We very much enjoyed our meal with pasta salad and pizza . Attentive friendly service and nice restaurant . Recommended.

I didn’t read the menu and ordered a dish with meat. I don’t eat meat. Staff were great and cooked up a new meal no problem…food was great too!

We ordered a take away which was delivered within 30 mins: that was the good bit. If you like spending £35 on two pizzas, which are super thin, barely topped and as filling as air, then this is the place for you. I regret ordering and won’t be back.

My daughter treated me to dinner at Dough & Co. We arrived about 17.00 and were greeted with a friendly member of staff. The atmosphere was warm and very welcoming. Tables were neatly arranged and menus were provided. The menu is extensive. Lovely fresh pizzas / breads/and dough. We had the controversial pizza, tomato bruschetta, fried dough triangles with dip and chunky chips. We choose to have everything at once. Food arrived quickly, fresh and smelling divine. The food was aesthetically pleasing. Everything was delicious ! We were tempted to have dessert - the chocolate profiteroles and fried sweet dough triangles with caramel sauce we chose were perfect. We really enjoyed our visit and we will be back 🥰

First time I've ordered a takeaway from here. The food was absolutely amazing! It was like eating restaurant quality food in the comfort of my home. I've never tasted dough like it on a pizza! I normally leave the crust on pizzas, but the whole lot got eaten. The salad was fresh and tasty as well, and the warm doughnuts were like pillows on my tongue. Will definitely make this my go to pizza takeaway from now on. Well worth the money.

My pizza was nice but I ordered my son a vegan pizza because he can’t have diary and it barely had a cheese on it. Very disappointing.

Two pizzas bought for takeaway. Although different types, they both were almost tasteless and the dough border was very wide with not a lot of filling. Very disappointed. They were in a smaller location originally and the pizzas were excellent but they’ve gone downhill since the moved to larger premises. Won’t be going again.

Was taken here by my husband for a date night. . . . so disappointed with the food and service. Bruschetta was a plate of bread, tomatoes and limp rocket so you had to assemble it yourself. Pizzas were undercooked as so soft in the middle they drooped down when you picked up a piece. We had to ask for balsamic vinegar as none on the table, but waitress was too busy on the other side of the restaurant stacking tables on top of each other to serve it. I had to go to the chef’s counter myself to get it. Had a pale ale which was just served in a can with a glass and went everywhere when I opened it (was replaced by an open can). All in all very disappointing and we won’t return despite them giving us 25% off the bill.

Hit and miss experience. Food was not hot and the children's pizzas and mack and cheese were forgotten. The chef seemed to find it amusing when prompted by our waitress. Jade our waitress and the manager were very good and approachable. Both very professional when seemingly undermined by the chef.

Take away. God what a disappointment. Ordered brushetta. Got a box of tomatoes and rocket. And soggy bread. Pretty poor food. Pizza 8/10 plus dips . Bit poor quality 😢

Don't visit if you are a vegetarian. I asked if there was a pasta that was suitable for vegetarians. Was told that one with four cheeses was. When I queried this as some of the cheeses listed are not normally vegetarian, I was told that all the cheeses the restaurant used were 'made inside the stomach of a pig' and best to stick to the vegan options. I queried this and checked the tomato pasta and was not vegetarian and was then told yes I could eat that! They obviously have no respect for vegetarian customers.

Ordered food online yesterday evening but it never came. Really disappointed because I’ve heard such good things about the food

Ordered the Calzone, pasta, flat bread and garlic bread for delivery and very disappointed. It was all stone cold I guess this was down to it being forty minutes late. The pasta was dry with hardly any sauce and I would recommend the calzone if you like a lot of dough and very little filling. Poor show all round and unlikely to order again.

Service a little slow and restaurant was freezing, food was fine. Lack of atmosphere. No decaf coffee!

Staff very friendly and helpful. They offer, pizza, pasta dishes and hamburgers and are reasonably priced with generous portions. We were very pleased with all our food choices and my pizza was one of the best I had ever eaten.

Ordered dinner from New pizza place dough and Co, great meal pizza was great fluffy dough great sauce and plenty of toppings, the pasta, the white one, was really lovely no soggy pasta cooked to perfection the mushrooms and ham were so tasty and the sauce was great. Salted caramel doughnuts for pud!!! Yummy light little fluffy balls of doughnut yummy!! The service was quick and the delivery driver was amazing he even rang ahead to tell us what time he would arrive and he was smart and funny. Great meal and service all round we will be back thank you.

