This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve been to Rajah now, if we choose to have an Indian in Inverness this is typically the first choice. This time around the food was superb as usual and the customer service was great. Staff were very friendly and kind and the food came out in perfect time. They didn’t rush to give us the bill after we’d finished and were chatting which was nice. Will be returning

my wife who had chicken tikka masala was disappointed. the dish was too red and far, far too sweet, unlike mine which as chicken garlic (hot) was average. when we commented on the colour (which was far too red) and sweetness, the reply was that this is what british people expect, which just isn't true. My wife regularly has chicken tikka masala, which is her favourite but could not eat this dish.

we stopped again at this lovely restaurant which did not disappoint, sometimes return visits can at times be disappointing, not here. The staff were friendly and helpful especially since my partner and I like different strengths to our curries the options they suggested were good, the amount both in serving and cost were reasonable, again when in the area we will not hesitate in another return visit

As visitors to the area, we were a little apprehensive to order here after reading mixed reviews. We are so pleased we ignored the few negative reviews; we really enjoyed our food (particularly the korma, madras and saag paneer), it pleasantly surprised us and satisfied our Indian takeaway craving. Our only constructive feedback is that the onion bhaji batter could have been a little less stodgy and the lamb a little more tender. Otherwise great meals all round. Thank you Mehmood’s!

I am normally a fan The Wee Delhi. But, on this occasion the food was awful. A Chicken Tikka Marsala. The chicken was quite nice , but the sauce was awful. It was like coconut soaked in tomato kectchup. It was so incredibly sweet ,much more akin to a sloppy desert rather than a Masala sauce. Not a hint of curry flavour. What a shame. I would be reluctant to buy another meal there. There are obviously no set ingredients to guarantee any dish. The wee Delhi special which I usually have , is meant to have green peppers ,more often than not , they not included in this dish.
