Fantastic experience, fresh and traditional typical Sardinian dishes. Incredible quality even on the wines. We have to go back!

No stars. Booked table for 8 10 days ago, it was confirmed, checked an hour before our arrival that we were still ok, yes all fine. We arrive to blank looks, you didn't ring, until my daughter showed her phone with their number and the time, no apology either, so we spent £500 over the road at the Turkish. Rude and unpleasant people.

La decoración y el ambiente es perfecto, con comida muy sabrosa y auténtica, incluyendo nuestra cerveza sarda favorita; Ichnusa! Así que por qué la mala calificación - nuestro camarero era atroz - indiferente, brusco y a veces francamente grosero. Llegamos al punto de no querer molestarlo con nuestras peticiones perfectamente razonables, tal fue la actitud abismal que trajo a nuestra mesa. Entiendo que la gente puede tener días difíciles, pero en el negocio de los restaurantes, tienes que tratar de dejar tus problemas en la puerta, cuando comienzas tu turno - no es justo para los huéspedes y hace un gran perjuicio a lo que de otra manera sería un restaurante fabuloso. Él es la única razón por la que no regresaremos.

We had a best time and most delicious Italian food ever! I was with my four Italian friends who are very opinionated about their good food and they all loved it too. Un excelente restaurante con una cálida bienvenida de Marcello y el equipo. Esta fue mi segunda visita con mi prometido sardo que visitó en junio de este año. Específicamente viajamos desde Berkshire para regresar. La comida es deliciosa y auténticamente sarda, que es un verdadero placer de encontrar. Recomiendo encarecidamente los culurgiones, mallorredus, raviolis y también la imprescindible cesta de pan. El vino era una combinación perfecta con la comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente y esperamos volver una vez más con nuestra familia y amigos también.

The pasta here is really good, would recommend the crab tagliolini and the tortelli in nduja sauce. We also got the lamb and chicken which were also nice. Dessert was very mid though.

Consistency, quality food and service! This is my absolute favourite restaurant in the area and one of my favourite Italians in London. Even though I moved away from the area, love coming back for the tortellini stuffed with burrata, with n’duja, pistachio and sage sauce. The service is great, it feels like home.

Fabulous Sardinian Restaurant, 10/10. This was the first time I had tried Culurgiones and I was so pleased that I did as it was so tasty. Even better than I was expecting. El ambiente acogedor, con su decoración sencilla pero encantadora, hace que la experiencia gastronómica sea fabulosa. Sus pastas son deliciosas, claramente hechas con cuidado, y la selección de vinos sardos complementa perfectamente la comida. El personal es amable y atento, lo que se suma al ambiente acogedor general del restaurante. Ya sea que seas nuevo en la comida sarda o simplemente estés de humor para algo diferente, Little Sardegna definitivamente vale la pena visitar. Recomiendo encarecidamente darle una oportunidad!

Amazing little independent authentic Sardinian restaurant owned by a Sardinian himself, Marcello. The food is amazing. The truffle pasta is a must order, with a couple very reasonably priced Aperol spritz.

Almuerzo brillante que tuvimos oportunidad. Tuvimos los más fantásticos entrantes de carpaccio de gambas con un delicioso aderezo cítrico y Burrata con excepcionales pimientos asados dulces. La cesta de pan le da una encantadora selección variada. Me encantó la pasta Mallordereus solo por el nombre, pero fue con una salsa muy sabrosa de albóndigas y tomates. Todas las pastas son caseras y deliciosas. Los vinos tintos de Cerdeña que bebimos eran buenos y excelentes. No hemos estado aquí durante unos años, pero sin duda volveremos pronto.

Homemade pasta, great roasted meats on Sundays. Feels like being in Italy right in the middle of Blackstock road. You can't beat the quality of the ingredients... everything is carefully sourced. My favorite is the Caprese - beautiful Italian tomatoes and fresh mozzarella!

Fantastic food in a cozy restaurant. They took us in last minute, late on a Thursday night, and greeted us warmly. Angela was an amazing waitress. She provided great service. Their daily specials menu had some incredible dishes. Loved the food!!

I will go as far as to say this is the best and most authentic Italian food I’ve eaten in London. Immediately transported to my Italian aunts home. We ordered the meatballs, ricotta ravioli and pork ragi gnocchi and everything was spectacular! Definitely will be coming back!

My Brother and I visited Little Sardegna last night and it was super. The decor is very Sardinian and well thought out. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service friendly. We had olives and a very generous bread basket to start, followed by lamb cutlets (beautifully cooked) and the Culurgiones (pasta) which was so tasty. Accompanied by a bottle of the Sardinian Nieddera, we were in heaven! Would definitely recommend and we'll be going back soon.

Far too expensive for what it is, two pasta, two glasses of wine each and a tiny burrata to share, £86!

Someone we met outside on the pavement had told us it was good and he was certainly right. All 4 of us tried different pasta dishes and they were excellent, especially the spicy 'tagliolini Marcello' with crab, lemon & chilli; the culugione pasta filled with potato, pecorino lemon zest and mint and the tortelli stuffed with burrata. Our small grandson put away a plate of spaghetti Alfredo (just butter and cheese)! And to round off freshly made tiramisu.... Marcello and his chef could not have been more friendly; talking to us about Sardegna and its food in a mixture of Italian, Spanish and English. A sunny southern European lunch in north London.

