The service here was probably the worst I’ve ever had. When we first arrived we stood around awkwardly waiting for someone to attend to us and staff kept walking past and blanking us (it was almost empty in there so they wasn’t busy) When ordering I asked a staff member what an item was on the menu and she just said she didn’t know so I had to use google to find out. There was a group of the staff sat behind us on their break which is fine but every time I went to the bar I waited ages for someone to come and serve me, surely the break times can be staggered? The staff on break were drinking out of mugs with obscenities written on them which doesn’t look good at all. We had a lot of plates because it’s tapas style and no one took them when we finished despite staff walking past us plenty of times. After over half an hour I cleared our own plates. Even the staff on break didn’t clear up their mugs with swear words on when they left the table which I found bizarre. There was only one staff member who looked happy to be there and I assume that was the manager. We rarely get to go out for meals so this was all disappointing. The food is pretty decent but let down by the service.

Fabulous service from Becca, assistant manager this evening. There was an issue with one of our dishes, my uncle called her over to raise concerns & she delt with the situation promptly, offering replacement dishes. However we declined her kind offer and carried on with desserts. Without her professionalism we would have been upset customers this evening. Becca is a major asset to the company. Thanks for ensuring we fully enjoyed our evening & had the time to chat to us too. As a result, we will be returning customers soon! Thanks again Becca

I love Pesto so decided to bring my friends for my birthday celebration. We had a great evening. Sean was our server, he was really attentive and took our food and drinks orders promptly. We were impressed with his Italian accent on pronunciation of the dishes. We had a lovely relaxed evening and will definitely be back again.

We enjoyed a delicious range of tapas and were very impressed by the gluten free options. We thought the meal very good value and the waiting staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Sean N, who catered to our every need. Thank you Pesto, we look forward to a return visit when next in the area.

Went on Saturday night for our Grandaughters 21st birthday, it was very busy but the service and food was all very good, we will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Came for a family meal on a busy Saturday night. Food was excellent, as usual and our waiter Sean N was fantastic. Friendly, efficient and professional. He was so attentive and made our experience extra special - a credit to the company.

This restaurant never fails to deliver excellent service. Today Micheal was our waiter and he never stopped running round making sure everything was correct . He always made sure we were happy with the service and made us feel a warm welcome into your restaurant . The inclusive environment he created while serving us today was excellent . He is an asset to your restaurant and certainly needs to be recognised for it. Its atmosphere is amazing and the food is always a 10/10 . Will be coming back in the future

Really enjoyed out meal here tonight. The service from Michael was excellent he was so pleasant and hardworking, all of the staff were working hard and the food was very enjoyable. I would certainly recommend Pesto and will return. I visited on a Saturday night and it was a little chaotic, if you visit on a quieter night it would be a better experience.

Honestly, couldn't rate this place high enough. I went with friends of mine and we had such an amazing time. We were looked after by Sean: he was lovely, quick with orders, and really took care of us - he was such a hard worker. Our food was amazing, so were the drinks and the staff were really lovely. Definetley planning another night out here!

I went to Pesto tonight as I do quite regularly with friends and as a couple and again I wasn’t disappointed. Food was really good quality .. nice to see portion sizes have improved ( as they started to get smaller) and service was very good. Mark our waiter was knowledgeable and very attentive to what we wanted and served us quickly and professionally. He was pleasant and friendly. I shall be returning again soon :)

Regular visitor to this restaurant and it never disappoints. Great food and great range of food, really speedy service and very attentive and friendly staff. Also good deals on the menu during the day. Never a surprise that it is always busy. Mark served us this time (as he has previously) and as ever was top notch with service and a smile! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely lunch today at Pesto. The service is always fantastic, especially the host who seated us (a lovely lady whose name I never got) and Mark our server. The food is always excellent and very reasonably priced.
