Madras Hamilton in South Lanarkshire

Food stone cold once again. I literally don’t understand how the food can be on time, but be freezing cold every time I receive It from this restaurant. I have been going here for many years but recently it’s went to the dogs

Food very cold and also never tasted nice. Will be my last order from this takeaway.

The food was cold and it was 20 minutes late. On the app it was showing like delivered, which the food wasn’t with me at that time. Delivery is pathetic.

This establishment should be closed down the chicken was grey, to tough to chew and dried like it had been sitting for days. The chips and kebab meat were not any better. I took pictures of the food to send to the shop with no reply

Food delivered on time, unfortunately it was stone cold when received. Pizza had very little toppings.

I had been waiting for 2 hours for order and nobody came. I called two times to restaurant and the staff told me your order is on the way but after 45 min nobody came but my app show me the order was delivered.

2 hours 40 minutes for delivery, cold food and wrong curry with no dip.

Pizzas top notch as usual and the mix platter starter was amazing

we ordered at 630 and it arrived after 830, after sending for an update via Just Eat and 2 phone calls to the restaurant. we ordered food for 5 people and for the most part the food was fine, but 2 of the meals were freezing. I really like Madras, they are out go to Indian Takeaway, but I was really disappointed with the delivery time and some cold food on this occasion

the worst chicken pakora I've ever had. ordered a large and it was a handful of tiny wee bits. Cold. Mostly batter and chewy.No clue why any self respecting chef would allow them to go out like that.

nearly 2 and a half hours wait time for delivery...meals were frozen cold...there was no salad with the tikka meal...asked for money back...will not be ordering from here again.😞

Well to be honest, the healthy munchies box i got was not nice, the chicken chat , was dry and hard as a rock, could brake a window with it, the special salad, was dry lettuce, small bit onion, few bits cucumber, one bit tomato, the lettuce was yellow, lamb was burn and dry, only good but was nan, and chicken tika, so no wasn't very good sorry a 👎

It came late. It was cold. Had to phone to chase delivery. No apology.

I got garlic mushrooms to start and a meal deal. I got 5 quarters of mushroom in the garlic mushrooms. The mushrooms are supposed to be the star of the dish and got 5 small quarters at £5.18 that is ridiculous

Placed food order around 18.15 and only received at 20.40 despite the app stating that it was delivered between 19.30 & 19.55, had to phone the takeaway 3 times to get an update.

Boy oh boy, do these lads know how prepare and deliver a superb takeaway. If you want a proper tasty, Saturday night munch fest - all the meat, chips, kebab, pizza and pakoras you can cram into your greasy little face - then this, my son, is your holy grail. These lads are also super sound. Great service, v friendly and helpful. Last night, these geezers delivered me a massive munchy box (unbelievable value for money, btw) and just chucked in a whole other dish out of sheer generosity. And it was a pizza stuffed with curry. I'll say that again. A PIZZA STUFFED WITH CURRY. Never imagined such a thing in my wildest dreams. Mind blown. 10 out of 10, sell your dog to get food from these sweet, sweet cuisine doctors, do whatever is necessary.

ordered at 1855. food arrived at 2120. order missing items. phoned back and they couldn't care less. told me missing items be out within 5mins. 30 mins later still waiting....all in all nearly 3hrs and no food as i ended up telling them to come collect it. I understand its busy, but come on, be honest with delivery times like other places - don't pretend it's 35 mins... more like 3hrs!!!

Butter chicken tasted more like korma so has unfortunately gone to waste. Naan was very thin. Item missing. Which is on its way. But overall disappointing

I tried the hyperbadi Korma for the first time, it's brilliant, love the creamy coconutty taste of this one. Madras is one of my favourite takeaways. brilliant as always. *****

Ordered from here for the first time last night as my usual place was closed. Basically picked it at random. Food was great, hot and fresh. I loved their choice of deals and combos too. I’ll definitely use this place again.

perfect as always, lads do great food, portions, and deliver on time piping hot. best in the area, been let down by a lot of other places here but never these troops. Don't bother trying others (especially masala king) go straight to Madras 🔥 best korma sauce too

TERRIBLE customer service! Waited 2 hours for delivery contracted the driver no response to then call the shop who answer like its there house phone to be told they driver can't find the address witch is a lie the delivery never left the shop Avoid at all costs!

I’ve been eating Chicken Parmesan across the world from America to Australia to Italy to Hamilton and I can say with full life experience that the Madras Chicken Parmesan is the tastiest Chicken Parmesan I have ever had, my compliments to the chef you guys need to try this, and the chips and garlic dip? Come on. Also, their curry’s and pizzas and literally entire menu is incredible, would never order from anywhere else, 1000/10 💪👨‍🍳

Curries were ok. Pizza, chips and pakora were stone cold. King kebab was a sorry state with no more meat on it than a small kebab. Drinks were wrong and popadoms were missing.

Absolutely amazing food, curries tasted so good. The Pizza's are the best I've had in a long time. We also got a munchie box, donner kebab and Chicken pakoras were spot on, and my favourite was the chicken tikka. Very good portion sizes and cracking staff in the shop as well. 10/10 again. Thanks guys.

The fact the food was an hour late and I stay right round the corner from madras Hamilton is absolutely shocking

best food ever !!! was absolutely amazing so fresh and crisp as a returning customer to madras every time the food just gets better and better. Can't thank you all enough after a hard weeks work this is where it's at. That fantastic meal was on time and portions are brilliant delivery spot on and the driver was very smiley thanks again.
