We had a really nice lunch last Sunday. The food was great, the staff were great and the bill wasn't too bad either, if I was a local it would be one of my favourite places to eat.

Went here on sunday with my family, the food was amazing all 7 of us was very impressed, the service was spot on too, we will definitely be returning. The only horrible thing we encountered was a regular customer called Bill, all the staff seem to know him. He went outside into the seating area walked into the left hand corner and proceeded to empty his colostomy bag, we thought this was disgusting and should be addressed. There are toilet facilities indoors where this could have been done in privacy.

Fabulous evening, gorgeous food and very attentive hosts. Beautiful atmosphere and an overall great evening. Can’t wait to return

Yesterday I went in to have lunch at the restaurant. I ordered steak, veggie pasta, avocado salad, and ribs. They brought appetizers, but the ribs were very spicy and the taste of their meat was not good. After that, we waited for 50 minutes and the pasta and steak were not prepared. I had to leave. I no longer had enough time and ended up taking the food home after sitting in the restaurant for 50 minutes. I left hungry. Of course, I will not visit again.

Had an enjoyable dinner with a friend who recommended the place. Ordered bruschetta as a starter, it had a lovely crunch but the tomatoes where the stars and the salt over it in combination to the basil stole the show. 🤌 For the main I had the sea bass, filetto di branzino. The skin was easily peeling and the bass was melting in the mouth, beautiful roasted potatoes and the tomato sauce. It worked well with the sauvignon blanc. Panna Cotta with fresh strawberries for dessert was a great ending with an americano for a finish of the meal. The atmosphere of the place was amazing with great seating in the conservatory. It felt like a familiar space with the servers coming round to customers and checking on them with many clients being regulars. Lovely music to set the mood.

Really enjoyed first visit to Mulino on Sunday afternoon. Plenty of options on the menu and decent sized portions. We needed take home boxes for some of the food. Thought price was fair and service was good. Plenty of parking across the road. Will definitely go again.

Very nice meal - food was superb. Service was very good.Just a small point - the latte at the end of the meal wasn't hot enough so we sent it back. Get that right (as many others can't seem to get hot coffee to your table!) then it would have been a perfect 10 as the last thing you consume is often the thing you remember! WOW, WOW, WOW! I always find Italian Restaurants can be a bit hit and miss so I was expecting the usual ‘ok’ restaurant. Boy was I wrong! This Restaurant was exceptional! Let’s start with the arrival, we were greeted with a happy smiling waitress that found us good table in the extended part of the restaurant. The restaurant itself was spotless clean and the customers were people who dressed smart showing the restaurant attracts high end clientele. The server was extremely polite and jovial which adds to the excellent atmosphere. We were given 3 menus that included a lunchtime menu, a ‘specials menu’ and the normal menu. This was obviously a large menu but had an excellent choice of meals. I started with a garlic bread with cheese which was a generous sized 12” pizza base with buffalo mozzarella cheese and garlic oil. It was delicious and made with quality ingredients. For the main course I ordered a seafood spaghetti and it was exceptional and more. The spaghetti was full of delicious seafood in a felicitous tomato sauce and the portion size was massive, so big that I wasn’t able to finish it. I’d probably say it was without doubt the most delicious seafood spaghetti I’ve eaten from a English Italian Restaurant, definitely a 10 out of 10. Not even Gordon Ramsay could have made a better spaghetti…..it was that good. Overall, a welcoming restaurant with great staff who are polite, happy, helpful and humble, a very clean restaurant with a very talented chef that serves exceptional food as good as or even better than top restaurants in Italy!

Pleasant decor and atmosphere, good food, and friendly, efficient service. A children's menu that is unbelievably good value makes it a great place to take the family. Nice cocktail menu too, so something for everyone.

Came here tonight with the family to celebrate our nephews 16th birthday. The restaurant was able to accommodate 12 people. The service was excellent. The staff were courteous and accommodating. Food was served all together and it was served at the right temperature. The only small thing was that we waited a while after the starters for the main but the staff explained and apologised. Despite this everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal and wine. It was my first time there and I will definitely be going again!