My family and I stumbled upon this restaurant in Sudbury and it looked quite appealing from the outside. They seemed to have a mix of gourmet burgers and pizza/pasta dishes, served from two different areas inside. We were informed that we could order off either menu, before being seated near the open kitchen. It was nice to see the chefs at work, interacting with each other and preparing the meals. We ordered both burgers and pizza, which arrived in a timely manner and well presented shortly afterwards. The superfood salad was excellent to accompany my French style burger, that included two patties, melted brie and thick cut bacon served on a brioche bun. The food tasted as good as it looked and the pizza my daughter tried to finish proved just too much. The waitress was very friendly and chatty throughout our time and offered to put the left over pizza in a box to enjoy later. You can definitively taste the smoky effect of the wood fired oven, which sets this pizza apart from a regular cooked one. I look forward to going back sometime soon or visiting another branch to compare how they are.I would recommend for the great food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, they were all very attentive and made our evening really lovely.We had the charcuterie board to start with and it was delicious, we’d highly recommend. The highlight being the soft blue cheese! We both had pasta dishes to follow despite it being a pizza place, we both enjoyed them even if they were a little basic. From reading the reviews, we should have gone for pizza but that’s our bad! Thanks for a lovely evening, we’d definitely recommend this place.

Ordered a delivery at 7pm to be delivered ASAP, was unable to get anyone on the phone until 9pm to find out where my order was. Half heartedly apologised and said they would rush it out....at 10:15 my order arrived.Pizza was cold, undercooked/soggy and my wife’s pizza was pretty terrible.

Ive been waiting to try dough and co pizzas since they opened their new sudbury store, a brave thing to do mid lockdown - well done you.i wasnt disappointed ordering the hot one for me and a gluten free version of the same for my wife. We added garlic bread and choose through the girls night in special, which was a little pricey but for an occasional treat worth every penny.I can honestly tell you that its the best wood fired pizza ive had for years - I trained at the AVPN in Naples which is the authority that controls how pizzas are made in Naples and dough and cos pizzas were as good as those, really great. Ive also built a wood fired oven and cooked pizzas in it, but not as good as these guys.Delivery was a lot quicker than they said and the delivery guy called us as were were in the garden not expecting it to arrive for another 20 or so minutes. It did say we would get a text when it was on its way, we didnt , but is wasnt an issue.We have two issues, the first was that there was too much food, were were greedy and i can pack a pizza away but it was too much, hardly a complaint but the rest went in the freezer. The other issue was that there was nothing on the box to say it was gluten free pizza, so as we both ordered the same pizza, the only way we could tell was that my wife added red onions. So please dough and co , pop a sticker on the box to show its gluten free, not a big deal to many but to those are cant handle gluten, it could have been very serious.But dotn let that deter you book a table now you can and enjoy the best pizza this side of Naples.

After months of lockdown and deliveries it was a pleasure to see the new restaurant with a light and airy atmosphere. Food always tastes better when served to you and we were impressed by the service and fascinating to see the team put our meals together. This is not robotic 'fast food', this is quality food commissioned to order. Excellent disabled facilities to upstairs for the burger side however loo doors are a bit 'rustic' not knowing if occupied or not. A trivial matter in the grand scheme of things. A definite 'treat' venue and well worth a visit.

My first time trying Dough and Co and rather disappointed. Ordered a takeaway ‘The Classic One’ pizza tonight with chicken pieces and extra mozzarella. This ‘extra mozzarella’ was delivered to me in a tub separate, not on top of my pizza as I would’ve expected, and was actually cheddar cheese, not mozzarella as stated. I also ordered a garlic butter dip that did not arrive with my order. Delivery time was sooner than expected so I’ll give them that, but no update on Uber Eats saying my food was on the way. Pizza is extremely overpriced for what it is, it was bland and dry, and was just not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be ordering again.

Getting worse! Pizzas are OK tasting, however they are overrated on price and size is not great. The service is shocking and needs serious attention when there is a lot of competition out there. They may feel they are they artisan of pizzas in Sudbury but if services sucks they will fall flat. Pizzas delivered cold, items missing off orders, delivery staff pleasant however lacking in knowledge, when you call to ask where you order is it’s a poor response with sorry- but 3 times isn’t good enough as clearly they haven’t learned from previous mistakes or just don’t care. I’m done with them now and moving on, so be aware, if you want good pizzas there are other options!

