Way way too much cheese on the pepperoni deluxe, made it greasy and inedible. I order this every couple of weeks, but it’s like they were in a rush to go home or something. probably will never order from here again

This pizza is one of the best I've ever had, and the service is excellent too. Stella, the person who took my order, helped me choose exactly what I was craving. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

Do not order from this place if you want your food on time and not cold! It took them 1hr and 30mins to deliver and I live 10mins away. They said I gave them the wrong postcode but when speaking to the driver he repeated the correct postcode and address but was somewhere completely different. The person answering the phone wasn't any help and was saying I'm the one who gave the wrong postcode. Trust me don't do it, order from somewhere else this place is a joke!!!

Can honestly say one of the best pizzas I’ve had. The dough was so fresh and they were generous with the toppings unlike some other places. Can’t wait to try more from the menu.

Best pizza in luton, they need to sort out their online payment platform. It doesn't work, when you enter your number it freezes. Other than that, great pizza.

Most rude person most disgusting service

Very bad NON delivery! They make some excuses NOT to deliver our food. After I called them they hang up to me trieng to give them another address of deliver. I asked to talk to there manager and AGAIN they hang up even I received there notifications that my food in the way.! Very rude! Very unprofessional! Not recommend!

Can’t believe I’ve only just discovered Caprinos! Pizza was 10/10, dough consistency was spot on, fresh tasting toppings and excellent service from the team at the Luton branch. Would highly recommend as you will not be disappointed!

Food is good but every time we order on the Uber Eats the order has never arrived on time. Normally its fine but it seems they dont focus on orders from APPS on time. Placed an order todayit has already gone past the given time.

I ordered pizza through online. And after 1 minutes i called them to change my order. They said order is ready. They charged full amount and not refunded And i reorder . They charged 2 times . Very disappointed. 😕

Great service from staff! Ordered the classic Asian mix and this was one of the tastiest pizzas we have tried! The pizza dough tasted super fresh! The cheese bites were consumed very quickly by all and had wished we had ordered more! Definitely do try if in the Luton area!

Tasty pizza and Stella nice staff member

First time using any branch of caprinos and they exceeded my expectations. This was a surprise order for my aunt and my cousins in Luton whilst I am Berkshire based. Stella was so helpful and patient with my constant phone calls. She reassured me the food would taste good and better than the conventional branches - and she was right. Not only was the food hot, delicious and made and delivered within 35mins, but Stella also put in welcomed extras on the pizza itself and sides. They always have good deals, customer service is polite and clear and food top notch - can't ask for more!

Too slow for delivery took 2 hours, also the pizza was too salty and ok. For the wrap, no comment to be honest. Never order again from it

WHAT A JOKE!!! We ordered 2 pizzas and waited 2 hrs for the order to arrive. It was the wrong order. We called them saying we got the wrong pizza and they said it was gonna be 30-40 minutes for them to send us another. Surprise!!!! It wasn't 30-40 minutes, it was more than an hour, maybe an hr and a half. I'll give it 3* cos it's the best pizza in town but the service is a joke! You might as well go in there and make your own pizza

This is my last order here. I've ordered 2 double pepperoni pizzas (15") and there was only few peperoni slices! 1 or 1.5 slice of pepperoni per slice of pizza! If that was DOUBLE pepperoni I can only imagine how single pepperoni looks like. Very disappointed and will never order anything again in this place.

Amazing service on a busy Saturday night. Ordered a pizza at 9.15pm and it came 3 minutes before ETA. Bang on time and piping hot

Ordered at 9 pm, and supposed to arrive between 21:35-21:55. At 22:00 tried to call the restaurant which barely answers the phone. The one who answered said apologies and give them other 15-20 minutes. , after 2 hours (23:00) I’ve called them to figure out where’s my Oder and the one who answered said it’s 2 minutes away. Such a big shame and lie, I’ve waited 30 more minutes and managed to cancel my order through Uber eats chat support and refund my money. 2 hours and a half wasted and went to sleep hungry and angry af. I highly recommend to avoid ordering from this restaurant. They are below sea level in terms of customer service, practice and fulfillment. Super unhappy. Total failure

I ordered 2 "9" pizza using ubereats at 10pm , it came at 11pm an hour late and they gave me the wrong pizza, i called them the person said the driver would come to exchange the pizza in 5 minutes but he completely lied was still was waiting for another 30 mins, so I called again he said another 5 minutes but he took another 20 minutes to come. Took 2 hour to come. Do not recommend. Tops pizza taste better and have better customers services come within 30 minutes.

