Da Noi Restaurant in Trafford

I loved this place, always visited when we stayed at the Cresta Court airport hotel down the road. Always a friendly welcome, fabulous food, incredible cocktails. We were so sad to turn up and find it closed. I've recommended this to lots of my friends. I hope it will re-open one day as it was really missed on our last visit

Booked table and confirmed turned up on the day only to find out this restaurant has been shutdown since last year! They closed down without letting anyone know.

I made a booking on-line for 6:30pm, through their website, and got an email confirmation. When we arrived it was closed. Great.

We booked a table for four at this restaurant in early January for a fiftieth birthday almost 3 weeks later. The order was confirmed by email almost immediately, however when we arrived on the date of the booking we found the restaurant to be closed. We didn't receive any advanced notification, so can only assume that the business has now ceased trading.

Nando and his Team were outstanding on Christmas Day!!!! We were made to feel special as soon as we walked in, staff were amazing, so much praise for the chef and his team because the food was delicious. Thank you for making our day extra special Nando.

We went for a beautiful meal. The food is excellent, the staff are really lovely. It’s very reasonable price wise. We had the king prawn starter which was to die for and the calamari which was excellent followed by Sea Bass and Steak Diane, it was all fabulous and we will definitely be back . This is now my new favourite restaurant

We stayed in a local Altrincham hotel prior to flying for our holiday. This restaurant was an amazing find which I can quite happily say was the best Italian meal I have ever tasted. The service was impeccable and the flavours were incredible.

Hard to praise Da Noi too highly, particularly as the restaurant opened specially for our business dinner on a night when they would otherwise be closed. Food was superior Italian trattoria menu and drinks and service splendid. Highly recommend it

Amazing pizza featuring lots the toppings and an amazing base, the pasta dish was perfectly cooked with huge prawns and lovely sauce.

We arrived at this restaurant without booking, as the hotel we were staying in let us down. This restaurant accommodated us, and our food was served quickly and efficiently, and the food was delicious. Wasn't terribly expensive and the staff serving were pleasant enough.

Decided to give Da Noi a try, so booked a midweek early table and we weren’t disappointed. Chose of the set menu £12.95 for 2 courses - bargain. Had bruschetta and chicken and broccoli penne with peppercorn sauce. Both were perfect, hot, well cooked and great service. Would definitely recommend

Good food and Covid safe. This is quite a unique restaurant as it has an upper gallery for private parties. The menu is good and varied. It’s an Italian and all the classic dishes were on the menu. We had starters with olives, calamari, tomato and meat balls , garlic bread etc. Main meals were ,various pizzas, penne, chicken dishes and a salmon and prawns . All were very nice. We were the first customers so it was quiet, then it filled up and had a nice atmosphere. My only small criticism was the lighting. It was too dim to enjoy the food. If the owners would like some advice to improve they they can contact me. So I couldn’t give it 5 stars.

so imagine this you are on your way home from the outskirts of Manchester to Eastbourne and 30 mins on 5 hour journey you get a flat tyre and you have to wait an hour for the recovery truck 30 mins for the drive and then the tyre place says you have to wait an hour get it replaced so you get lunch here mm i say out of this world the waiters are nice and the tabe next to the fish tank is a nice place to sit and as i have said before the kids pizza is out of this world i say if you have a kid tell them to choose bacon and peperoni yes it may be filling but it is worth it all iam 12 yrs old my name is toby and i give this resturaunte 5 out of 5 star this is toby sighning out

We visit regularly and were there for dinner again last week.The staff are so helpful and friendly, excellent service, and the fillet steak was just perfect and perfectly cooked. The food at Da Noi is always excellent as is the wine.Da Noi still stands out as the best Italian restaurant in the Altrincham, Hale, Lymm, Knutsford area.The staff all wear masks, tables are well distanced, sanitiser supplied, although we always carry our own, overall a very safe restaurant.

This was the first time we visited. The staff were friendly, we felt very welcomed, the service was quick and with a smile!The resturant was adequately spaced out according to covid guidelines and staff were wearing face coverings when bringing out food. We felt safe and right at home. We will definitely be returning in future. Food was fresh and tasty and if you are a fan of desserts i'd recommend the homemade tiramisu

This is my go to place for an authentic Italian meal, food is always great and by now I think I tried almost everything on the menu. Wine list is excellent and reasonable. Service is what make this place even better, nothing is too much. Overall it’s always an excellent experience, thank you.

We sampled the early bird offer we'd seen on-line (it wasn't initially offered). We both chose the tomato on bruschetta starter and pasta dishes to follow. I had the Italian meatballs which were superb with subtle herb flavours and a slight chilli kick. My wife had lasagne which she enjoyed. The Chianti was delicious. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.

I've walked past this place so many times and not paid any attention. It popped on social media recently so I decided to pay a visit. Nice modern interior, very clean, white table cloths. We chose from the Early Bird menu. The bruschetta was delicious. I followed with the wild boar gnocchi which was just amazing. Couldn't fault the food. Decent portions (I couldn't finish mine). House wine good value. Nice, friendly waiter. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back.

