we both had garlic bread . Carbonara . Mine creamy and my grandaughter had the non cream version . Delicious. I Had tiramisu and my grandaughter the chocolate cake both with cream 😋 we will be back and can recommend

I don't know what happened with our order tonight. there was some kind of miscommunication, and our lovely providers think I wish to hurt their business. NOTHING could be further from the truth! Their food is wonderful and so are they! xx

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Chapters Pizzeria in Canterbury, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The staff at Chapters Pizzeria were nothing short of incredible. Izzy and Kate, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was memorable. They were so lovely, helpful, and wonderful, making sure that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Their genuine smiles and attentive service and knowledge of the menu added a personal touch that is hard to find. The food was simply fantastic! The pizzas were cooked to perfection, with a deliciously crispy crust and a perfect balance of toppings. But what truly stood out was the ice cream that Izzy made. It was absolutely divine, and with some added personal flair. Overall, Chapters Pizzeria offers a fantastic dining experience. The quality of the food, combined with the outstanding service from Izzy and Kate, makes it a must-visit spot in Canterbury. If you're looking for a place with great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional staff, look no further than Chapters Pizzeria.

There is a new chef/owner here and the food is excellent!! He couldn't be more friendly and welcoming, as was the waiter, and I'm really looking forward to going back and trying his menu!! It's always been great here, but think the new chef has taken it to the next level. Would very highly recommend!!
