We’re regular lunchtime visitors. All the food is excellent and the baked potatoes are the best I’ve ever had. Delicious fillings and skin lovely and crispy. The wraps are superb as well and very substantial. The dishes come with a lovely side salad, sweet chilli dip and coleslaw. Night time menu is also excellent and highly recommend the meatballs. Our boys love the pizzas. BYOB is a bonus as well. Great service, great food and great staff. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Lovely authentic Italian restaurant. Great service, and an incredible menu. Staff can’t do enough to assist you. Will definitely return soon.

Amazing coffee and homemade lemon &almond tart! Amazing place with a great atmosphere and music👌 You may feel like in your Italian grandparents house by so lovely 😍 I heard that pizza here is one of the best 👌 Owner is from Sardine 👌🙂

Whilst visiting friends we decided to have a takeaway and this was recommended. I’ve always driven past this place and truth be told thought it was shut down! But, when we received the food it was delicious. Food was still piping hot even after the drive home. Kids had pizza which looked and smelled unbelievable! Good value for money, and if we are about again we would definitely order again!

The food is sensational, the pizzas are so flavorful and light. The service is excellent and the pizza making courses are so much fun. Please eat here

Pleasant environment with vast food menu and prices which are just about acceptable. Drinks have a high mark up and could benefit from a slight reduction. The food appeared within a reasonable time and was a satisfactory temperature and flavour. Menu would benefit by offering more healthy options for kids and perhaps allowing them to choose pasta dishes half price. The menu includes chips too often to be authentically Italian and modern kids do not eat chips with everything. Decent coffee on offer. We eat here often and service is usually efficient. Some serving staff are friendly and engaging whilst others are not. One final tip - get some tongs to handle biscotti and don’t use hands!!

So very sad to hear that Massimos has closed. We have spent many happy times there, with lovely food. We are left with our memories, and offer our good wishes to all the family in any future endeavours. Tim and Janet.

Vine a Paulos el sábado por la noche con un par de amigos. El restaurante estaba muy ocupado y el personal era increíble y muy atento. Tuvimos una botella de bonacchi chianti 2021 entre 3 de nosotros. La carta de vinos era excepcional y había mucha variedad. Para empezar pedimos jamón y melón de Parma, calabacín y sardinas. Todo estaba muy fresco y sabroso. Para nuestras comidas principales, pedimos lasaña, lingüine de pescatore y salti en bocca alla romana (ternera), luego un par de lados de espinacas y puré cremoso para acompañar la ternera. El lasanga fue el mejor que he probado. Vino servido caliente y el camarero me ofreció parmesano y pimienta negra después de recibir mi plato. En general tuve una gran experiencia cenando en Paola. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante y volveré de nuevo muy pronto. Gracias de nuevo por la increíble experiencia!

Booked to go here tonight to celebrate granddaughters a level results only to find find they were closed .. . Booked 3 weeks ago , would have been nice to have been informed that they were close!!@ We went to Dolmus Italia and had a lovely meal were very accommodating and had a lovely meal. We'll recommend.

BRAVO BRAVISIMO! I came here with family of 11 people. We all had pizza we enjoyed, tasty drinks and wonderfull wine. Everything was satisfaction from service to food. #1 place to eat in whole Sicilia.

Really disappointing meal, when we arrived we were asked if we had booked we had but it wasn't there don't think it mattered though. We were sat by the window which was a little cold and we felt a bit forgotten about. I think we waited about 20 minutes to ask what drink we wanted they then came fairly quickly. Menu looked promising with lots of choice. Had garlic bread with cheese to start, didn't really taste of garlic and the base tasted cheap and premade. This came about 40 minutes into the meal This wasn't a good omen for the pizza we had a four cheese and a picante, the cheese tasted good on the four cheese but the tomato sauce was lacking in flavour and it had the same nasty base. The picante and a spicy chilli next to it on the menu but had some tiny flecks of chilli in it and a pathetic amount of pepperoni. Our friends had pasta and didn't enjoy that either. It took about an hour to get to the point when the mains came out and the restaurant was hardly full. When the owner took the plates we asked for the bill but 20 minutes later that hadn't come so we walked up ourselves and paid. Didn't tip which is the first time in ages. Would not return, felt abandoned in the conservatory area poor service and below average food.

Fab! The best pizza I have ever had and I do not exaggerate. They gave us a free taster of bread with balsamic which augured well and the pizza reflected the same quality. Great service and I was highly honoured to visit. And we saw Mark Steel. Twice!
