Hands down best Neapolitan pizza we have tried in London (and we have tried many!) super authentic, would highly recommend

Pizza 5/5 atmosphere 3/5 (too loud to have a conversation despite asking them to turn it down a tiny bit) service 2/5 - waitress took ages to come once we had sat down, didn’t turn down music, we asked for napkins 2 or 3 times ended up getting it myself. Shame as pizza was pretty darn good! Date of visit 12/10/24

Despite really good food, i was disappointed with the service - the front of house waiter/manager was rude and arrogant and was not friendly at all! After telling us our 8pm table was at 7.30pm (despite a call to confirm earlier in the day!) made us feel very uncomfortable. If the service was as good as food would be good place.

The pizza could’ve been delicious, but it came without tomato sauce. In my opinion, this wasn’t communicated clearly enough in the menu so it was an unpleasant surprise as the pizza was quite bland without it.

very angry staff I asked the manager if I could sit at the tables outside and he replied if you like it inside otherwise you can leave in the end I sat inside and ordered the pizza just for me because my friends didn't want to come since the manager behaved like that in the end I got the pizza I've never seen such a poor pizza thin as a transparent veil and the sauce very acidic I don't recommend this place

I was checking where to have dinner after landing in London and from my accommodation Google showed me pizzeria Farina! I couldn't believe I found a pizzeria with vegan cheese! Pizza is great, service is super fast and the place is lovely! Totally recommend!

Pizza was great Was served by an African women very rude and not willing to talk and help. That’s the only negative feedback. The pizza is good.

The best Italian cuisine in London. Excellent pizza

Finding ourselves in the area we decided to stop for lunch, as Italians, in this place whose specialties are Neapolitan pizzas and typical products of our country. Even though we chose the cheapest courses, we found ourselves satisfied with the quantities and flavours, with notes that were partially different from the Italian ones. The staff is helpful; prices are medium-high; the bathrooms are clean.

good pizzas but nothing extraordinary. however the service is horrible, the waitress this August 23 at noon is very unpleasant and haughty I do not recommend this place

Neapolitan pizzeria in Notting Hill, fully Italian management. Excellent pizzas (true Neapolitan) and first courses with the best of Italian cuisine. We met Fabiana who made us feel at ease. All with Italian music in the background. Five well-deserved stars.

This review appeared on nenno pizza and am sure I posted it on Farina Pizzeria Napoletana reviews. We ordered our food and waited at the table. They brought the pizza in takeout boxes although we were dining in. The waiter came and was yelling at us, saying we couldn’t eat inside the restaurant with takeout boxes (even though 1 of the other waiters brought it to us like that). But they said we should leave and eat outside, even though they could just take the pizzas back and put them on a plate (we hadn’t even touched them yet). They were very rude and there was barely any communication. They didn’t even apologize. We definitely won’t go back there and wouldn’t recommend.

Came here while visiting from the US. The reviews looked decent so we stopped here. While the food was decent, it needed to be salted. Great pizza crust though! Service on the other hand, was terrible. We asked for cups, water, forks and plates multiple times because there wasn’t enough for our party. One of our servers was straight up rude and uninterested in life it seems. She had silent attitude and made the overall experience uncomfortable. Do not recommend!

As a repeat customer, this pizza brings me back to Notting Hill. Their Margherita is phenomenal and so is their vanilla Gelato. Highly recommend this place and will continue to revisit.

Quickest service ever! It felt we just ordered and 5 minutes later a deliciously hot pizza arrived. And this on a Saturday night. The San Daniele was really good, the fungi e prosciutto was good too. Nothing to complain but we had better ones in London for that price.

One of the best pizzas of my life! At first glance, the room can seem like a canteen but the staff is so friendly that you quickly forget and that also adds to the charm of the place. The pizza dough is to die for and the toppings are tasty. I had the pesto and burrata pizza which was super light and delicious. A real good address in the Notting Hill Gate district!

Very delicious pizza. The tomato sauce was top. Service… so so , I was asking for tap water couple of times… and they ignored me (restaurant wasn’t busy) so I had to grab the bottles myself.

Super welcoming environment, good food, especially the pizza with Neapolitan dough. Top staff, in particular the boy who served us at the table, Maurizio.. who made us feel truly at home! Highly recommended!☺️

We found ourselves in this pizzeria that really tastes of Italy, the pizzas are really good and light, but not only there are first courses, appetizers, salads. If you want to have real Italian food and pizza, this is the place and also for an amazing price! I loved it! The pizza was really good and the gnocchi too. Aperol spritz, yeah!

