*avoid *am so disappointed with my meal I received from this well knowing restaurant whom a visited and ordered a number of times in the past. I order the platter box, what came with half cooked cheap chicken tikkia ( what i was told that it is the bone and because it cooked in clay oven) half box of rice what had half of lemon cooked in with it) it all went in the bin was told I would get a 15% off next order but i am sorry I will not be ordering or stepping foot back in the restaurant

Pakora tasted like re-heats. We asked for onions and there were none. The tikka meal had no taste the chicken and sauce were bland. We normally order over the phone and enjoy the meals but this was not good atall.

Got a takeaway which came to a total cost of £80 for 3 curries and other bits and bobs. I live 8 minutes away so my drive home can’t affect the food quality. Korma was terrible/ zero taste, South Indian had no flavour just heat, Nan was soggy and undercooked. Pakora was also stale and soggy. Absolutely horrific for the prices they are charging.

Great food! Had an awesome curry with rice, naan, and pakora. Staff were very helpful, and service was quick. Happy to recommend.

If I could give zero stars i would!! Ordered a pizza, pakora and chips with an extra pakora sauce. Usually a pakora sauce is always included with the pakora and a garlic sauce with the pizza. No sauces arrived and the pizza had a hair in it, which was discovered after my children had began eating. I telephoned salt n pepper immediately and they told me they did not see pakora sauce on my order and couldn't explain why I didnt have the free sauces which usually come either. Regarding the hair, I still have it as the restaurant refused to replace or refund as they need to return the full order and couldn't as my children had already started eating it. Very unhelpful, poor communication skills and will not use again. No apology or resolution. Will be reporting to the appropriate food hygiene authorities and definitely do not recommend!!!

On Friday 24/01/25 I order food from 7 Spices at 5.55pm. It was 7.25pm before it had arrived and the food was stone cold. I advised the delivery driver and he offered to take it back and bring me a fresh one. He also commented that it just came from the kebab shop (5mins drive) I chased up my food again and was sent a message from 7 Spices at 8.25pm to apologise and advise that its on its way and will be 5mins. 8.55pm I cancelled the order and requested a refund from 7 Spices. I got a message the next morning to say there would be no refund. I raised this with Just Eat and they said as gesture of goodwill they’ll give me £4 credit as I received the food. I didn’t receive the food and 7 Spices lied about this. I had been ordering food via Just Eat from 7 Spices for nearly 4 years many times per month due to my laziness for not wishing to cook. I will not be using Just Eat anymore or ordering from 7 Spices, 93 Cadzow Street, Hamilton.

I first dined here when it originally opened and chaos reigned, but you can put that down to teething issues. I visited again last night after a few years of reluctance and was pleasantly surprised. The pakoras were light and crispy The curries we ordered - Punjabi Tarka, Akbri, Butter Chicken, Makhani Masala, Lamb Tikka were all different which is good and the extra chillies were added. Hot, Fresh and delicious, I would definitely return.

Would give zero stars if I could. Advertise on both their app and their website that you get 15% off orders over £15. However the offer never works and when you phone them they say such an offer does not exist and thus do not honour what their own offer says on their app and website. If they do not do this offer then they shouldn’t advertise that they do and the fact they offer it and don’t honour it as blatant false advertising and trading standards should get involved as this mob clearly are at it and it is no less than a scam, offering money off without actually honouring it and Bunch of cowboys and will not be returning to them in future but will instead give my money to a business that is honest and doesn’t lie to their customers about their prices and doesn’t try to rip them off. Avoid at all costs

Don’t believe them when they say you order will be ready in 15 minutes!!!! We went to pick ours up we were told 2 mins, reality was another 10! When we told them to cancel they called us giving us some grief. Think twice.

Always order online and everything comes hot tasty and delicious and always on or before time

Tried to order a takeaway after having really enjoyed one a few weeks previously which they had accepted card payment for via link Tonight when phoned the person who answered was abrupt and informed in a very obnoxious manner it was cash only before hanging up on me suddenly before I could place order. When I phoned back I explained that was okay and could I continue ordering to which I was hung up on again with no explanation. I tried to phone back the phone was answered and then put down again straight away. Only my second time using this place and the poor customer service tonight has put me off for good. I will be passing this onto friends or others asking regarding this establishment
