Food is amazing staff are friendly and nice people atmosphere is good to.

Ordered set meal for 2. The food was tasty. Large portions. Good value for money and Great service! Would highly recommend.

Really disappointed. Ordered at 6pm & told it would be delivered by 7:15pm at the latest. Phoned at 7:20pm to ask how long it would be & was told it was on its way. Phoned again at 7:40pm to say it hadn’t arrived. Restaurant said they’d call the driver. It finally arrived at 7:50pm, an hour & 50 mins after I’d ordered/35mins later than the delivery time quoted. Bread & rice were so cold that I had to reheat them (defeats the point of a takeaway). Curry was warm but not hot enough & was bland.

Just ordered my first takeaway from here and oh my! It was amazing 🤩 the guy also was very nice. Everything in the order was beautiful best bhoona I’ve ever had

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Ordered a lamb bhuna last night, and woke up to a nasty case of food poisoning!!! Either the lamb or rice was contaminated!! Place needs shut down! Reported to the councils environmental health department

Tough chicken, vegetable curry delivered which wasn't ordered, can't pay by card , overpriced, upset partner not good.

Order was slightly wrong. Instead of onion bhaji rings, they sent original bhaji instead. Curry wasgood though

Been going for years and uts been good. Over the last year theyve really upped their game and now the food is awesome. Each curry disntict well balanced flavour and good quality meat. Best ive had in uk in years. Maybe dishum in edinburgh on same par.

Just got some tarka daal as a takeway. £9 and possibly the worst I've ever had. tasted like a tin of cheap lentil soup with some chilli powder in it. Probably how they made it?

Good value for two on the meal deal with some really tasty curries and bitys. Speedy delivery as well. The Cinnamon Club has never let us down.

I walked into order a set meal for 2 Takeaway at exactly 5pm. Knowing the slowness of the place i expect to wait 20-30 mins. FINE. 525pm - still waiting, then a woman walks into say she order through UBEREATS. The Manager checks it and he can find nothing ordered. She checks her phone and has put the wrong next days date in, hence why no order has arrived at the restaurant. He then takes her set meal for 2 order and waits. UNBELIEVABLY 15 MINUTES LATER SHE GETS HER ORDER BEFORE MINE. I COMPLAIN, GET THE USUAL PATHETIC APOLOGY AND FULLY 50 MINUTES AFTER GOING INTO IT, I GET MINE. I GET HOME AND THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN THE RICE!! THIS IS THE MOOST DISORGANISED RESTAURANT/TAKEAWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. FOOD WAS COLD, WATERY, OILY AS WELL. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bought lamb vindaloo takeaway. Sat 17/2/24......got to be the worst curry I have ever tasted.....in fact vile...does not come close.....ate a couple of forkfulls and that was it......straight in the bin.....had I not had a couple of beers I'd have returned it. Also rice in a plastic bag ...really???? Total waste of time and cash... First and last visit ......do yourself a favour and give it a miss.... u have been warned.....

Food was not what I expected. Rogan josh was yellow. thought it was a red sauce with tomato, no tomato. Chicken was hard.

food always great! however, Madras was just too lemony. if not as much lemon in sauce, it would be better.

my mixed grill that I paid to upgrade wasn't avalible so was instead replaced with 2 cans of coke . this is the most bizarre thing I've ever heard of. seeking refund from just eat . food was nice customer service left a bad taste

I order this at 5.25pm and never got it till 8.20pm it was stone cold phoned at 7pm to ask where is was they said it was getting made I phone again at 8.10 asking where it was it came at 8.20pm missing some of the order and stone cold. Phone back to report this. The delivery driver was very rude too cause we said we have been waiting around 3 hrs of it won’t be ordering again!!

Really enjoyed the tandoori prawns. Chapati and piping hot curry. Lovely poppadoms and spicey onions. Have ordered from here before and would again. The quality and value has never let me down.

I have been using cinnamon for years now and the food is always to a very high standard.

An hour and half for delivery, poppadoms were smashed into crumbs, and the spiced onions were spilled over the inside of the bag. Apart from all that, the food was good.

Over an hour late! When called they said order had been lost in machine! Food was ‘ok’ but much more expensive than most other places I’ve used. Was given 20% back for inconvenience.

Chicken poorie was tastless Chicken in the curry was over cooked tough chewy and dry Curry sauce was nice I got garlic chillie curry,,,,, but had to add 2 bowls of green chilli not hot at all Garlic chillie nan was OK nothing special no chillies on it just garlic butter and a red sauce I personaly won't be back Cobra beer was nice...... na not good at all

Not for the first time Just Eat has been unreliable. I ordered a meal which I was to collect. I was given the time of 5.30pm today to collect it. When I arrived at the restaurant at the appointed time to collect the order it was not ready.In fact it had not been started! 25 minutes later, it was ready. I was given 2 popadoms and some spiced onions as compensation. The food was fantastic. Very fresh and tasty.

Rice was hard, chicken was dry. Normally great from here but disappointed tonight.

