Pizza Da Milano in Islington

Ordered a delivery. Took an hour and arrived cold. They said they didn’t have salad so had to change the order, but obviously kept the rest of it sitting there for half an hour. Not a great experience

The food was half cooked half not and the driver was professional and the staff unprofessional if is possible I need refund I call them they very rude with me and they don’t know how to talk with customers I am not happy at all this is last order I don’t want order any more from this shop

Where do I even begin?! Firstly the customer service amazed me, so kind and professional. And then the PIZZA. So fresh, so delicious. I cannot fault anything. Had it with a milkshake and my stomach was happy! Writing my review whilst visiting for the second time and it’s just as brilliant!

Terrible. Refused to give money back although was almost an hour late. Couldn’t get in contact with them to see where food was. Their excuse “driver was stuck in traffic” but we were given no contact to update where food was.

Amazing food and customer service. I had made a mistake on my order and when I called them they told me they would correct it! When it came I was so happy that it was exactly what I wanted. The pizza was so delicious, and tasted just as good the day after (I heated it up in the air fryer and omg it was so good!!). And the garlic cheesy bread is 10/10. The best garlic bread I have had. Keep it up guys 👍🏼

Appalling services. Called to confirm my order & was assured that it had been received and be delivered shortly.... Called half n hour later only to be told that there is something wrong with the system and that my order won't be delivered. Had I not called I probably wouldn't have been notified about. The person I spoke to didn't even sound apologetic about it either. Quick to take my money & not upkeep their end of their service. Great customer service skills hands down. Don't deserve a star but had to apply in order to post my review.

I never received my food. It apparently got delivered at 4:30am but it was supposed to be delivered at 2am. I called them 9 times and they did not pick up. They lied to Deliveroo saying they tried to deliver it and that they contacted me. They didn’t deliver it but marked it as delivered on the app, idk how since they would have needed my code. The staff is extremely rude and ignorant. No refund and no apology. Never will I order from here again. If you are busy and cannot make the food, then do not accept all the orders you receive.

Ordered food from here on uber eats. They gave me a set delivery time. That came and passed. I requested an update on my order through the app, they never responded. I called the shop on no less than 11 occasions and was ignored every time. After an hour had passed my partner had fallen asleep and I decided to go to bed after contacting Uber to cancel. I then got a call at 3:05 am from them to tell me they were outside. Only 2 hours late how lovely. I ignored the call and went back to sleep. What a pain

Love Pizza Da Milano. I love that it's open until 6 am - it cures my late night cravings. But is higher quality than your typical takeaway pizza. And the staff are friendly. :)

First thing to hit you is the smell!!! then you follow your nose and find two legends making beautiful fresh baked pizza in a fire oven… the ingredient's are traditional Italian imported goods I can’t rate this place highly enough !!!!

Pizza is delicious and was open during a night shift on my way home. I ordered a 5 cheese pizza. And what a delight it was to my culinary senses. Highly recommended this place and experience. The staff were friendly and cheerful too even though it was after 3am.

thin crust with a nice char and a bit of chewiness, which I loved. The tomato sauce was fresh and tangy, though it could have used a bit more seasoning. The mozzarella was melted to perfection, but it could have had a bit more coverage on the pizza. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, especially the basil, which added a nice aromatic touch. Overall, it was a delicious pizza with a great balance of flavors, though a touch more seasoning in the sauce would have made it exceptional.

STAY AWAY 0/5!!!!!! Look at photos!!!!! I am absolutely disgusted. I know it’s cliche to say I’d give it 0/5 stars but I wish I could give it minus -100. We’ve all burnt a bit of toast haven’t we? We’ve all maybe burnt bottoms of pizza but now I’m convinced their reviews are fake because no one and I mean no one I.e not a culinary newb like myself could get it this wrong. First they use their own delivery driving person on ubereats which means NO updates. Second, the pizza was so disgustingly burnt at the bottom its CHARCOAL on some parts. BOTH pizzas. It left a sticky brown residue on my plate when I tried to take it out of the box from the ashes and the heat of the cheese. The taste? Like it was supposed to given to stray animals. Not fit for human consumption. I would STAY AWAY. I spent a total of £32??? And got this. I’m actually disgusted.

Decent pizza but I suggest the locals giving this rave reviews venture a little out of their zone for something like Detroit Pizza, or Yard Sale or even Alleycats. Of course it costs a little bit more but much better taste! For £7 quid though Milano is tasty enough. Good service but the place is tiny, more a takeaway with few seats. I suggest they make the sauce a little sweeter.

The best pizza in North London! The dough is soft and airy which builds an amazing combination with tomato sauce. Additionally, you’ve got plenty of variants for toppings and you are able to create your own flavour! Exactly what we need! The service is great and you feel at home. A little bit of chat is great as they build an amazing atmosphere! Highly recommended! 🤩🤩

Great Place, I was very hungry yesterday and was just walking past and thought the place looked nice. I called up and asked I could order a 12" with Peperonni and Olives and it was amazing for £7. Both of the guys there were really nice, one was called Abdullah and I'm not sure of the other persons. The pizza was literally ready within 5 - 7 minutes after calling and it tasted great. Genuinely couldn't have higher praises.