Ordered food at 8:37 and arrived at 10:10. When the food arrived I got the the wrong order. then phoned them up and staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Strongly suggest not to order from them.

Waited an hour and a half for the pizza. The driver waited another 5 minutes in his car outside the house to tell us he was outside. Plus his passenger was drinking a bottle of Budweiser. Very disappointed, pizza was warm at best. But it still tasted pretty good. 2 stars.

Fraud deals. I bought a today Deal (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) from Caprinos uber eat app But received only 1 pizza. But when I buy show me two pizza tow type and I riceve one .its a scam.

I like Caprinos pizza. If you want to eat spicy and kinda desi, try Asian classic mix I liked that.

Ordered pizzas & cauliflower wings. After going back to the car I tasted a cauliflower & it was half frozen. I went back to the shop & showed them that they are half frozen. After 10 mins I went to collect a new portion & tasted 1 piece at the shop which was o.k. But, when I got home & started eating more pieces I found that many pieces were still cold. I phoned the manager to advise him. I went back the next day for a refund. The shop never offered me any compensation - very inconsiderate. I wasted by time & petrol driving there 3 times & back. The shop cannot even cook frozen cauliflower pieces & they are trying to run a pizza place !

There was some glitch when ordering online but the person harsh he was cooperative and helped me out. Thank you for service and support!

I ordered pizza, it came upside down in the box. They offered me a voucher but a few months later said i cant use it as management has changed even though the business name has been kept. Dishonest, poor customer service and complete bunch of cowboys. Please avoid the headache

Rude staff. We waited over 2 hours for our delivery order but nothing arrived. I phoned the restaurant to complain and was told “it’s not our problem” - so rude and unhelpful. We will not order from them again.

Fraud deals. I bought a Tuesday Deal (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) from Caprinos website. But received only 1 pizza. When called to Caprinos the girl who was manager was so rude and denied to give an extra pizza. Dont buy from them its a scam.

I ordered 3 times from them for the past 3 years. They have the worst pizza in UK..... In all Europe actually. Pizza is disgusting, thrown away every time. As others were saying here, I thought they had a bad day...but no, they just don't know how to make a pizza. Don't be fooled by the prices, they are low (compared to big brands, not corner shops) but the food quality and taste is even lower. Fot the management: thin crust doesn't mean thin as a paper and disgusting as a pice of cupboard.

One of the best prices for the pizza in Luton comparing to G&A. Good ingredients, ate the large pizza with enjoyment. 😋 prizes lower than in Domino's, Papa John's and etc. But the quality is same...

Went here for the first, not sure if they were just having a bad day or this how they always make their pizza but mine had hardly any cheese on it. Never had a pizza with so little cheese before in my life, it was almost as if they had run out. Toppings were good which included seekh kebab but the lack of cheese ruined the experience.

Kids got sick same night after eating pizza. Was throwing up all night. Can’t be fresh. NO WAY. Avoid at all cost.

Pizza was nice as always but for some reason the BBQ wings were not up to the usual standard. They just tasted salty and no BBQ sauce flavour in them.

Food was made on time for collection and remained nice and hot till I got home. Wasn’t the best pizza I’ve had (but taste is subjective).

The food is really good and fresh, if you love white chocolate I deffo recommend the white chocolate cookies in the warm dessert. It’s the best.

I've ordered from Caprinos several times now and each time I've been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the service they provide, everything ive eaten has tasted beautifully and even better, the deals they offer are fantastic value, i recommend to anyone looking for a takeaway treat.

Best pizza place going, the spicy wings are perfect they are cooked just right, this is now my new go to pizza place would definitely recommend it and the staff and delivery drivers are friendly... if you haven't tried Caprinos give it a try you won't be disappointed

Just want to say this pizza place has amazing staff members and very good management, they missed 1 sauce off my order by accident and the manager came specially to deliver a free pizza with 4 extra sauces the next day! Absolutely shocking and disgusting!! Got two kids meals and they were awful! Literally the worst pizza I've ever had and the worst meals we've had....They didn't even bother to heat the brownies up and they gave me FROZEN brownies???? The pizza itself was disgusting, that 'cheese' was not even proper cheese, tasted like plastic and didn't even want to melt. Curly fries tasted awful as well and it really is hard to mess the fries up so I guess I can only congratulate them. Money wasted as we could not finish the meals, never going back again! The whole place didn't look too clean either so I would honestly avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere
