Nenno Pizza Restaurant in Islington

Necesitábamos un lugar para tener una comida rápida después de ver un espectáculo matinal y antes de tomar nuestro tren y esto fue perfecto. Reservamos con antelación ya que éramos 7 de nosotros. Tuvimos una cálida bienvenida, llegamos directamente a nuestra mesa con menús. Muy buen menú con un montón de opciones. Creo que la mayoría de nosotros comimos del menú especial y todos estábamos muy contentos con nuestra comida. Deliciosas pastas caseras y pizzas. El servicio era muy bueno y la decoración / ambiente muy agradable. Sin duda recomendaría, especialmente si necesitas estar cerca de Kings Cross.

Came here to try the penne arrabiata. The atmosphere was instantly very friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and warming. Definitely will be visiting again, and would recommend to anyone passing through Kings Cross to stop by and give them a go. Overall amazing place with friendly service and atmosphere!! Highly recommend!

We were so excited to try this spot, it had great food but unfriendly/poor service from the minute we sat down until we left, judging by the other reviews this was just bad luck!

The pizza is delicious, thin crust. Excellent taste, very attentive people and a very affordable price, less than £20 per person and we were very satisfied!

Excellent family run Italian a couple of mins walk from Kings Cross. The prices were affordable, the portions were hearty and the food was very tasty. We had the pizza margherita, spaghetti bolognaise and arancini. The staff were attentive, and the restaurant and toilets were spotlessly clean. We would certainly visit again when next in the area.

Waitress does her job Not very Italian atmosphere the pizza looked good according to the person who was with me visibly dough too thin and seems to me mid press too round and the edges flat I took spaghetti carbonara why put cream in it made in the art adjustment please a little disappointed. Deliciosa pizza auténtica. Recién preparado y probado sublime m. Excelente atención al cliente. Un poco lejos de la estación de Kings Cross, pero merece la pena visitarlo.

Ma pizza était bonne, les spaghettis bolos aussi, mais la serveuse n’était pas du out sympathique..En plus, on vous arnaque sur la note où ils se prennent leur pourcentage pour le service. We felt very welcomed when we visited London at ate at Nenno Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant. Beyond great service, the food and wine was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. We had a wonderful evening at Nenno's.

Cozy tent! Friendly staff and delicious food. Something went wrong with the communication about what exactly should be on the pizza, so I didn't get what I thought I ordered, it was resolved immediately and I could see for myself how she made it again because you can look straight into the kitchen. Great tent!

We went here for a last-minute dinner near King’s Cross Station and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing it was!! It was a smaller restaurant, but had great vibes. The food was absolutely fantastic- we tried the spaghetti bolognese and lasagna and both were great. The service was just as good as the food! Will definitely come back next time we are in London!

The carbonara pasta was amazing. The bacon was thick and chewy, and it had a balanced salty and savory flavor. It wasn't greasy at all and I enjoyed it very much. I just went to find a nearby restaurant on Google Maps, and it felt good because it was a good restaurant. Next time I go to London, I think I will visit this house again. I will definitely go there for pizza!

Slightly tasteless sauce, not enough toppings. The pasta, on the other hand, is very tasty and we received it quickly. The server was bored, we didn't even get half a smile. And before I even swallowed the last bite, he took the plate out of my hands.

The food was very tasty and the service was good. However, the prices on the menu in the restaurant were more than the prices on the website. This was very misleading and should be corrected ASAP.

Delicious carbonara, friendly home cooked style. The mushrooms were nice too. Family friendly atmosphere.

Practical takeaway dish well served cutlery and napkins are given with it, not everyone does this. The welcome was friendly and we were served quickly. On the other hand, it's not cheap at £2 for an extra piece of parmesan but it made for 3 people all the same, and already £15.25 per dish in euros is a bit expensive but it was good so we quickly forget.

Enjoyed a lovely meal here this weekend - I had the lasagne and my friend had the seafood pasta. My lasagne was delicious but it would've been nice for it to come with something else. A small salad garnish, maybe some bread?? I did have the option to purchase a salad but I don't think it would've hurt to offer just a teeny tiny extra..... Would I come here again - absolutely! Absolutely our favourite Italian restaurant when we are travelling home through St Pancras. Service is amazing and the food is excellent at a reasonable price. Highly recommend ⭐️

Hidden gem in Kings Cross. I had the arancini for starters which were delicious and came with a tomato sauce that I did not leave a drop of. For mains I ordered the chicken penne which was surprisingly filling and again very tasty. Would absolutely recommend if you are in Kings Cross.

Called tonight to pick up an order as we are staying in a hotel nearby. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our food how we like it as my partner is quite fussy. We loved the food and the service was equally as great. Thankyou so much

Called in with a couple of mates for a quick meal before a gig a earlier this year and loved it. Since then I, we have been back a few times and each time the food has been perfect. Back to celebrate my birthday last Friday and had a great night. No frills, no fancies, just great food, drinks and atmosphere. I can recommend wholeheartedly!

Wow. We were looking for a quick meal before setting off on a trip. Found this place by accident. What a great accident it was. It doesn't look much from the outside and it looks a little tired on the inside however the food was fantastic. The best Italian food I've eaten in a restaurant outside Italy. Simple, authentic and very tasty.

Ordered 2 pizzas pepperoni and 1 pasta carbonara. Pizzas were fresh with the dough being fluffy and light. With a good amount of pepperonis. Pasta carbonara was also nice. Creamy and good flavor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back if i were to visit London again!

