Salt & Pepper Takeaway in South Lanarkshire

If I could give zero stars i would!! Ordered a pizza, pakora and chips with an extra pakora sauce. Usually a pakora sauce is always included with the pakora and a garlic sauce with the pizza. No sauces arrived and the pizza had a hair in it, which was discovered after my children had began eating. I telephoned salt n pepper immediately and they told me they did not see pakora sauce on my order and couldn't explain why I didnt have the free sauces which usually come either. Regarding the hair, I still have it as the restaurant refused to replace or refund as they need to return the full order and couldn't as my children had already started eating it. Very unhelpful, poor communication skills and will not use again. No apology or resolution. Will be reporting to the appropriate food hygiene authorities and definitely do not recommend!!!

Order at 5.30 via uber eats, order was then expected at 5.55-6.10. Never received anything until 7.15. Phone up at 7.00 to see what was happening and was told it had just left. Food arrived with chips and nan soggy. Both curries were cold. Completely unacceptable especially after waiting almost 2hours for food

10/10 amazing food. If you like Chinese food this is the place to go . Great food and very nice staff ☺️

Made an order at 5:45, expected delivery by 6:30 - seems standard. Called at 7:10 to ask where it was. I was told it just left the shop. Half an hour later and no sign, so either I was lied to or it's sitting in a car for the last 30+ minutes, likely frozen. Either way, I don't want it. Cancelled and new order made to different restaurant. After more than 2 hours my 'cancelled' order arrives, only to tell the poor driver to send it back. This place as rapidly went downhill.

Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. Don't know whats happend but the place has totally dive bombed. Ordered 2 12 inch pizzas and mine looked smaller than the other one and burnt so my fianceè called them to complain and ask for a replacement or partial refund. We were told to take all the food back to them and get a refund bearing in mind her food and the chips were fine. Took the food back and one of the guys asked what the problem was and then said he would make me another pizza while the other pizza and chips were getting cold so I declined and took the refund. Just very disappointed at the customer service and honestly won't be using them again. Shame cos we used to use them every weekend.

Just received our first delivery from salt and pepper. Large chicken pakora and mixed nann kebab. Omg the pakora is massive and the kebab is amazing. I didn't order or pay for any additional sauces yet received 5. We are big eaters but no chance will this all get eaten tonight. Def leftovers for tomorrow.

Terrible service, ordered 4 kebabs, no sauce or salad. I phoned them and they say we are to busy, we will give you £5 off your next order... I still have no sauce or salad. Disgrace of a place. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered from here tonight for the first and wasnt disappointed. After the mix up of address it arrived with about 35 minutes hot fresh and dammed tasty. Would highly recommend.

Great choices of food and everything is delicious

Ordered a large mixed pakora. Very disappointed. For the amount I got which wasn't lot, its wasn't great.

Ordered a late munchie box a few weeks back and paid extra for all chicken pakora when it arrived it was all mixed pakora phoned to complain and was told next time I would get £5 off so tonight at shop I told staff about my £5 off and they said no totally embarrassed plus I still never got any money back because manager wont be in for 5 weeks Wont be ordering from here again

Disappointed no spiced onions with the meal would have to wait ages before I would get it, sauce horrible and grill box bad, waste of money. It came cold in the box, last time it was ok so disappointed. Only ate a small bit rest is binned.

Very slow service yet again. Any other suggestions near Greenhill area.

Place has went downhill rapidly. Can't even cook chips really poorly run and must be the slowest place to cook a meal in the planet.
