great pizza. different to the usual ones in luton as it’s authentic Italian but yh it’s klm and I’d recommend it to others

It was a nice experience I got from Luton fireaway shop, we runed into 2.30 am but the guy ( akhtar) was very gentle and kind to me. Pizza was also delicious. Highly recommend.

I went to this store last Saturday with my family. I took two pizzas and a pittao of seconds was very good the pizza cooked in the oven real fires. Everything was very good, my daughter was happy, the chef was very good

Both pizzas were really good, loved the large olives and I highly recommend the Nutella pizza.

Had a takeaway calzone with sides. Wedges were awful, look like they had been boiled and shown to heat, the calzones were soggy underneath, very little cheese in and the meat one was tasteless. The Veggie one was far better. How you git such a high score should be looked into! Plus I dont mind paying fir good food, but I have eaten better food at a weatherspoons!

I'm from Italy, and ever since I moved in england 8 years ago I struggled finding a place that makes a pizza worth eating. But man ever since I found fireaway, I never stopped ordering from them. 2 solid years. Faithful customer. Best pizza in town (the closest to taste like home). Not joking 🙏🏼

Unfortunately, the pizza I ordered today wasn't very flavorful. One small sauce packet wasn't enough for the entire pizza, leaving some slices dry and bland. poor work. Thank you

When entered the store, the staff were very friendly and approachable. They served chicken wings and chicken pizza which were wonderful in taste. Will recommend this restaurant for lunch and dinner. Absolutely worth the money. Thanks staff for the amazing service.

Pizza delivery. He left on the stairs . He didn't call, he didn't knock on the door. He damaged the other one just left

The pizza I ordered was delicious. It took only 10 minutes for me to get the delivery. The food was cheaper compared to other shops and the quantity quality was really good.

Ordered through Uber Eats, waited 1 hour and 45 minutes, called the place 3 times and they always said 5 more minutes. Really Don't understand why they can't give you an accurate time. Pizza is fast food and should be fast! Been a regular customer for years but will not order again.

First off, like the late closing time, really helpful for people working late and needing decent food. Delivery via the website was easy, straightforward and the food came quickly. Really recommended going through the website. Prices are good too and food is halal. Ordered a roma pizza and asked for additional toppings, all requests were made. Pizza itself was not bad if you like thin more crunchy pizza, only issue was that half the cheese and toppings came off whenever you tried to break off a slice. Sweet chilli sauce was good. Ordered garlic parmesan wings, they were detestable. The chicken appeared grey and very slimy. The recipe itself was not good, it was bland yet tasted horrible at the same time and the dish was very oily. The spice rub parted very easily from the meat itself as if it had only been thrown together and not properly marinated.Took one bite and had to throwaway the rest, they'd probably be better off taking it off the menu, there are too many things wrong with the dish. Poor meat, poor recipe, poor preparation. I would eat their pizzas again though, as the price to taste ratio is acceptable.

came from the weeknd concert in london and we went to this place, we were welcomed nicely in the restaurant and the guy Nasim helped us out and gave us a lot of hospitality, customer service was great we had two pizzas and the fact that i could see Nasim making us pizza was so unique to me presentation was good too and the pizza tasted great

Amazingggg food with even better service! Nasim was very hospitable and made us feel very welcome.My friends and I ordered two pizza’s and they were both SIGNIFICANTLY up there for some of the best pizza’s we’ve ever had! They were made right in-front of us in their very own pizza oven which I thought was very authentic as well the presentation of the pizza being as beautiful as it tasted!!!Very lovely place, 10/10, highly recommend!!!

I asked Fireaway in Luton if they could do a large order for a party for delivery. The manager called me to discuss, (so sorry i have forgot the name) he was more than happy to accommodate , it was a really straight forward process. I called a few days before to give pre order of our choices. 30 Pizza's were delivered to the party on time , still warm and tasted great. Thank you!

Excellent service delicious food

I ordered via Uber Eats - the service was good as the food arrived within the timeframe that was set on the app. I tried the margarita calzone for the first time, and it was very enjoyable. I am definitely up for trying other variations of calzone! I also tried the nutella pizza. This was nice, too, but the base was slightly crispy. I imagined it to be slightly softer than it was, but the family enjoyed it, so it's all good.