When I live so close by why have I not been here before ?!! I have been missing out! I was so impressed with Da Noi when I visited last Sunday with my husband for a nice quiet meal without kids. Lovely warm welcome . Staff are very friendly and attentive . Lots of conversation with our knowledgeable host who chatted to us about the best wine and places to visit in Italy , made the experience all the more authentic. Big menu to choose from and the food was sooo tasty!! Perfect sized portions & accompanied by beautiful wine. Prices very reasonable. Lovely quiet relaxed atmosphere in lovely clean and modern surroundings. I would say without a doubt that Da Noi ticks all the boxes.

On the A56 on the way out of Altrincham, this place had not made it onto my radar, but is well worth a visit. Interesting building, with Art Deco lobby and a very warm welcome.We ordered garlic bread and Fritto Misto to start with, then a salami pizza, king prawn linguine and penne with chicken and a peppercorn sauce - all great. Nice to get a glass of house white for only £3.95 too. All in all, a great dinner.

My friends, who I don’t see very often all came to Manchester to visit a seriously ill friend. We stayed in an indifferent nearby hotel, chosen for its location rather than its rating! Fortunately the receptionist steered us to the Italian restaurant just across the road. It was an excellent choice & we all had very tasty food & the ambience was good too. Six of us had time to console, laugh & reminisce with good cuisine & wine.

This is the second time I have been to Da Noi Italian restaurant in Altrincham and yet again another really good meal. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and this large restaurant is a credit to the owner and employees, well presented, modern and welcoming.A truly traditional Italian menu and a fantastic array of choices and specials. If you are in Altrincham and like Italian food, I would definitely recommend a visit!

Excellent food, the best Italian food our party of five have had for a long time. The very friendly restaurant manager added to our long birthday lunch, plus surprise cake and candle for our 15 year old. Highly recommended.

We came in as a party of 9 on Christmas Eve and it was incredible. Really friendly staff member and quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The food was outstanding, best Carbonara I've ever had. A number of the party were vegetarians and they thoroughly enjoyed their food choices. It's not the first time we've been to this gorgeous restaurant and it certainly won't be the last.

Had last minute Saturday night plans. After deciding on Italian we were going to call another restaurant we had been to before but someone said you should try Da Noi. Best recommendation we’ve ever had. The decor is beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were superb. Brought my daughter a dessert with a candle and a shot of limoncello after finding out she’d recently had her 21st birthday. Very friendly with great service. My sister and I were excited to try this restaurant. After being shown to our table and told what the specials were we ordered the cheese arancini and a garlic bread for starters.

I honestly can't comprehend the numbers of positive reviews this restaurant has received. I would never normally be so blunt but this is the worst restaurant i have ever been to. The setting feels like it's been staged for a film, the rude waiters had sweat dripping from the faces onto the table cloth and the food was genuinely inedible. In my whole life I have never found a type of pasta I couldn't eat, but my lumpy, gelatinous Carbonara from Da Noi seemed to have been created using powder mix and Homepride sauce, the bacon actually dissolved in my mouth. My husband's meal was no better. We ate about 3 mouthfuls and then left, genuinely wondering if the good reviews are a wind up to trick people into this awful restaurant!

What more do you need? Friendly welcome, great service, extensive menu, top notch food and incredible value! Only trouble was, we were too full for dessert!

We ate here after a long, tiring journey. A very warm welcome. Really lovely people. The food was absolutely delicious and so was the wine. For us, the one thing it lacks is atmosphere... quite high and 'empty' with a mezzanine floor upstairs and bright lights. We also went mid week..... weekends are no doubt different. But please visit. We will definitely go again .

We choose Da Noi based close location to our hotel and a good menu choice. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing and the service was fab. The restaurant manager had us in histerics... he is such a character

we were underwhelmed on our previous visit, but with the continuous good reviews, decided to give it another go. unfortunately, again, we were both left scratching our heads as to the restaurant's high score. i had the chicken risotto and i have to say it was one of the blandest meals i have ever eaten. the rice was also almost like rice pudding in consistency. on the plus side, the pizza garlic breads are nice.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times before and have always had a wonderful experience. Most importantly the food is of a really high quality and is always hot and well presented. The service is not just very good, attentive and friendly, but if you are inclined, you can engage with the waiters with a bit of light banter and humour.

Tried this restaurant for a change from my usual Italian choice was unfortunately left disappointed.My steak was over cooked and the sauce was bland, my scallops starter was also underwhelming . Staff were friendly but I don’t think I will be returning any time soon.

My wife and I visited on Friday 28th June for the first time and it will be the last. The food was distinctly average and overpriced with GAMBERONI DIAVOLA at £8.95, {5 king prawns at £1.79 each if you do not count the modest piece of ciabatta} but it wasn't the food that prompted this review, it was the standard of clientele, which you may say is of no fault of the management. However, I take the view that if you allow a large party of very loud 'customers' to make that much noise that your other customers can not have a reasonable conversation, or indeed for those sat nearest to these people, to have any conversation at all, you do not deserve to have any respectable customers. Unfortunately, as if that was not bad enough, there was also a wretched and unsavoury din coming from the two neighbouring pubs. It is a shame as this restaurant has all the hallmarks of a nice place. However, when I invest in an evening out with my wife, I do not expect to have to shout as though I were at a rock concert. There are many more far nicer environments to eat in the area, with value for money much better than Da Noi.
