Absolutely best restaurant around. Food is 5 star and service is always brilliant.

There is always a very warm welcome at this Restaurant, and the Food and Service is very good too. If you like Good Italian Food, with an Additional Specials Board, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. Well Worth a Visit

This is hands down my favourite restaurant. Love it! The staff are amazing, the food is always incredible and it has a real Italian family feel. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Never fail to deliver on service , food and atmosphere. Tuesday night in Wakefield and the place was packed. That says it all.

Vegan menu! So surprised to find they do a full vegan menu with plenty of options. Flavours were fantastic! And so pleased to see vegan cheese available for the pizza's. All photo's attached are from the vegan menu. Please go give them a try, you won't regret it 😊

Made a trip with family had not got a reservation an they seated us straight away...requested needed table back by 7.30pm (not a problem as in at 6.15pm) Was not dissapointed was beautiful food all round with a warm welcoming atmosphete..all staff knowledgable attentive an swift with order taking, drinks and clearing...Very impressed will definately be returning guest!

Fantastic Italian food. Excellent service. It was fully booked on a Wednesday evening, clearly a popular place.

We had come on a whim to this restaurant and was greeted by what we believe to be the owner. Placed on a table and all was well. The starter sharing antipasti was lovely. The drinks order came wrong but thought nothing much of it. When the mains came my main had a hair within the ravioli, we presented it to the owner for him to take the plate with no apology I was left to eat the sides we had ordered with the main. By the point we had informed him off the hair no staff members came to our table, it was like we had been black marked from that point. When time to pay my partner has gone to the bar and the bill was still present my the main with the hair in. My partner asked if this could be removed only and he was faced with a barrage of comments to say we had planted the hair. Firstly myself and my partner are blonde haired and my hair and as a woman fully understand could have gone into the dish was tied up and is very long, both hair did not resemble short black hair, from that point instead of both parties just accepting it and us only not paying for the one dish he continued to state that the hair could of then come of anywhere and told us even our clothes. The hair was in the centre of the ravioli not on top. I’m afraid with that I would not go back and the attitude and how we were treated by the owner outweighs the good experience we had with the other waiting staff. Everything fine until something isn’t quite right and it can’t be his fault. Poor.

Visited for an anniversary meal and was not disappointed. Food and wine excellent and well presented. Friendly atmosphere from customers and staff as we were not local. I would recommend and will visit again when in area.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and I was treated disrespectfully by the owner. It's unfortunate that the lack of professionalism overshadowed the food

Absolutely brilliant place, service is beyond good, my granddaughter wasn't feeling well and although she couldn't eat, they were very understanding and we didn't order half the food we would normally have. Came with a large party, couldn't fault food or service. Only one thing couldn't get an ordinary cider only have fruit cider.

Small but lively restaurant, was a little too loud for my liking however staff and ambiance were pleasant. Food was worth the price I paid in both quality and portion size. Only thing that I could really complain about was the seating option they chose for us (table for 2) as was seated next to the stairs and had quite a few people brushing past me, other than that they were very clean and well presented.

Always fantastic food and friendly service, Felice and his staff always makes you feel so welcome. The best and most Authentic Italian restaurant in Wakefield. It knocks the spots of other, shall we say more glitzy establishments where it is more bling and BS and they are overpriced and overrated. I hope to see you all soon next time I am back in the UK!

Fabulous friendly atmosphere. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Value for money is understatement of the year and service was first class. The specials were special, not left overs rehashed. Just perfect

Went to celebrate my Dads 84th but what made it extra special was our lovely Jane McDonald was also there celebrating her 60th. Fabulous food, service and company!

Bella by name, Bella by nature. A wonderful dining experience with a wide variety of Italian cuisine on the menu, excellent quality of the dishes served and great service. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly.

Great food, great service and great price!

The food is always delicious authentic Italian food. The restaurant was a bit bright and noisy for me but it didn't stop me enjoying the food! We've used their takeaway service a few times now and that is just as delicious!

Excellent food, with many choices on the menu and more on the specials board. I had starters and a main course, and they were superb. I went in a group of 8 for a friend's birthday party and the atmosphere was certainly celebratory. The service could have been a little more speedy and attentive but it was a very busy evening. I'd definitely go again.

Superb food, with lots of flavor and choice,great atmosphere, really friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble for them . good choices of wine, would recommend, definitely worth a visit.

My favourite restaurant, we come here every time for family birthdays and other celebrations. Not too big and impersonal, with friendly staff and excellent chefs who cook wonderful, tasty dishes. My particular favourites are the steak dishes, always cooked to perfection. I don't eat out often, but when I do I come here.

Favourite restaurant in Wakefield since the Cow Shed changed hands. Good food and good value. We've been in several times at lunchtime.

Excellent thanks 😊, just gets better each time you go. The ladies look after you without exception. Try any dish with the nduja sauce made from a soft salami. If you like a sweet taste followed by a warm glow of eat.

Italian Restaurant, nothing wrong with the food, but had better

Four people in the party for luntime. A lunchtime menu is available but we whent for normal menu. The starters were excellent and plentiful. Mains were delicious as were the deserts.Service was impeccable. The wine was great. Everyone complimented how good the meal was so we were well pleased . Proper linen on the tables and a great resteraunt. Our first time here but will not be our last. Authentic. Our congratulations to the owners and staff. Thank you.