Went for the lunch offer with two courses. The mango salad was bland and we waited a hour for our main which also had no flavour and tiny portions. Was disappointed we come in often and get the same every time. Told the waiters and they didn’t care, one guy smirked… will not be coming back

Delicious pizza from the good value lunch menu. Staff helpful, courteous and dealt with our specific requests very well. Particularly enjoyed the iced latte to finish off our lunch. Shall definitely be back.

We went for the first time yesterday and we were in shocked of how good the environment, the quality fold and how Adriano welcomed us, his energy and the costumer service was amazing. He has made our experience 10 times better, he definitely deserves a bonus. We will come back for sure 👌🏼

This place never fails to deliver for an excellent family meal. We popped in when passing, and they accommodated us in the beautiful conservatory, where the roof was open. The weather was warm, and the restaurant was definitely giving us holiday vibes. My goats cheese with beetroot was so good, as was the prawns. My husband literally drooled over his beef cheeks, and our daughter was totally in awe with how the carbonara was served at the table, mixed from the authentic cheese truckle (wheel). The staff, as always friendly and attentive. It's our favourite Italian.

We celebrated my Mum’s 90th birthday here last week. There were 15 of us and two of us were in wheelchairs and the staff were very helpful. The food was gorgeous, everyone loved their meals and the house wine was good too!! Staff couldn’t do enough for us. My Mum had a fabulous time X x

Love Mulinos, been coming for years. But they do seem to be putting more salt in the food these days.

Love this restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff, reasonable prices, wonderful menu and a great atmosphere. Can dine Al fresco too! Highly recommended but wise to book in advance.

Well, the problem with a place like that is that it makes it really hard to go elsewhere when you tried it. No idea what to expect, went with the lunch menu on £12.50, and I was of course expecting something for £12.50, so quickly done, quickly sold. Blooming Heck, it was just a proper Italian cuisine. And nothing went wrong from there. Staff, Miguel, spot on of a crack. Final bill cheap for the experience.

First time eating in Urmston and someone recommended this place as it’s family friendly and we have twins. We LOVED it so much!! Can’t wait to go back and the food was fabulous. The desserts were huge 😍 the only issue was with the entrance, we had to carry the double stroller up a few stairs as there was no ramp but the waiter was helpful enough with this.

After a delay to receive our drinks (we had to remind the staff, a usual occurrence) my pizza arrived with a long black curly hair on it. Informed the staff and was given a fresh pizza about ten minutes later with barely a word of apology. Obviously by this time my wife’s pizza wasn’t hot and we weren’t eating together. After calling for the bill I was rather surprised to see I had been charged the full amount. The manager intervened and returned with a revised bill saying he’d knocked nearly fifty per cent off……….the cost of my pizza alone. A whopping £6 off a bill of £58 for having somebody’s hair in my food. Food that was very average, the place has been in decline for a while now. Avoid at all costs, won’t be going back.

Our wait, on a Tuesday evening, was very long, and our starters were cold inside. The main meal was, however, delicious.

My second time here. I really liked the place the first time and came again with my family. Unfortunately, my husband’s fish was not fresh and when I smelt it, it was very fishy (the almost off smell). We sent the fish back to let them know but the chef insist that it was fresh. Didn’t ask for any discount or compensation but they were really funny about it. It was almost as if they were in denial that the fish smelt funny. My husband said it was really salty so it did seemed like the chef tried to covered it up with salt. Rest of our meal was good since it was pasta, risotto and pizza. My advice would be stick with the Italian dishes and you will be ok!

Our second visit to Mulino in a few weeks, as we’re so impressed the first time, and wanted to see how consistent they were. It didn’t fail to disappoint. Front of house is incredibly friendly and efficient, the first visit we were late and after apologising were greeted with ‘it’s never too late for a good time’. It’s the little things like this that brings me back to a restaurant time and time again. We sat in the conservatory which is comfortable and warm with lovely subtle lighting. Waiting staff are efficient with menus and providing good wines by the glass while you decide on your dishes. Hubby opted for lasagna as he’d not been well and hankered for comfort in a bowl. He really enjoyed it, said it tasted fresh and nicely saucy, although couldn’t eat all of it, unsure if that was portion size or slight loss of appetite. It didn’t stop him looking for a desert though. I had chicken breast stuffed with cheese in a smooth tomato sauce, which was succulent but not rich, with a side of asparagus, all delicious. Now our test of a good Italian is tiramisu, and so far only one really hits the mark and that’s where we used to live in Cheltenham, a bit of a trek for a dessert. At last we found it! Like a pillowy marshmallow it keeps you diving in for more but I’ll leave you to judge that for yourself.

