Amazing customer service from the girl on the till! Me and my sisters always feel welcomed and obsessed with the waffles.

Went to treats with the family we ordered a signature sharing platter, spiced karak chai’s banutella, and some mini donuts. We all enjoyed it thoroughly. I was very impressed by the mini donuts. Would definitely recommend this dessert parlour :)

today i went to Ali’s shop (Treatz Luton) with my friend..i was really enjoying there ,because they have proper hospitality ..good customer service ..desserts are really good ,i can't express in my words . As a person, Ali is really good ,he has a good heart. thanks Ali ❤️❤️

The customer service and food is average. The guy there atleast gave a refund back for 2 cold orders but a Asian I believe pakistani girl there was very rude.

Desserts okay...however customer service is very bad. Didn't offer to give the menu. Then didn't give any cutlery. It's pretty much all self service. We were 4 ppl. 2 desserts completely cold. Spent £35 when it's only worth £10. 1 girl working in there said: thank you for leaving the review upon leaving the shop and said "never come back", upon seeing the review. Never coming back here. Horrible customer service.

horrible service , went there today , food cold , didn’t receive full cutlery, was not given the menu , staff does not know the basics of customer service and were rude. overall had very bad experience here, was NOT worth it at all and will not be coming back.

Nice little hangout spot with waffles and ice cream for £6.00. nice customer service and a reasonable wait time. Overall amazing place!

French toast Biscoff was 10/10! I really enjoyed what I had ordered, I was served by Aleesa and she recommended that the lotus biscoff french toast was really good. I had that with strawberries and soft ice cream and it was delicious. Aleesa was really friendly and welcoming, she was checking up on us to make sure we were all well and enjoying our desserts.

every time I order from here, the food is perfect. The last time I came, I asked if they could change my order and they did it to perfection. Her name was Aleesa and she was very kind and quick. i’d suggest getting your dessert from here!!

Didn’t get a spoon with our first dessert, which the custard came later on for. Didn’t get a spoon for the second dessert and worker said ‘she didn’t hear me say it,’ so what do you expect us to eat the desserts with? Hot chocolate was stone cold and one had something blue underneath it. Really poor

Went to Treatz earlier with my family and they had a new winter menu out. We ordered chocolate chip cookie dough and the new lotus french toast and it was absolutely delicious. My family loved the desserts as it was fresh and presented well. The team and service was great, thank you ali for the recommendation 🙂

Visited here for my daughters birthday. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Gave us a free fudge cake on the house as I wanted a candle but it would fall off on the waffle, so they put it on the fudge cake instead. Would highly recommend.

MashaAllah me and my son were served by Aleesa. Almost immediately we were warmly greeted and seated. Really enjoyed the food served and had a great time. We were looked after all the time and would recommend.

Ismaeal was very friendly served us straight away and took our order promptly. The food was made well and they took into consideration gluten free allergy. Will be back again. Love the brookie.

Food & drinks were exceptional. Everything was delicious! Amna who served us was very friendly & helpful. Some of the cutlery was not clean but the manager addressed the issue straight away even before we had said anything. They were very keen to make us happy and comfortable and make up for the mistake. Unfortuantely the toilets were not clean & so that was rather unpleasant and can definitely be improved.

Everything spot on, great decor, service & felt very welcoming from 2 young ladies Aleesa & Fabiea. me and my family travelled from Northampton to try out some food places and this is our very first time trying Treatz, the desserts on point but not just that the service and how spotless and tidy the place is. My cousin has a very bad anxiety and the gentleman name Ali, I asked him if we can take downstairs and he was so sweet and said its fine, the rules from what I've been told we have to go to the till and pay first but he realised how bad his anxitey was so he insisted we pay later and its like the smallest thing sometimes and the sisters was with him that day was so caring and loving. thank you for everything

The lady serving me seemed really moody and unimpressed. Very abrupt and in a bad mood. The food was fantastic, very big portion for the American pancake. The red bull mojito was great.

Good ambience. Milk cakes tastes so amazing! I personally recommend rose pistachio milk cake and mango milk cake🍰 But I didn't like the service I received. The person who served me seemed very angry and not in a mood to receive customers 🤷🏻‍♀️

What a Treat it was at Treatz 😋 Always get looked after. We kindly asked if we could get seated downstairs and they obliged with a smile 😊. Samin who had the pleasure of looking after us was on the ball from the go....all credit to Samin who was up and down them stairs on several occasions to make sure we were ok. Good selection of desserts..... Can't wait for the next TREATz

Amazing experience at this tremendously maintained desert shop. Starting from the very inch of the second I stepped foot into the store, the staff members welcomed me as if im home. The personalities of all workers coming across vibrant, friendly and caring. Nahid at the front with a very warm inviting attitude to Hanif with his smile and cheeky characteristic made my day. The desert was made to perfection as i observed Eurice decorate it with her salt bae like performance. Overall best experience ever, Will definitely recommend and come again! Keep it up!

The crepe was delicious and so were the mojitos. the staff where also very friendly. price wise, the pricing is responsible as the food is 10/10.overall its a 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