Food was lovely. I suspect some new waiting staff as they appeared a little nervous and unsure. Bruschetta followed by seafood pasta was yum 😋

Best Italian in Wakefield a party of 6 of us went on Friday night excellent food, friendly staff.

We have been for meal here tonight and again the food and staff were fabulous. Very tasty food the pollo creme is our favourite. Would recommend its so nice to have a restaurant where the food is of good quality. Staff are very polite can't wait to go again. Thankyou and compliments to the chef

Lovely place spread over 2 floors with steps between. Has 2 bars. Stepped area midway on ground floor. Toilets upstairs. Food is wonderful, reasonable prices with specials board. Even with 12 in party service was quick.

Couldn't have been at a better place for my daughters 21st the staff were attentive, the food was great, there was 17 of us and no one was disappointed. Will go back again and again.

Very pleased with the food. Gorgeous ministrone soup and lasagne. Lovely chocolate fudge cake and cream. Great service. Pasta mains are available as a smaller portion starter if you wish.

Went for my colleagues 30th Birthday celebration, booked the private room. From first phone call to leaving everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Especially like to mention the lovely Ella who was looking after the bar there. Delightful young lady. Good food fantastic no complaints at all. Looked after dietary needs brilliantly . Highly recommend. X

Loved this restaurant. Friendly, attentive (but not annoyingly so) staff, great menu. Excellent food. Amazing value. 2 shared starters, 4 entrees a bottle of wine,, 2 deserts, 1 liqueur coffee ... 92 pounds! Note - no service charge is made - you should tip these guys as everyone front of house and in the kitchen is doing a great job!

Really good service. Good quality produce; both food and wine. However, the mussels were bland; tinned tomatoes and raw garlic. The steak was a beautiful cut, but the mushrooms were overwhelmed by the sauce that tasted of chocolate. Would go again for pizza or pasta but not for a special occasion.

1st visit to bella Roma very impressed with service and menu choice was excellent , and really enjoyed our 3 courses . Will be back soon.

We regularly come and dine at to Felice’s, what a great place to eat. Felice and his team really make you feel welcome and get every last detail just right. It’s one of our go to restaurants in Wakefield. The food on offer comes from a wide range of Italian specialities, something for everyone and it is simply irresistible. Always such fresh and quality preparation leaves you just looking forward to your next visit. It’s always very busy with a great atmosphere which is a brilliant advert for them!, a real experience for authentic Italian cuisine.

Great food, great staff and decent price

A cosy yet loud and lively Italian restaurant. The waiting staff are very friendly and the portion sizes are generous. My fiance and I went for a date night and were sat at the back of the restaurant near the pass - which was good as it's always nice to see the chefs at work. The menu consists mainly of typical family favourites and crowd pleasers, such as pizzas, lasagna, steak, etc. However, if you look a little closer you may find something a little more special. For starters, we went for the Antipasto Misto, Polpette di Carne and the Zucchini Fritti - which were a great selection of flavours and textures, although the meatballs were not as hot as we would have liked. For mains we went for the Capunti Calabrese and the Pennette al Forno. The Capunti Calabrese is a delicious handmade pasta dish whuch was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. However, the Pennette al Forno was considerably less refined and a stark contrast to the quality of the Capunti. For wine, we went for the Chianti which was lovely. I don't think we'd hurry back to Felice's Bella Roma for a date night, but would happily recommend it to others for family friendly meals and celebrations.

Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. Food was immense and fresh, hot and presentation was excellent. Will definitely be returning.

First time coming here, beautiful food, great atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back again!

Last night we were charged £6.99 (children's meal) for a small bowl of plain pasta for our 11 month old baby! She didn't have (and wasn't offered) the starter or the dessert that went with it. The food was nice but shocked to have been charged for a full meal instead of say, a side dish or given for free, especially when you consider the amount of money that was spent as a party of 7.

A longstanding business in Wakefield with modern decor and a very reasonably priced menu. I had caprese salad and ham/mushroom pizza and both very well presented and the pizza had a crisp base and soft topping. There is a variety of drinks on offer as well as desserts and coffee. Toilets are upstairs. Despite the heating being on, it was a little chilly (perhaps as the back door from the kitchen to the outside kept being left open). That notwithstanding, all.in all, great value

Went to felices last night ( Saturday 29 th jan ) with 8 of my friends / work colleagues and after recommending it too them all as I’ve been several times , again wasn’t disappointed again can highly recommend! Service ,staff ,and food absolutely excellent and of course felice being the great friend to just not me but my friends too 👏👏👏👏 Thank you all for a fabulous evening and now not just me but we will all be back ! This is a lovely little restaurant with very friendly attentive staff and a very good menu too boot . We had a starter and main and some drinks and it cost under £30. The food was gorgeous and beautifully cooked and I would highly recommend Bella roma to friends and family and will be definitely going for a meal there again

My wife and l had a fantastic Lasagne from the early bird menu,well cooked and really tasty.

Big starters. The best funghi risotto I have ever had. Creme burlee was also very nice. Reasonable price. Just a bit too noisy. Great dinner out. Thank you 💕
