Used this Indian for years! Never again. Bad attitude at reception. Food was tasteless and watery, starter was supposed to be a mixed kebab and was nothing like that and included a samosa Very poor all round and won’t be back I’m afraid.

Comida increíble y personal amable y atento. No es la comida más barata, pero de siguiente nivel. Comida cocinada por encargo así que solo tienes que enfriar y esperar un poco. Los parathas fueron los mejores de la historia. Best curry in Inverness but I so hate the fact that you at are expected to tip when you pay by card, ie the machine asks you if you want to leave 10%, 20% etc. I feel tips should be my choice and this felt very unconfortable-i generally leave 10%cash but this really is not on. I came by myself one Sunday afternoon. Food was very nice but when the main course arrived the old waiter did not tell me that the dishes were roasting hot he just put it down and walked away I burned 2 of my fingers and had to ask for a glass of ice water to cool it down. Thankfully the younger waiter came and gave me some burn spray which helped. He even came back later to check and see if I was okay but the old waiter who served my food never once returned to my table. I always leave at least 15-20% tip but I did not because of the horrible experience. They should tell all customers that the dishes and plates are very hot especially to tourists

Booked a table here recently as we had friends visiting us for the weekend. On arrival met by the most grumpy, miserable unpleasant man behind the bar. He looked like he’d rather by anywhere else than here!!! (Trust me I can sympathise as we felt the same after the food)!! Mains arrived lukewarm, but we were so hungry and didn’t want to make a fuss. Hubby’s beef madras was watery and not very good. My chicken dish was ok but have tasted far better. My friend had lamb which was inedible - chewy, full of gristle and just awful. And here is where the staff showed their true colours! I complained stating the obvious as the lamb gristle was on my friends plate. He became very rude and patronising and point blank refused to apologise for the food. He was then informed we wouldn’t be paying for a dish that was inedible. He became even more rude and sarcastic so we asked for the bill to leave and cut our losses. At this point an elderly couple seated at the next table - who were clearly regulars as they received excellent service and we’re having great fun with the staff - decided to become involved and told us to “f%+k off out the restaurant” and became threatening towards us for complaining . The atmosphere was vile and I’ve never been subjected to such a torrent of abuse in my life. The staff just stood and laughed and did nothing to intervene. Shows the quality of clientele this establishment attracts, clearly no manners and etiquette and dragged out the gutter with language to match. God help any tourists visiting this place. It is not a true reflection of the people or restaurants of Inverness. There is a far superior Indian restaurant called Sam’s opposite this place where the food and staff are first class. Go there instead and avoid Rajah like the plague! Finally - the toilets are revolting. Gents must be using the ladies as there was urine splashes all over the pan and cubicle walls.

Arrives before the evening rush, the service was prompt and from the range of food (kurma, chicken tikka, chicken biryani, etc. It was delightful. By the time we left it was packed. Reasonable prices too. Excellent meal.

I am normally a fan The Wee Delhi. But, on this occasion the food was awful. A Chicken Tikka Marsala. The chicken was quite nice , but the sauce was awful. It was like coconut soaked in tomato kectchup. It was so incredibly sweet ,much more akin to a sloppy desert rather than a Masala sauce. Not a hint of curry flavour. What a shame. I would be reluctant to buy another meal there. There are obviously no set ingredients to guarantee any dish. The wee Delhi special which I usually have , is meant to have green peppers ,more often than not , they not included in this dish.

Nice Sunday buffet, service was good and friendly. Drinks a bit overpriced. Would definitely return and recommend.

We ordered samosa ,onion Bhaji, yellow daal , kadai paneer. Samosa was made from frozen pkt. Rest items were very good. The only guy on the counter was not cheerful and sad looking. But food made up for it