Interesting menu, didn't expect to see tapas, good value drinks Jaegar Bombs, again unexpected and good value at £4, service hit and miss, waiter wondered off before taking everyone's drinks orders, maybe distracted by us ordering wine and bombs, plus the restaurant was very busy too. Good value though and nice atmosphere and decor. Desserts disappointing, biscoff cheesecake wasn't great, had to find waiting staff to get bill, we didn't leave a big tip tbh.

Went for dinner here last night. Nice decor and friendly staff. I had the Carbonara and my friend had lasagna. We shared some Arancini. The carbonara was tasty and slightly aldente. It was really good. The chef came out and “spun” it inside a cheese wheel which was fun and quite clever. My friend said his lasagne was “delicious”. Nothing was standout but the whole experience was really positive and if I was in the area again I would definitely go back! .

Everything about Mulinos is excellent

Went on 15th Feb for my wife's birthday. Starters were good. My dish (beef cheeks) was average. The beef was good but the carrots were very hard even for al dente. The cauliflower puree was soup. Presentation poor. I ordered 1 pana cotta with fresh strawberries and received 3 with no strawberries. I also ordered 1 cappuccino which never arrived. I was disappointed as my previous visits had been excellent. It is the first time in years that I didn't leave a tip. Suspect staff shortages may be to blame. I hope it's not complacency.

Had a great meal here mid-week. I maybe had an inaccurate picture of the place that it was all glitz and glamour, but that the food was average. Not sure where I got that idea from, because it was really tasty, a great variety of things on the menu, generous portion sizes, and reasonably priced. Shame the beer I ordered wasn't on from one of our top local breweries, Pomona, but a good alternative was available. Staff were lovely too and the atmosphere and decoration in there is obviously great; just look at the photos.

This was a wonderful place,went to treat my younger sister out for a meal and was thrilled with the service we got. Very lovely and even when sat outside we were still warm near heaters. I can highly recommend the sirloin steak and the carbonara which was thoroughly enjoyable and filled us up. Had desserts and I will have to recommend the dough balls and pistachio sauce with ice cream because it was one of the best desserts I have had. Overall it was a great experience and will be visiting again.😊

It's a year since we were here last...mum's birthday. We ordered from a special set menu today. A great price at £12.95 for two courses. Ribs for starters...sauce was tasty and sweet, although I would have liked them a little drier. Pasta for main was good. Waitresses were lovely, waiter is a little solemn (he was last year - not sure if he is the manager). The ambience here is perfectly serene and relaxing. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean...this I like. I guess we'll be back.😊

Thank you for the food guys, here is some feedback.... The pizza was very good, toppings were delicious and plentyful. The meat was nice and chunky and had lots of flavour. My only critisism would be the base felt too thin resulting in it becoming very sloppy (a common problem with Neapolitan style pizzas but felt it worth mentioning) however I really enjoyed it! The Spaghetti bolognese, I'll be honest, I found underwhelmimng. I know it was a replacment for the Orecchiette Contadina (which I was very much looking forward to trying) but on the whole it lacked depth in flavour and seasoning, which perhaps could have been elevated by the offering of a pot of parmisan and black pepper..? Bolognese is such a humble classic I feel that If I ever order this dish from a restaurant it should 100% be better than anything I could make at home, and i'm sorry to say this just wasnt. Overall though, thank you for the meal, I will hopefully be back to try the Orecchiette Contadina :)

Fourth time here and will continue going. The foods amazing, the staff friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is wonderful. I prefer sitting Indoors instead of in the veranda as I like to see the hustle of the kitchen area. My partner always gets a pasta and I get some of the mix and match dishes. Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended

Excellent Italian restaurant. Had a birthday celebration and the service and atmosphere was awesome. Everyone enjoyed the food and it was served together. Recommend arancini, dough balls, crab pasta and rack of lamb.
