THE BEST dessershop going! Me and my partner order from here on a regular basis and we have NEVER been let down! The desserts are always delicious and exactly how we want them and the milkshakes are lovely! I wouldn't go anywhere else. We always recommend this place to friends and family! Ordered extra strawberries on my waffle and there was barely any on there. Was barely enough for a standard portion let alone extra strawberries. But the order did come early which was a positive and the frozen mango drink was nice too

Way too expensive for basic done bad, milkshakes tasted like vanilla, no flavour what so ever! gluten free cheesecake was laughable at best, as for the cheesecake that came with the ‘freak shake’ was more like a mousse but horribly dense and bitter.

The cookie dough, waffle and milkshakes were amazing but the cheese cake coke look warm and sloppy? Was really confusing because I was under the impression cheese cake was meant to be cold and firm

Food wasn’t great. 2nd time we’ve used them and today the milkshakes had no flavour and were very watery. The cookie dough actually tasted burnt. The crepe was ok and the waffle was so so.

incredibly disappointed. Got a ferrero waffle and it came with one single ferrero piece in the middle (it used to be four or five spread around). Ordered three different waffles and they all came without ice cream or wafers… THE CLUE IS IN THE TITLE… GELATO… there was in fact no gelato with our waffles🤦🏽‍♀️ won’t be ordering from here again any time soon… OR EVER!

I wouldn’t recommend this place took over hour & half to arrive! Once arrived everything was under cooked! They smothered everything with marshmallows🤦‍♀️ the milkshakes don’t even get me started like drinking out of the milk carton stay away.!!!!

After waiting 45 minutes for food to be delivered after the initial estimate delivery time. When the food did arrive ice cream was melted ( ordered previously and this had never happened) and food itself was poor. When calling the store ,while waiting for food, staff member was not helpful all he said was I will need to wait until it comes.

Order never arrived. Then 2 hours later says it was delivered before original delivery window when it never got delivered.

We ordered two milkshakes a kinder and lotus and have to say neither of them really tasted like the actual flavour they was very weak and the cookie dough was thin but it did taste nice just think the pricing is abit steep to say the milkshakes aren’t thick or full of flavour x

Orderd a cookie dough kinder and it came with the full thing covered in marshmallows and I don’t like them so it’s all gone to waste I want a refund

Cheese cake was placed ontop of hot custard so thats not good and it was late only the 2nd time iv ordered 1st time grate this time not so much unfortunately still nice jam roly poly tho

Second time ordering here the first time was lovely but this time unfortunately not good at all. The biscof milkshake and kinder bueno milkshakes had no taste to them at all and the kinder cheese cake tasted more like lemon. The waffle cold and taste

Ordered a few times, food is usually good. Probably won’t order again though due to offer vouchers being changed in the time between my order being placed and being delivered because I queried them. Really disappointing customer service.

The cheesecake was put on top of the hot dessert (jam rollypolly with custard) so started to melt before we got it. I put it straight in the fridge but the base of the cheesecake was all soggy and had been ruined.

The roly poly was burnt on one side as the custard was like jelly couldn’t even eat it and for the price it should’ve been better. The rest of the stuff was ok but the fact the roly poly was the way it was meant someone was without a dessert so i probably won’t order again knowing that’s how things can arrive

Ordered a french vanilla milkshake and tasted of pure milk clearly cheap vanilla used not the gelato went in the bin I could’ve bought a 4 gallon milk and put it in the freezer for £2.50

I always order mine and my children's sweet treats from here and I honestly will never go anywhere else, the delivery drivers are super friendly which is great, I always go for milkshakes and a cookie dough but I've decided the last few orders to try something new I've gone for the doughnuts which are amazing and also the Nutella covered brownies are honestly the best brownies I've ever had...and not to mention the chicken burgers are bang on!! definitely worth the money🥰

The best ice cream I’ve ever had however the cheesecake leaves something to be desired. Soft crumb base and not sure of the cheesecake part. Won’t order CC again but will definitely sample the ice cream. Full marks so well done.

I recently visited Gelato Creamery, and it was a delightful experience! The shop had a cozy atmosphere with a wide variety of gelato flavors to choose from. I tried their cookie dough and freak shakes , and it was creamy and flavorful. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Ordered bueno and biscoff and got 2 vanilla. Was late

waffle was delicious but the amount of chocolate and strawberries was really minimal/ poor. maybe 2-3 small sliced strawberries

We Looked at reviews for here before ordering and decided to give it a go. The kinder brownies were absolutely beautiful 💯 the biscoff waffle was nice too. The kinder profiteroles didn't really taste like kinder they just tasted like standered profiteroles and probably could of done with a lot more kinder sauce. The amount you get for money isn't bad really and we would probably order from here again.

Sadly, we are rather disappointed. It’s our first time ordering here. The food arrived warm, it looked really nice. We ordered 2 cookie doughs, 1 waffle and a box of 4 donuts. The cookie doughs were lovely, just like what you expect. However, the donuts and waffle were really horrible. The donuts had the texture of being reheated in a microwave, they quickly cooled to a crispy, hard, ring that were completely inedible. They looked nice, but that’s as far as the donuts went, we ended up throwing the whole box away as they couldn’t be eaten at all. The waffle was the same. It very quickly cooled and became rock solid. Only a quarter of it was eaten before it became too hard and dry to eat. It had to be thrown away. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. We spent over £30 on what was supposed to be a lovely weekend treat to be left disappointed and most of it thrown away.

Food was lovely but other places give more/thicker cookie dough for the same price. Can’t fault the taste though, very lovely!

paid for extra chocolate sauce and didn't get it. also paid for bannan and got like 5 slices.

where do i start!!!! ordered a cheesecakes for my 2 children as a treat for them getting 5 stars on there reports. the lovely man delivered it to my door that part was A OK!!! but then i come to open the bag to 2 radioactive bubblegum pink looking cheesecakes that were tiny for the price, the taste was absolutely vile my dead mother who is 6 feet under could cook better in her day and she had dementia DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Not really a cheesecake more like a strawberry mousse with a biscuit base. Was weird and bubbly not a solid creamy filling a bit like angel delight with cream cheese in which is what I think it was as the filling was strawberry. No raspberry flavour other than the slight sauce drizzles on top. The cake was nice but I’d avoid the cheesecake specifically the raspberry one
