Absolutely loved our pre-theatre dinner at Franco Manca in Brighton! We didn’t have a reservation and thought we might be out of luck, but thanks to Maria’s excellent customer service, she managed to find us a spot just in time before our show. The food was exactly what we needed—fresh, piping hot, and full of flavour. The sourdough pizza bases were perfect, and everything came out quickly without compromising on quality. Great atmosphere, efficient service, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Maria and the team. Franco Manca is now our go-to for a pre-theatre meal in Brighton! Sorry didn't take any photos!

Nice decor and location….however the pasta dishes my partner and I ordered were probably the worst we have eaten The rigatoni was like chewy rubber , lukewarm, with virtually no sauce to speak of ! I don’t often write reviews but this was truly awful ( and expensive) We will not be returning

Absolutely incredible experience here, I had the carbonara and my mum had the 15 layer lasagne. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. Not to mention the most tasty bruschetta we have ever had. Service was perfect and the atmosphere was second to none. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you all for your wonderful service!

Such a lovely place, food was fantastic and service so personalble nothing was too much trouble. Including getting a ticket for my carparking and putting it on car ! Mothers day treat and we weren't disappointed, little gift bag at end was lovely thought. Will definitely be back!

Realmente decepcionado 😞