Pizza arrived and didn't taste or look cooked so i stuck it in the oven for a few mins, after that it was at least cooked but not anything special, wasn't horrible but definitely wouldn't bother ordering again.

Sorry guys, but we were all totally underwhelmed with our pizza delivery tonight from Bury St Edmunds. Ordered six pizzas, Dough was ok ‘ish, some were well cooked but four were soggy and undercooked on the bottom. The toppings were very sparse at best, literally thrown together, and as for using what are clearly tinned mushrooms and tinned pineapple is a bit of an insult to your customers who are paying a high price for what you term an artisan product! Your quality control leaves a lot to be desired so will not order again.

Ordered a takeaway this evening and was thoroughly pleased. Better value and far superior quality and taste than dominos. The best vegan pizza I think I’ve ever had. Desserts are great as well. Despite it being peak Saturday night it took less than 40 minutes to arrive - which I think is very good! It’s going to be difficult to resist ordering more often, my poor bank balance! Thank you

Myself and a few friends decided to have one last meal out, before the impending lockdown. Online booking was easy, and we had the perfect table in the restaurant. Although the restaurant is small, it still complied with COVID regulations. Our waitress Sophie was charming, offering us extensive knowledge of both drinks and pizza menus, and made us feel welcome and excited for our meal. The starters were great, a huge charcuterie with lots of bread, and lovely olives too. Everything was made to order, and was done with a lot of care. Sophie was explaining how Dough&co started and how wonderful a business it was, and how happy she was to be a part of it all- which truly showed in her customer service. The wine that she recommended was delicious, and paired with our meal beautifully. The chef on duty was happily chatting to customers too, which created a lovely atmosphere. It would seem they were both genuinely passionate about their jobs and the products they serve. I wish Dough&co all the best throughout lockdown, and only wish we’d experienced it sooner.

Fabulous pizzas, incredibly friendly team who will always call if there are any queries with an online order and just all round great. Not always ideal as I find myself making excuses to have a Dough & Co. as often as I can! It’s great to have a quality, local pizza company that also doesn’t break the bank! Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Great pizza just can be slow delivery. The pizzas are probably the best in town although they could try offering a few new pizzas. A few different starters that aren’t dough based would be good.The garlic dip is great.

Had a late evening dinner here. Small cute shop with the loveliest staff, felt like they really enjoyed their work. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a calzone and had a bottle of the “similar to Merlot”- all fab.Wish they were closer to home as we had a couple of nights away without the kids in Sudbury. I’m sure this place has a good following, what is there not to love about this place? Chaps, never change being so fab!!

On our way back from Sault Saint Marie to Ottawa, we stopped at this place for a good food. Our party of 6 were seated inside since it was raining the outdoor patio was not in use. The Italian place serves pasta and pizzas in a wood oven style. Thin dough with many options. They serve various salads and other Italian choices on their menu. Very friendly servers. Very clean and family atmosphere ideal for relaxation. The prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend the location weather you are visiting Sudbury or going through it like us.

Sadly, this is the last time we will order from Dough&Co. Ordered online just before putting the children to bed, and were promised delivery within the hour. Despite calling 1hr 15mins after originally ordering, we were met with several excuses. “No order in our name” “3rd in the queue” “will be with you within 30 mins” the delay was eventually blamed on the technology of the website. The order eventually arrived a further 50 mins later, with sides missing. When ordering online a contact telephone number is requested twice. Disappointingly nobody could call and explain the delay. However when the delivery driver called to say they were leaving, surprisingly we were asked if we still actually wanted the delivery. Upon arrival, the driver apologised profusely, then offered discount if we called up for our next order. There will not be another order. Shame as the food that did arrive (sides missing) was lovely.

Ordered online for delivery, took over an hour to arrive. Pizza asked to have normal cheese swapped for vegan cheese, which was ignored. Another pizza had topping modifications (addition of pepperoni) which was also ignored. As well as the wrong drink being sent too. Pizza was okay quality but nothing special. Won't be ordering again.