Although the food was excellent quality. It was delivered cold and had to be reheated. Next time I will be collecting and not using just eat for delivery

Ordered a takeaway for collection. Was ready to collect on my arrival. Curry was tasty, very rich compared to others but definitely enjoy.

The garlic and chilli Nan is disgusting. Soggy. And smells bad. It’s bright red as it’s just got a load of what looks like parkora sauce over it lol. Probably why soggy also. Went in the bin.

Nice naans, great korma and good tikka

Naan bread was bad: mainly burnt and flaky bits. The curry was OK.

Staff are polite and friendly but need training on the most basic things, table that arrived after us got orders taken and served first, no spoons provided in curry bowls, had to ask for this and it took a while. Ordered punjabi hot pot mince and it tasted nothing like it. I know as I'm from that background. There was also very little mince in it and more onions and sauce. Quite dissapointing. Also ordered the staff chicken curry, which on the menu says on the bone, dish that arrived was boneless. Requested it to be changed to what was mentioned on the menu, dish came back with 2 additional pieces of chicken on the bone, but it was clearly pieces of chicken wing meant to be served as a chaat starter. Nothing like a staff curry. It's unacceptable that a customer has pointed out something that isn't what's stated on the menu, and still you can't get it right. Bread was good, beer nice and chilled, but that's about all this place has going for it as an Indian restaurant.

2 of my Cans of juice where missing & the portion size for the tandoori mixed grill was so small definitely not worth the £16.95!

Who in this day and age serves hot takeaway rice in a plastic bag? This place. Ordered a chicken tikka to take out. Mean portion of overcooked chicken (5 small pieces) in a container with 3 slices of fried onion, 2 lettuce leaves and a wedge of lemon (that was the salad). Really poor. And as for microwaving rice in a plastic bag / there needs to be a law against this practice. Avoid

Just Eat said it would be ready at 5.40pm. When I got there it looked like my order had not even been started! This is not the first time this has happened. There is mis-communication between JustEat and The Cinnamon club.The next time I will phone the restaurant directly as i will then get an accurate time for collection. The food is great!

Pakora and Nan Bread were cold. Pakora was dry and tough. Tried this restaurant several years ago and the takeaway and the restaurant food were poor then. Thought I would try it again and still disappointing.

Ordered ahead and set a delivery time for later in the evening. Food was delivered on time and it was fantastic. Will order again!

Only thing was the Nan wasn’t the best no coconut as I ordered.

I placed the order at 5:50pm, delivery was estimated between 6:45 and 7:15pm, I phoned at 7:15 and was told it was out for delivery, no delivery by 7:50pm, phoned again, “out for delivery”, it turned up 5 minutes later, but it was cold, curry was able to be reheated, but the naan bread was a soggy mess. Not happy, and unlikely to order again.

I live 2 miles away and it's my go to place for Indian food.if I lived 20 miles away, I'd still go out of my way for this food. The nann bread is never good however. It's always a bit dry and kind of small. If the nann bread was exceptional, this place would deserve a michelin star .

If you are a fan of Indian food you have to visit this place. Was excellent. Haven't been for a while, but portions are excellent. Everything ordered was delicious. Server made recommendation to reduce what we had ordered. Glad we listened to him, although we did leave with enough for lunch tomorrow. No early dinner deal available, so ordered from main menu so bit more than we normally pay but worth every penny. Food fresh.

What a find! We decided to try this indian restaurant, slightly apprehensively, the outside appearance is more like a take away than a restaurant. We were welcomed with a big smile and shown to a table and a candle was lit. The food was all freshly prepared and tasted delicious, first class. Perhaps our only minor criticism was the small number of children Tikka pieces served as a main course. So don't focus on the outside appearance, inside it was very comfortable and the food was fab. Definitely worth a visit!

I have frequently ordered from the Cinnamon Club. Today the size of the pakora starters was small and not as fresh as usual. I was advised it would be ready for collection at 5.40 but I had to wait some time in the restaurant until it was ready.

The meal was absolutely delicious.The lamb was perfectly cooked the way I Like it.Melt in your mouth.Service as always was second to none.Was ready and piping hot on pick up right on predicted time.Cinammon is by far the best restaurant in this area and for mikes around.11 out of 10.

Undercooked rice. Pink chicken on the two pieces for the starter. Naan bread was heavily burnt. Onions undercooked. Generally, very disappointing. Arrived almost cold and with the plastic bag swimming in one of the sauces. Choose this restaurant as a change. Won't happen again.

If you're thinking it's a bit pricey it's because this is proper home cooked style Indian food for an authentic taste rather than the usual takeaway fare. Highly recommended.

2 hours ago I ordered. still not here. Options only eat saying 5, 10 or 15 minutes late. What about 1 hour late? Shambles.

Spiciest Korma we have ever had, unbearably hot! Couldn’t eat it. Poppadums at £1.25 each were stale, smelly and chewy, no crisp at all, and I may wrongly suspect leftovers on a Sunday from Saturday night. Naan bread was ok. Very disappointed.

We got a meal from here for Xmas day. The food was so tasty, will definitely be back