I went with my granddaughter and everyone was so friendly. The food came quickly, perfect when with a toddler. Pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven and as good as you will find in Italy. I lived in Scicily and this place feels genuine. The waitress and the owner were super helpful. We live nearby and will certainly go back again

Amazing food and service, definitely recommend :)

We went for a dinner after a long day in the city and visiting the Kings Cross train station. The place was visited mainly by locals, we were the only tourists. The owner welcomed us warmly. After crowded tourist places this restaurant felt very calm, relaxing and cosy. The food was a truly Italian home style cuisine - very delicious. The risotto was one of the best I tried and the pizzas were also very delicious. We enjoyed the dinner a lot. At the end we decided to try the tiramisu and were not disappointed as well. The owner is a very kind person and we felt he truly puts his heart into the place.

Traveling from Ireland and staying in Kings Cross we found this restaurant by accident. This was possibly the best Italian food I have ever eaten. The lasagne was sublime and the pizza delicious. Everything was piping hot and the staff are so lovely. We will definitely return when we are next in London.

Food was ok, Margherita was nice however nothing really impressed. Service was poor, took too long for my order to be taken and even then a lot of mistakes were made. Atmosphere was nice, quiet however the smell of fish was too prominent in the restaurant. Desserts were spot on, best part of the meal.

An excellent pizzeria (we didn't try any other dishes) with good ingredients, well balanced, a good welcome, a pretty terrace with a fig tree that smells good. The staff is attentive. The toilets are very clean!

Travelling with work, I always make a B.line for this little place. Wood fired pizzas are delicious. It's a small family run Italian with great quality food for reasonable London prices. In the past I have also sampled pasta dishes which are equally as good. Good sized portions. It is a small Italian, I recommend booking for more than one or two.

A lovely Italian restaurant. Food was beautiful. Staff were quick, respectful and nothing was too hard for them. Pizzas were huge and looked great. However I had garlic pizza appetiser and pasta. It was still delicious. If you’re a big eater, you’ll need an entree for sure with pasta. Pasta is heavy and enough for an average person appetite. Carbonara was superb! I’d eat there again. Food was amazing! We had the bruschetta, burrata pizza, tagl. Italian sausage pasta & risotto porcini. Every dish was really well cooked!

Great Italian however we were a party of 6 and all but 1 had pasta which was delicious however the portions were pretty dismal. The kids who are 12 were famished even after eating. The portions is what I would give an 8 year old. Disappointed as we had to go elsewhere for more food so the evening worked out quite expensive.

We ordered two pizzas, one pepperoni and one Nenno. The food quality was satisfactory (not great), was a bit oily but i didn't like the service. The staff were unfriendly and didn't talk at all. Perhaps they were tired as it was 10:30 pm

The flat iron across the street was waiting so bad that I decided to go to Five Guys because it was late. I don't know much, so I was wondering if there was ham or something. Wow, I'm the type of person who throws away the bread at the end of the pizza, but I ate all the bread. I highly recommend it. This is a restaurant that makes you hungry again. Now that I've looked around, I ordered more pasta. So I'm going to go there one more time to eat pasta before I leave. Above all, the old man's employees are gentle, smiling, and very kind men... England, the land of gentlemen... I was a bit surprised that my grandfather ordered me an extra bottle of beer... The service was the best I had in London, and the taste was the best.

It’s not fancy, but authentic, and real Italian. Good choice of pastas, pizzas and salads. They even have a small terrace on the back, which is open when weather permits.

We went as a group after not booking flat iron. Pizza, carbonara, aranchini, calamari all great interesting selection of beers and reasonably priced.

If you’re sick of chewy sourdough London pizza then please try this place out! Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Proper thin crust, crispy fresh pizza! Will be back as soon as I’m in the area!

Very pleasant Italian restaurant. They use fresh and high-quality ingredients. I think that whatever you choose here, you will be satisfied. There is also a small terrace with about 3 tables. The lasagna was really amazing and all the other dishes we tried. I recommend trying a glass of wine after the meal. Thank you for a great experience. 🙂

We came here for pizza one evening for tea. The food was very tasty. They have a fresh hot fire pizza oven, and they use fresh dough. It was very tasty. They do specials and catered to vegan as well. The only downside was the place was very loud, we couldn't really hear ourselves think with how loud it was. Other than that it was lovely and cannot knock the food at all. The chips were also great

Pasta serves small portions of pasta. It has amazing flavour but just wish there could have been more of it. The pizzas are a decent size

Stopped here on an overnight in London staying at a nearby hotel. The food was very good and large portions for the prices. I had bruschetta and a pizza. I was surprised how big the pizza was. I felt like I got great value here.

Service was perfunctory. Happy to see Peroni 0.0% on the menu, one of the best alcohol-free beers. My ricotta and porcini ravioli was absolutely delicious, and served in a giant plate, which only amplified my impression that the portion size was completely inadequate. I left hungry.

We enjoyed a lovely meal here recently, but we would recommend booking a table. Restaurant was busy, and we were lucky to get a table on a Friday evening. Food was delicious, and the restaurant was less than 5mins from King's Cross Station.

Wow! That was wonderful. The salad was amazingly fresh. Lightly drizzled with olive oil, it didn’t need anything else. Pizza and pasta were wonderful as well. Great value and food in a very cute setting.

Ideally located near Saint Pancras station, the Napoli pizza was of good quality with a very good crispy dough, on the other hand, basic decor not very pleasant, service not great, waitress not very smiling, little attention, glasses placed on the table like in a canteen, the rest of the staff are not all smiles either, go there only for the pizzas but don't expect more

Normally I like the Italian food but this is a terrible place. It's run by Turkish people under Italian cuisine.

Delicious vegan pizza - Jolly atmosphere and attentive staff. Yummy olives too with a cheeky pickle!