Got a meat pizza with various different meats which was really nice. Also had chicken strips with garlic and parmesan which was actually nice I’d have them again. I was a bit disappointed in the honey and chilli wings and think there could be an improvement made there. Customer service was excellent and I’d definitely come here again.

Owner was very pleasant and welcoming, and food was made quickly and the taste was to an excellent standard. Would definitely come back

Great pizzas, I’ve tried them a few times now, the delivery service is quick. Best to order from their website instead of the third parties. They normally have good offers and you can do more customisation on the website. The pizzas were hot and delicious, my favourite was the pesto one with spinach and corn. Downside: - Website ordering has too many steps to place the order - portions of additional toppings are too small, I’d have expected more for something that’s paid extra - sides are ordinary, I did not like the potato wedges, had to throw them away

Great place to order designer pizzas and exotic milk shakes. Thoroughly enjoyed. Though it was delivered 10 min late, I wouldn't complain on it. Food was warm enough when it was delivered. This is a Place to try variety of pizzas.. will order again for sure...

Ordered dessert from these guys at 1.45am, only received at 3.20AM!!!!! Uber eats said 15-30mins on it hence why I ordered but I got violated!! Called the shop at 2.50 for an update got told 5 mins!! On top of all that I ordered cookies thinking they are hot and fresh only to find out they are off the shelf ambient cookies for home microwaving!!!!! I basically waited almost 2 hours for something that wasn’t even fresh and could’ve been delivered in 10 mins! I don’t care how busy you are if you can’t deliver orders on time then don’t accept so many orders you could’ve simply rejected my order Absolute shambles Never ordering again from here.

Nice pizza. Prob the best luton for gluten free. Annoying they don't have a veggie/vegan menu though and you always have to create your own. Annoying you have to pay extra for gf bases AND vegan cheese though. Allergies should not come with a higher price tag!

One of the worst place to order food from. Placed my order on Uber eats took them 1 hours 20 minutes to deliver the pizza. It was cold and really bad no flavour all plain. They really need to work on their services.

I did order a KING PEPPERONI PIZZA which was much delicious and hot in addition I got my order before the expected time even tho the the delivery driver behaviour was very good,,,,, Soon I am going to make another order for delivery and I highly recommended see it taste it and treat it....... Unprofessional , delivery took ages and then when phoned to ask where my delivery was ,guy on phone said they too busy and driver on the way ,20 mins later still waiting .person on phone to the delivery guy just like to fabricate everything. Stay away ,dont order from here . To the management, employ people who first can speak and communicate in english and secondly have some sort of honesty .

I ordered via Just Eat and requested no onion in my halloumi salad. I received a lot of onion. Just Eat claim that the box where you can ask for changes won't necessarily be read. This was not Fireaway Pizza's fault but the fault of Just Eat. Fireaway food is great quality. Edit to reply: I did try to call the restaurant on the number provided but nobody answered. I did also check I had the correct number. I've never had an issue, before or since. Your food and service is top quality and worth the money.

Delicious king pepperoni thin crust pizza and garlic parmesan crispy chicken strips was amazing. My second time ordering and it was a much better experience than my first. Delivery driver was polite and friendly with a smile.

Worst service provided ordered an hour or 2 before it closese thought be enough time. Waited till the closing time for our delivery. Accepted our food straight away on uber and then says heading our way call them after closing time ti be told our food delivery has been sent I said how long because been waiting a long time then I got told to get an refund because it wasn’t made. And she was so rude on the phone! Don’t even order food if you want a late night snack literally been straving excited to try something new to now never try this takeaway ever again absolutely worst service provided!!! If there was a way to do 0 stars I would.

Absolute horrible staffs, had me waiting over an hour for a delivery, making me think my food on its way only to be later told that they wont be delivering the food, was also ignoring all calls made to the shop.

I get the lunch time special., £5.99 for a freshly made 12 inch pizza. all pizzas are thin crust. high quality toppings. lovely for a Friday treat. only downside is inconsistent opening times, some Fridays they open at 12.30pm, other times they don't open till 1.30pm or later

The best pizza we ever had in Luton! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day! You could just take away or standing finish your pizza in the store.