Yummy pizza and the dough is just how I like it. They also offer vegan and gluten free option but expect the gluten free pizza to be rather flat and not as fluffy as the normal ones. It can get quite hot in the restaurant because they do have a pizza oven so wear layers if you plan to visit!

Having visited The Farina restaurant on multiple occasions due to its convenient location, I've sampled much of their menu. While the food quality is good and the pizzas are enjoyable, they don't particularly stand out. On the upside, their delivery service is prompt, with us never waiting for more 20 minutes for our pizzas. However, there are some notable drawbacks. The staff's demeanor leaves much to be desired; they often come across as disinterested and quite unwelcoming. This lack of friendliness has made some of our visits uncomfortable, with one waitress consistently appearing unhappy. It's rare to encounter a staff member who genuinely smiles, (in fact we have only had one waitress smile at us). Moreover, attention to detail seems to be lacking. During a recent quiet visit, the absence of background music created an awkward atmosphere. Additionally, there have been several instances where parts of our order were forgotten, such as dips, drinks, or even basic tableware, necessitating reminders. The dips, in particular, are served in very small quantities, which is disappointing given the price. During our last visit, we found only one napkin on the table, which we had to share after noticing the staff's reluctance to assist us. Despite their witnessing our predicament, no offer was made to rectify the situation. It was disheartening to observe one staff member watching as we split the napkin, yet failing to offer us a new one. Furthermore, we've noticed the staff actively avoiding eye contact when we need their service to remind them of forgotten items that we have ordered. (This would be understandable if they were understaffed/busy, but the venue has always been quiet during our visits) While the food is decent, the unfriendly staff and their disregard for details have detracted from the overall experience. I believe there are better pizza places in the Notting Hill area with friendlier service. This has not been a unique experience as some friends and family of mine have also visited this restaurant and have also had similar experiences and noted the unfriendly staff. I will not be returning to Farina for a while due to this as there are many nicer Notting Hill restaurants, however I hope in future when I do visit their staff service will have improved.

I would start from the service, kind and fast. Even if they made a mistake they fixed it immediately and without problems. The environment was a little anonymous but in the end I had to eat and not feel like I was having dinner with the queen. Food; well, we felt like we were in Italy; good, plentiful and simple dishes.

All perfect!! Super recommended for a good, truly Italian pizza, but also excellent pasta and dessert! 👌

Packet ham + packet mushrooms = packet pizza. Would go back for cheap Chianti before the pizza.

A consistently good pizzeria in Notting Hill. The quality of the ingredients is very good with flavours that work very well together. The dough may not be as light as in other Neapolitan pizzerias. Service is always kind (particularly from the Italian lady at the front desk) and the atmosphere is friendly/familial.

A delicious, fresh and very generously topped pizza (just needed a little more salt in my opinion...). Staff were great, and even surprised us with a free birthday tiramisu - the best one I've ever eaten! Highly recommend

They lost a star because there was a slight mistake with my order but this is best pizza I've ever had. We had Italian people eating on tables both sides of us and I spoke to one of them and they said it was very good. Its not expensive either. I recomnend it and I will go again.

Very noisy. The Carabian or African waiter just come to my table remove my dish i had finished no a Hello no a smile. They i ask for a bill she brought the machine no talk no eye contact no Thank you. WOW! .I like the Pizza but the energy was no good. Maybe all that hair extensions are given her bad vibes.

Para ser honesto la comida estaba buena, pero tuvimos un problema con el servicio. Hicimos un pedido por teléfono, nos pidieron 10min de tiempo para recogerlo. Estuve allí a los 10min y sólo tenían la pizza preparada ya salida del horno, el resto de comida tardaron 15min más en prepararla. Me quejé a la camarera italiana y me vaciló diciendome que la pizza estaba caliente dentro de la caja e incluso me la hizo tocar. Obviamente pasados 15min al llegar a casa justo al lado de la pizzería, la pizza estaba fría y la mozzarella ya solida, no valía para comerla. No volveremos por la mala gestión, no porqué la comida sea mala.

We ordered two pizzas to take away and when we arrived home it was a big disappointment to see how bad one of them was… completely burnt. The expectations were high considering that we paid £15 each pizza… please do not serve a burnt pizza again to anyone. Better you make another one and explain the waiting time is more than serving a product that cannot be eaten.

I am Italian and I think that this is one of the best pizza in Notting Hill. Food is delicious and the staff is professional. Moreover, that day it was late (2,45 pm) and they were about to close, but they let me sit and eat anyway. How lovely! I recommend it!