This is a great little restaurant where food is amazing. Second visit and the Gnocchetti were delicious and so was the antipasto with my Ichnusa beer which I love. Definitely worth going again.

Accidental(?) discovery (for we put of town tourists) that saved the evening! Really great, straightforward Italian(!) fresh food prepared as if they were hiding a Nonna in the kitchen. Try it!

Great food, but we were sat right under the air conditioning (when it was 18 degrees and rainy in London) so were absolutely freezing all evening. The lights could also be a bit dimmer/yellower - the ambience felt a bit hospital-y.

Very average food. Not sure why this place garners such rave reviews. Baffling. Ordinary pasta served with little flavour. Nothing much to talk abt.

Really wanted this to be good as my parents are from Sardinia and I'm proud of my roots. The issue was the poor service and complete lack of interest and engagement from who I think was the owner. It was just him and one very out-of-his-depth waiter. The food was just above average based on mixed feedback from my family and when you factor in the cost. Wine was excellent though and reasonably priced. But definitely worth a revisit and second chance!

Quaint Italian in Highbury. Shared a plate of charcuteries to start. Good selection of meats and decent but not exceptional cheese. As a main, had the truffle tagliatelle from the rolling menu. Decent portions and definitely good, but didn’t offer any surprises or stick out. While food was ok, service was great! Our server did a great job welcoming us and talking through the menu. We sat outdoors, but the noisy road is a bit distracting. Would recommend indoor seating if you go.

A truly excellent restaurant. One of my favourites in London. Received particularly excellent service and attention from the chef here who prepared a Sardinian specialty I had been looking for especially for me as it was off the menu when I visited. Everyone was friendly and the cooking was authentic. All at a very reasonable price point as well. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Pretty good food, small portions but very expensive. A good local restaurant that I have been to a few times, but I always leave feeling hungry and surprised by how expensive the food is.

Perhaps there must be an hectic being happened and having glitches with no signal for their phone contact as stated, the phone was gone to voice mailbox with two calls being made at around 7.30pm and 9pm for table reservation; Also being found that the rude staffs never call back with a recorded message by 'Please leave your name and contact number after the beep'; So what's next? The call back would be happened never! and ever! I might not be give a try again as this is how the customers being treated by the staff in Little Sardegna

Very friendly atmosphere and excellent service on a Sunday evening. Short menu of Sardinian inspired food complemented by daily specials had something for everyone.

Molto delizioso! This was such a fabulous find; we loved the look of the place as soon as we walked in, the pasta is made fresh in-house (as it should- nay, must! be), the food was completely delicious, the wine was great and the staff were fantastic. We loved it all and will definitely be back

Where to even start! The food here is worthy of a Michelin star, so many different flavours expertly combined to create the perfect dish. The service, drinks, and atmosphere are also heavenly, with only the highest quality being served to you! Although it is on the more expensive side of restaurants, it is not something that you will regret. To talk more about the food, the pasta is perfectly cooked and seasoned, with perfect portions and plating. Finally, the atmosphere was also very welcoming and warm, with candles and suitable music. Overall we paid £80+ for a 3 person meal. Would definitely recommend!

A little gem for authentic Sardegna cuisine.

On my most recent visit, I went with a friend and we had a lovely time. It was a Thursday night and even though we were there quite early (6.45pm), it was really quiet which surprised me. However, I’d still recommend to book as it’s been much busier when I’ve been before. We didn’t have any starters (my friend’s decision - I thought the burrata sounded great!). My main was the crab from the specials board, which was the perfect size and definitely not stingy with the crab. Really tasty. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was creamy and light and I loved the flecks of crumbled amaretti biscuits on top, and the lemon sorbet. It’s hard to know what to say about lemon sorbet as it’s rare it’s not good. This was good. Prices were fair - my crab was about £16/17 and desserts were £6/7 Great for a cosy catch up, or date night.

Definetely the best restaurant in the area.

We dropped in without a reservation and they found us a table outside. The restaurant was full but the service was friendly and professional and we did not have to wait too long for our food. The dishes we chose tasted authentic and delicious - we particularly enjoyed the ravioli - and prices very reasonable. We even decided to go back the following week to try some more dishes. Now this restaurant is on our list for all future visits to London.

Really nice intimate restaurant on the Blackstock Road. Some lovely interesting dishes not found in your usual Italian restaurant at a good price. Also some very good wines from Sardinia using the indigenous grapes from there. Very pleasant service.

i'm cautious of saying 'it was the best meal ever!' but this really was up there. mussels were delicious, house wine was yummy (i had a carafe for £13) and my main course (a humble tortellini) was off the chart. reasonably priced and they allowed our little dog inside. thanks very much for a great birthday guys!

Cute local restaurant with very good quality food. We had some bruschetta, nocellara olives and caprese salad for starter. You could smell the fresh tomatoes and basil from far- probably the best tasting ones I had in a very long time in london. As a main I had the potato filled pasta with lemon zest and mint on tomato sauce. Wow! Also the ricotta ravioli were great and the hazelnut added texture to it. We enjoyed very much! Last but not least, the tiramisu with a touch of amaretto crumble and the baba so creamy and spongy were the perfect end to a beautiful meal. Total bill with a bottle of wine was around £38 per person (we were 3 people). The amaretto shot on the house was also a lovely finishing touch. Definitely recommended!
