Pizza cold box soggy pizza nearly coming through box.

The food was only just warm, soggy/ sweaty spicy potatoes and dripping in oil, oil all over the containers and inside the bag.

half the order was cooked at different times and was cold when I got home.

The fact the food was an hour late and I stay right round the corner from madras Hamilton is absolutely shocking

best food ever !!! was absolutely amazing so fresh and crisp as a returning customer to madras every time the food just gets better and better. Can't thank you all enough after a hard weeks work this is where it's at. That fantastic meal was on time and portions are brilliant delivery spot on and the driver was very smiley thanks again.

Kebab came covered in cheese which was not advertised. Pizza came with chicken instead of prawns. Phoned restraunt and person was very rude over the phone, saying ‘some kebabs just come with cheese’ and ‘you never paid for prawns so you got chicken’ and admitted they just read and ignored the note instead of phoning to say they couldn’t substitute, asking for extra money or just cancelling the order. Just sent it as it was. Won’t be going here again.

Ordered a chicken tikka rogan josh and it definitely was not chicken, more like lamb or beef neither of which I would eat. Also didn’t come with rice which I thought was odd for £8.99.

Waited over an hour on a Sunday was ridiculous. Food was scalding hot so couldn't eat it straight away making me wait longer. Dopiaza had little chicken in it... mostly sauce.

Im annoyed, ordered from here after a long shift, got the korma pizza fries, and ended up with it having pizza sauce in it, which its not supposed too(i dont pizza sauce it tastes like pakora sauce here). Was nasty. And was denied refund by justeat.

Order was over 90 mins wait when advertised as 35-55 min wait which is what made me choose them. They updated the just eat app to say my order had arrived but I still waited another 15 mins before I saw it. False advertising made me choose their restaurant

Arrived hot. Generous amounts of food. Grilled meat items, especially lamb, better cooked and flavoured compared to other Indian takeaway I'ved tried nearby. Pizza depending on how you see it was one of the better ones. Focused pizza places obviously do it better in terms of taste, but here, generous amounts of cheese and toppings. Baked Just right.

100/100 made a low week feel great with a fantastic tasting and filling meal with extra for tomorrow thank you guys.

The food was absolutely freezing the salad was rotten Had black bits on it will most definitely not be back ! They did send another one but the food ain’t nice

First time ordering from here but sadly will also be the last. Pizza was tasty however ordered a munchie box alongside that was filled with donner meat and cold chips with a tiny selection of mixed pakora. 1 tiny piece of chicken pakora and 3 little mushroom pakora. No veg pakora? It just wasn't good enough for the money paid sadly.

had the notification from the shop that the food was on the way and it arrived 15 minutes later the shop is only a few minutes drive from my place so was worried the food would be cold if use are that busy should have more than one delivery driver will try again cause the food is tasty just need to sort the delivery

I place an order from Madras Hamilton tonight for a Pizza and Munchy Box combo, Delivery is superb, but i have a little issue with the munchy box , It only had 2 pieces of chicken pakora, 4 pieces of vegetable pakora , the selection was very poor and so with the portions in the munchy box very sad to say but has to be said. I really hope Madras Hamilton see this post and change there munchy box portion sizes with the pizza combo please take what i say on board , Don't just cut corners to save money people are looking for quality at a fair price , but i did not receive quality or quantity. THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD MY WHOLE LIFE. The service was absolutely amazing and my order was given to me right on time ( both times i got my order myself and got a delivery) and i’ve never had such a good pizza with such a nice base until i came to madras . The calzones are delicious as well as the chips and donner meat. Everything is affordable compared to all the other takeaways i have been to despite the prices being very good the food was yet still absolutely phenomenal.

Technically order was on time but only 1 item arrived and then we had to wait for the delivery to be re delivered, when we received the delivery the calzone was burnt black

Was half an hour later than expected. Nan was cold and the garlic butter hadn't melted. Was as if had just spread it on a cold nan. Spicy onions and chicken pakora were lovely. The chicken tikka garlic chilli was ok.

Hi guys loving the food so far, but got an order last night and sent me just a regular curry sauce instead of a madras, I tried to call yous to sort it out and left a voice mail but no one answered. So I had to go through just eat this morning for a refund for it.

Waited over an hour for food, had to call to see if it was coming at all, to which they said they were closed. I said I ordered well over an hour ago, they said they would deliver it. It ended up arriving freezing cold 2 hrs late

Delicious food- had my mum round for dinner which we don’t do often and we were both constantly saying how good and fresh the food tasted between mouthfuls!! Fabulous. Will absolutely order again.. and again! Thank you for a lovely meal 😊. And Happy New Year!
