We have dined here many times. This was our first visit since their refurbishment. We were promptly shown a free table and provided with menus. The new staff were not as attentive as the regular staff. It was 20 minutes before our drinks and food orders were taken. The portion sizes are no longer consistent. My wife’s pasta dish was full, hot and delicious as usual. My pasta dish was only half full. The king prawns were cut up into small pieces, the food was not hot, so had clearly been prepared a little earlier. The noise created by loudly talking diners, many shouting to be heard due to the lack of sound proofing. A few strategically positioned screens would add a little privacy and dampen down the noise. Next time we are at Middlebrook Retail Park we will probably dine elsewhere.

Amores restaurant is always good. Never had a bad meal. Excellent food, excellent service. Thank you.

Nos sentimos atraídos a este lugar, ya que la cola era bastante larga y el helado parecía decente. El helado estaba delicioso, accidentalmente pedí el helado equivocado y me sorprendió lo delicioso que estaba. Espero estar de vuelta para probar más de su helado!

Not as good as previous visits. The bread for the bruschetta was so heavy and doughy that I couldn’t finish it. Very over powering taste of garlic. Penne arrabiatta didn’t have much taste other than chilli. Could have done with salt but there was none available. Pizza was great, very mixed results. Have been many times but this was not the best. Service was great but shall think twice before going back

Mi pareja y yo fuimos aquí mientras visitábamos Bristol y realmente disfrutamos de nuestra comida, sabía bien y estaba bien cocinado. Agradable tener manteles y el servicio era bueno también.

Simply put a mistake was made with the order and it was completely wrong - this can happen, but it shouldn't. It was our anniversary, so it put a dampner on it. We then ordered something different from the menu. One saving grace was that the food we did eventually get was very nice. However, I would have expected better customer service for the inconvenience and mix-up. In my opinion, the bill should have been discounted as a matter of courtesy, and it wasn't. For that reason, I can't give a higher rating.

The pizza was very delicious! It was stone baked and was made from very tasty dough which made it super fluffy. The ambience was a bit loud and not as comfortable as other pizza places but still good. The service was a bit uninterested, but still kind and fast.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Macellaio recently, and I can confidently say it was one of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in a long time. A huge part of that experience was due to Alessio, whose passion for the work he does truly elevated the entire meal. From the moment we sat down, Sole and Alessio’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for what would become an unforgettable evening. El servicio y el ambiente eran excelentes. La comida era otra cosa. La pizza Nenno era delicioso. Lo tuve de nuevo la segunda noche. El risotto a base de tomate y en la segunda noche el cremoso feticucino se moja hasta morir. Karen , que es una vegetariana exigente, afirmó que ambas eran las mejores comidas italianas que había probado. Debo mencionar el amaretto tiramisú casero. Pensé que había ido al cielo tiramisú. Fue con mucho el mejor tiramisú que he probado.

Ambiente brillante y servicio fantástico y comida absolutamente genial. El servicio fue excelente y atento y muy amable. La comida vino perfectamente cocinada y súper sabrosa. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente si en la zona. Muy bien valorado por la calidad de la comida y no dudaría en volver.

Beautiful food, fantastic service and great atmosphere. We visited for my dad's birthday (we didn't tell the staff that as we didn't want a fuss) and we all had a truly fantastic meal. We had a variety of dishes including starters, pizza and pasta and all were cooked to perfection, tasting absolutely delicious. The total bill came to just over £100, including service which also included a couple of alcoholic drinks. Amazing! We'll definitely return for another meal in the future

Went on mother's day. It was really busy. Didn't wait long to be served. Lovely food. Would go again.