Dough & Co serves up the best pizza in town! It’s so great to have a good pizza place to order from as opposed to just dominoes. We ordered from here again last week and the pizzas were fresh, full of flavour and had ample toppings. We ordered the veggie and the vegan pizza and I was surprised at how good the vegan mozzarella was as I’ve had lots of vegan pizzas in the past and the cheese is sometimes not good. You wouldn’t be able to tell it was vegan. The chunky courgettes on the veggie pizza was a particular highlight. I was so pleased that everything wasn’t oily. My only criticism is that the pizzas can be a bit hit and miss. We ordered from here a month or so ago and the pizzas had far less toppings and it took ages for the pizzas to arrive. Also I do think the garlic bread lacks cheese and is a bit too crusty. However, this time I was surprised at how nice it was and the deals are such good value for money!

We have never had a pizza we didn't find delicious and we've eaten a lot of pizza from these guys! We've tried a range of them and found them all perfect and great value, especially the deals.

A lockdown treat; best pizza we have had in ages ... and not just because we haven't been anywhere :) Because of current restrictions it had to be a takeaway so we placed the order online and it was ready to collect when they said, freshly made and delicious.

Such a shame we had such a bad experience, I have heard good things from friends.Ordered delivery online and received email confirmation showing time between 5-6pm order ready with an hour. Most places in town take 30-45 mins so thought yes that's fine.Over an hour passes and I call the restaurant. They couldn't seem to find ticket, so told me it was probably out for delivery then told no actually your 3rd in the qué. I can understand it can be busy but there was no call to say sorry it's delayed.Then at 6:50pm I get a voicemail saying it's ready for collection! Honestly not impressed.We did get delivered in the end.However was much to be desired.Looked sloppy and rushed.Garlic pizza bread was more crust than anything else.Overall a very underwhelming experience.We always support local businesses and I love giving credit when due, however I really was left with a bitter taste in the mouth.

This is easily the best Pizza for miles. Food is always beautifully presented and very tasty and tonight was no exception. Serious hats off to the chef that’s on tonight, our order was perfect and delicious! Would 100% recommend.

Dough&co serve one of the best pizza's I've had. I've ordered from here twice now and the service is quick, and bonus, they serve vegan pizza, WHICH IS THE BEST.

We ordered the 'Family Night In' which was 4 pizzas, 4 dips, 2 sides and a 1.5l bottle of lemonade. Value for money was amazing. Ordering online was very simple. I dont usually have pizza as not a lot of places offer gluten free so I was really pleased when I found Dough and Co who said any pizza could be made with a GF base. Delivery was exactly at the time we requested, the food was hot, well presented and delicious. Thank you very much, we will definitely order from you again.

It’s a shame as these could have been great pizzas if only a little time was taken in arranging the toppings... literally that’s all it would have taken! I had a pizza with mozzerella, basil, extra olives and extra sunblushed tomatoes. I had one leaf of basil on the pizza which actually made me laugh. The tomato’s and olive were just chucked on and wernt even cut. Anyone that’s ever had a pizza with an uncut olive on it knows how irritating the rolling around is. My fiancé had extra prawns topping, all of the prawns were on one side of the pizza. The dough was tasty, the sauce and toppings themselves were tasty, but come on dough and co make at least some effort to arrange and chop to appropriate size your toppings. It seems lazy and like there is an extreme lack of effort. And don’t be so stingy on your basil, like if you’re going to offer it, come through with the goods... so was the pizza tasty? Yes, once I’d rearranged them myself, but then ya know I may as well have just made it myself in the end. If deconstructed pizza is your thing and you don’t like basil even tho you’ve paid for it, then go for it. We won’t be ordering again although it did give us a giggle when we opened up the boxes, and it did fill our bellies. The garlic mayo is great though. I’ve attached some photos, please note the olives and tomatos have already been artfully arranged by moi at this point before we thought to take a pic.

Prompt delivery. Excellent range of pizzas, always superbly cooked. Generous toppings. Our favourite is the Gorgonzola, ham, pear and toasted walnuts - yummy!

Ordered a family special for delivery during lockdown and OMG, it was amazing! The whole family agreed pizza was preferable to Dom......s, really tasty with obviously quality ingredients, even the side salad was fresh and delicious. The service was also amazing, I called to say the driver had forgotten one of our sides but they were already on their way back out to us with it. This was our first time using Dough & Co and we will certainly be back again.

The food was really nice- great garlic bread! There was just one slight problem: they didn’t have a topping for a couple of the pizzas that we ordered so we had to change it (not a problem). However when they arrived, we found that they hadn’t sent us our second choice but had just substituted the topping of our first choice with chicken. Luckily we like chicken and it was still a tasty pizza, however we were actually looking forward to our second choice by this point! Just slightly disappointing when it arrived, I’ll have to double check the order in the future. The garlic and herb dip was ok but a bit heavy and claggy. Maybe find a way to make it a bit lighter?Overall a nice pizza but maybe some aspects still need honing.

