Tandoori Palace in South Lanarkshire

I've been ordering from this restaurant for a while (several years) and it's always been consistently good. The order I got tonight was extremely disappointing. The pilau rice was congealed into a tasteless mush, the naan was soggy. The curry itself was okay but nothing to write home about.

Chips were mushy everything had just been thrown together and all pakora wasn’t nice, won’t be returning

Food came delivery guy didn’t have pizza had to tell him pizza was missing then he came back a few minutes later as it was in car all along food was cold and not what we ordered for £43 it was unacceptable and won’t be ordering from there again poor quality of food and service

I ordered before and it was soooooo good and then I order the same thing and it tastes different and I couldn't eat it

Super as usual - did notice that you have to select mild, hot, or vindaloo from the old favourites section rather than leave it as it comes but I'm happy with hot - keep up the good work folks 😁

superb- the king prawns were well cooked and there was plenty in a portion. my only criticism is that the majority of the speciality dishes use a lot of red food colouring which in my eyes is unnecessary.

I paid extra to get strawberry instead of vanilla ice cream and also paid for an extra strawberry ice cream. I received a vanilla and no extra. Called shop but would be 20 minutes for another to be delivered which was no good. Then when actually eating the waffle discover it’s hard and crumbley and just falling apart instead of being nice and soft and u feel like ur actually eating sumthing. Not ordered in a while due to continuous mistakes won’t b ordering again now

chips tasted like they'd been cooked hours ago and just left under a heater and the kebab meat didn't have much flavour. first time ordering and left rather disappointed. sorry just not for me.

The food was excellent! piping hot and exactly on time. Fantastic as always. Saved the day after another restaurant let us down.

Cold poor quality food. Pizza a basic frozen base. Won't buy again.

95 mins to receive chips & chicken tikka when original delivery time was showing 30-45mins. It wasn’t worth the wait as food was lukewarm and had to be reheated

Stopped going here for curries a while back due to the lack of consistency. Thought I’d give it another go…shouldn’t have bothered. Spinach curry was just veg swimming in grease, Peshwari naan was burnt to a crisp. I was told the Bhuna was ok, nothing special. Definitely won’t be ordering a curry from here again. Pity as this place used to be the best around.

have ordered from here several times, always been spot on, had some issues tonight, as I said not common for them, phoned them up and hey sorted it all promptly. good quick grub ❤️

food was good but we had ordered it more than 24 hours in advance because it was for a 70th birthday celebration. we had to feed some guests with food we cooked from the freezer as it was too long to wait. So disappointed

Food was very late, I called and was then told it would be 5 minutes, it took another 15 minutes after the phone call to be delivered. Disgraceful service. Food was good when it finally arrived

Order from here regularly or collect. Normally everything is excellent but tonight’s korma was not as expected, disappointed I’ve never had to do this before but it was not tasty and sauce was thin.

Have ordered from these guys on several occasions and haven't been disappointed by the food quality or portions, the delivery seems pretty bang on also, will continue to sample the goods, personally I can recommend these guys. keep it up!

I have been a customer at the Tandoori Palace since moving to Law village 26 years ago. Never had a bad meal or reason to complain. Definitely recommend.

Phoned shop , didn't know about order,then they did , don't know what they are doing,manager said I give you free bottle of cola,as if that fixes it,told him if it's not arrived in 20 mins I want a refund,25 mins later it arrived,if I hadn't phoned I'd still be waiting, terrible service,never again.

£11.50 for the worst kebbab meat I've ever tasted! Don't get me wrong rice dishes are quality, but grill boxes, chips, kebab meat is awful felt like I was eating the night before left overs.

Mixed hoagie came without donner, cheese or sauce however once I phoned the company they quickly sent out the missing food items as a large portion.

