Absolute rip off merchants! Delivered less than what we paid for, wouldn't feed my dog what food they served! Wouldn't help when we tried to sort issue! DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTISTS!

Not only is the curst different I've always liked caprinos and yesterday I made a mistake on my order and they sent someone out and helped me. That's really unbelievable service 🤍

order never arrived... rang restaurant and told me it will be 14 minutes but they told me 45 mins early it will be 15 minutes.... I required a refund

DO NOTTT ORDERRRRR the brought the wrong ice cream i bought a ben and jerrys cookie dough ice cream and the sent me a chocolate fudge one. and the delivery driver didn’t bring change.

Pizzas were a little dry due to the almost non existent tomato sauce. Their beef loaded fries were incredible on the other hand.

So, we ordered two pizzas and some shawarma-loaded fries, right? Thought we were in for a feast. Nah, fam. We waited *1.5 hours* like we were waiting for a favor from the Godfather himself. By the time the food rolled up, it was colder than my ex's heart. I opened the boxes and, I swear, it looked like the pizzas had been in a drive-by. The taste? Straight-up criminal. The fries? Might as well have been evidence at a crime scene. I wouldn’t recommend this joint to my worst enemy. Caprinos? More like Caprinoschi, ‘cause this place robbed me of my time and appetite.

Was an hour late and one of the sides was missing, also ordered a deep pan pizza and got a thin crust, very disappointed

It said food arrived on the app before it actually arrived to my door. Not only did it arrive late, but everything was dry and cold!! Not impressed!

bogof pizza only gave 1 pizza. then argued with me saying that's not an offer even though it says on just eat and I showed the driver. terrible worst service I have ever experienced. staff totally useless when u Call them 😒

Tmused 2 be gr8. problem with Caprinhos is they don't seem to be willing to do pork. turkey bacon sausage etc is awful vs if you've actually tried pork. Also the chicken wings used to be immense, huge. Now they're dreadful little waste of money.

Pizza was a thick, cold and tasteless. The dough wasn't cooked properly - we had ordered a thin crust. The wings were stale and had a weird smell. Would not order again. They need to work on quality and taste, both.

This is my first time ordering I ordered a large meat lovers pizza with a BBQ sauce base and a garlic cheese pizza the garlic cheese pizza was amazing best I've had ever the meatlovers was nice but im not a huge fan of the turkey sausage also I wanted a deep pan pizza and ended up with a what look to be a thin pizza with a thick crust I'm not sure if that's what there deep pan is like but that is not deep pan other than that though this is great this might be my new go to pizza place

This is my go to pizza place ever since I moved to the area. The best pizza. The stuffed crust pizza is like heaven in your mouth and so are the cookies. Everytime I have visitors and we have pizza takeaway this is where we order from and everyone loves it. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend this restaurant. They are really reasonably priced too.

Disappointed edges of pizza burnt, ordered the tandoori pizza, just 2 tiny pieces of what I assume-to be chicken but that was bone dry and turned to dust when put in your mouth… the only thing good was the delivery driver who delivered on time… sad because I have had from this place before… the standards have dropped… safe to say I don’t recommend and will never order from them again 💯

Delivery driver didn’t ring or knock the door and left the food to go cold for 15 mins on the doorstep. We rang the restaurant who said the food had been delivered but they cannot ring door bells after 2am. Why is the driver not texting or ringing the customer and why is the restaurant not backing this? Only order from here if you have a ring door bell, it seems telepathy is this restaurants only way of communication to the customer! Disappointed is an understatement

Do not order from this place if you want your food on time and not cold! It took them 1hr and 30mins to deliver and I live 10mins away. They said I gave them the wrong postcode but when speaking to the driver he repeated the correct postcode and address but was somewhere completely different. The person answering the phone wasn't any help and was saying I'm the one who gave the wrong postcode. Trust me don't do it, order from somewhere else this place is a joke!!!

Can honestly say one of the best pizzas I’ve had. The dough was so fresh and they were generous with the toppings unlike some other places. Can’t wait to try more from the menu.

Best pizza in luton, they need to sort out their online payment platform. It doesn't work, when you enter your number it freezes. Other than that, great pizza.

Ordered chicken heatwave loaded fries. The salsa sauce on there is not great and doesn't go and portion size could do with slightly more. Other than that arrived ontime and was warm 🙂

One pizza was good. However, very disappointed with the second one. Clear instructions to not add a particular topping, and unfortunately it was added in.

Very bad NON delivery! They make some excuses NOT to deliver our food. After I called them they hang up to me trieng to give them another address of deliver. I asked to talk to there manager and AGAIN they hang up even I received there notifications that my food in the way.! Very rude! Very unprofessional! Not recommend!

Used to be a nice place but is now terrible. I dont know how they managed to make a THIN BASE doughy... utterly astonished. I left a note to say that last order was terrible, that extras were missing and food was cold. What I got today was worse than a Punjabi/Kebab shop pizza at 3am, and was cold again. I recommend changing your name because it's an insult to Italy to even resemble anything Italian lol