We just ordered the family deal. We had a selection of different pizzas and you also get garlic bread, salads drink and dips. It was amazing and enough to enjoy some leftovers tomorrow. Great service especially with the Coronavirus pandemic. My 11 year old is a big fan of the chain that prefers to fry their pizzas and she is now converted to Dough and Co.

We enjoyed our pizza and it was delivered in good time. Our only improvement would be to add the gluten free range to the website. It wasn't clear so 'luckily' I ordered a risotto, the only item i could find on the menu that was gluten free.

Best gluten free pizza I have had in a very long while ! Service was really quick and friendly! They just advertise gluten free more clearly though as I nearly didn’t order from here! In these troubled times of needing comfort food, this was perfect! Delicious food at our door and the delivery driver was respectful with social distancing. Got a couples-night-in deal and was really worth the money!

We always eat out every Saturday night at restaurants in and around Sudbury, but can’t at the present Covid 19 time, so missing PizzaExpress wanted a pizza and found Dough&Co;, and my goodness we were not disappointed. So easy to order and pay on their website. Good pizza choices and extra toppings. Delivery exactly on time. Pizzas hot and very very tasty. Cooked perfectly. (sorry PizzaExpress) so we will be back for more takeaways and can’t wait for their restaurant to open up again.

With restaurants closing due to the Coronavirus I expected a long wait for my take away pizza but they were fast, efficient and most importantly absolutely delicious

Fast and efficient service. The pizzas were all obviously freshly made and very tasty. Among our order was a vegan pizza, it would have been helpful to have made a note on the box so you knew which one was the vegan pizza. Apart from that, will definatley order from you again.

Had a few friends over for game night, we decided on pizza takeaway we were not disappointed in the quality of these pizzas. I have had a lot of pizzas in my life and I can safely say these were one of (if not) the best I have ever eaten. Very reasonably priced and fast delivery, will definitely be choosing this over dominos from now on.

Used to be a lot better, I had the fungi one, it says it comes with mixed wild mushrooms, which sounds like more than one type, however mine had every day normal ready bought sliced mushroom, just like you’d get thrown on in any box standard pizza shop, however would have been a lot cheaper!

I'm not a fan of the pizzas from places like dominos as they make me unwell, but the pizza here is so authentic. A lovely thin base and really interesting toppings. I had the spicy one last time and it was delicious. I also love their flatbread garlic bread. They deliver and take card as well which is always useful. You can sit inside it is small though but I think most people get takeaway. A lot of pizza for the money and I have ordered a few times - love it!

Being very blunt eating the food from here does not feel like you are eating a takeaway pizza! Good ingredients that are fresh and tasty essentially giving the impression it’s home cooked , which it is! After eating do not have that horrid bloated feeling as with other pizza providers and it just tastes soooo goood!

First time getting food from here and we were very impressed by the value from the family night in deal. Friendly service including a phone call to check our order was much appreciated. Great food too which went down a treat, thank you!

Had 2 takeaway pizzas,were very mean on the toppings 2 bits of rocket and hardly any ham,They need to be more generous with the toppings !!!

Went here Monday 16th Dec for my mums Birthday and we had a lovely time. Food was amazing, staff very friendly they brought a cake out and sang happy Birthday to her. Highly recommend this place.

Travelled all the way down from Doncaster for a business trip. Decided to run into Dough&Co; - the best Garlic Bread I have ever had in my entire life. Pizza was unreal!

We ordered our food at 8.10pm via the online service and it didn’t arrive with us until 10pm. I had a phone call at 9.05pm saying it would be another 25 minutes before our food would be delivered and did we want a garlic bread side as an offering. We accepted the garlic bread, although this wasn’t offered as gluten free, despite the fact we had ordered a gluten free pizza. 10pm came and our food arrived. It’ was hot and a good standard however the garlic bread was not gluten free meaning only one of us could indulge and, being the only one able to eat it, I couldn’t finish it. I appreciate Friday nights are busy for takeaways but having had this happen to us on 2 occasions, I felt the need to share.

Me and my mum experienced Dough and Co Sudbury for the third time the other day, it was fantastic. Would always recommend!