Ordered a takeaway order on just eat and when sent friend to get it,it was stone cold it was ordered for the right time and yet we are now having to wait on heating it up in the oven...what a waste of a takeaway as it will never taste the same

As usual I always order an extra tub of ice cream and majority of time I do it is missing. I do put a note on the order but after a while felt I wuldnt need to to then not have my full order

even when we ordered when they where about to close (we didn’t know) they still gave us amazing food and were so understanding about it!

This place USED to be really good. Stodgy rice. Cold guess what it is pakora and curry - let’s say you get better in a Aldi har. Used to be a monthly treat. Now - WONT BE BACK

Shocking, took 2 hour to come and the order was wrong never mind cold

The last twice I have ordered ice cream and twice it hasn’t been delivered

I ordered food at 6pm. I had a txt message to say my food was on way and to be delivered between 6.40 and 7pm.. I checked on the app and sent a txt at 7.10pm then had to call the shop at 7.30pm as my order still hadn't been delivered. It eventually arrived about 7.40pm!!

Awww the grill box wis tip top, only problem with it is that a thought a could eat the fu hing, turns out am no as much ae a greedy bassa a a thought.

fancied trying somewhere new. got turbo nan which disappointingly came as a glorified pizza base with cheese and topping. the chicken tikka was lovely though. was excited this place sells fanta grape! - although as i went to take a drink all i could smell was grease from the top of the can. would consider ordering again but definitely something different as i dont feel this was worth it, sorry. although would be hesitant to order a can. regardless, thank you for dinner

Quite frankly, the food was perfect and really hot, one of my rice was mistaken, but I'm happy they did send me the wrong one as actually was very good, and when I called them to pint it out, they quickly sent me out the right rice! I gave them 5 star cause I couldn't give them 10!! Highly recommended, they never disappoint!

Chips and donner meat and Nan bread was about the only edible thing in the box pakoras were burnt to a crisp and the chicken was tough as auld boots. No ordered from here in a while so dunno if it was just an off night no trying again to find out waste of £20 but the bin enjoyed it

Very good food, tasty, reach in flavour and massive portions. Ordered online when the website said 30 min waiting time. Take away phoned me 3 mins after i placed my order to say that food will be ready in 10 mins. Definitely will be back with more orders.

Food is lukewarm and fries were soggy due to sweating. 30minutes late with no communication. Showed on app as delivered at 19:30 however didn’t arrive till 20:02

Burger arrived with no salad or sauce - completely dry, despite menu saying this was included. Some chips were soggy and other were hard. Really disappointing.

Asked for extra donner on my pizza and came with hardly any donner never mind extra! Pizza should be loaded at these prices !

Meal was absolutely cracking as usual. Still great value despite the increase in pricing. However the spicy onions tasted old and were binned.

Lovely pizza the only thing I think could have been better with our order was lettuce and mayonnaise in the chicken burger apart from that Ab Fab

Sorry guys, you let me down tonight, ordered chasni and got Patia, ordered a bit of cheese on my mince nan and you gave me another full cheese nan. Food was fine, but not exactly what I ordered.

Food was delicious. One complaint, asked for chicken tikka and got plain chicken. However it was delicious.

Chips was Uncoked. Pakora was hard with Overcoked and Nan Was Really Badly burnt and Uneatenalde

Item missing from small order, phoned as soon as delivered & was told would deliver once she had a driver. Meal is finished & no item so pretty useless. Salt & chilli chips taste like reheats. Very disappointed

This is the 2nd order we've had with items missing, I ordered 4 chilli sauces and only received 1, not sure how they could get that wrong. Very disappointing, meant our meal wasnt as nice as usual.

Arrived on time but this is the second time I've tried to order the Calypso Mango drink and just been sent a random can of juice. Not good enough when you're charging £2.50 each and then sending something worth less than £1. Won't bother trying to order them again. You clearly don't have them and just haven't bothered updating the menu to reflect that.

Didn’t get what I ordered asked for 2 different flavoured ice cream and was sent 1 scoop of vanilla There was very much in the munchie box more chips than anything and they were all soggy
