The best restaurants serving Indian food in Highland Highlands and Islands

Tuvimos una excelente comida en el Koh - I - Noor. La comida era de primera clase. Tenía el Rezalla - cordero tierno en una salsa con sabores profundos, ricos - y mi esposa tenía el Tiger Special que dijo que era genial pero yo estaba demasiado lleno para probarlo : - ) Servicio atento amable que fue más allá de lo que esperábamos. Muy recomendable.

Quizás no sea el lugar más fácil de encontrar, pero ciertamente vale la pena el esfuerzo. Parece que mucha gente está de acuerdo. El lugar estaba ocupado durante toda nuestra estancia. Muy buenas opciones veganas. El personal era amable, atento, servicial, etc. Nuestros biryanis eran abundantes y llenos de sabor. Si alguna vez surge la oportunidad, regresaremos.

Walked into the tiny Store in staffin on Skye looking for a pork pie and left with the most amazing takeaway curry from Dave the postmaster and his lovely wife!

One of the best Indian takeaways I've ever had. As a group we had two curry's, a kebab, and a pickle tray. Both curry's were delicious and the pickle tray was good, but the kebab was the highlight, as it actually was seasoned which I can't say you would see at most takeaways, and the Donna meat was really nice, would recommend

Three of us had a fantastic meal tonight Sid was the chef. Beautifully cooked and presented. The young waiters were attentive and friendly. My friend said it was better than the best of Edinburgh. Well done Sid and team.

Pedimos una comida para llevar, puntualmente entregado, gran servicio. El único inconveniente fue la calidad del cordero poco cocido y en su mayoría graso, de hecho, el 70% no era comestible. Having read the reviews I just can't understand where the positives are coming from. I visited tonight with my partner, arriving around 6pm. We were quickly seated and given menus, but that's where the positives end. I was already surprised when I saw that a pint of Coca Cola was £4.50, but I ordered it regardless. I then saw the waitress at the bar pour a Coke and a Diet Coke from already open 2ltr bottles, meaning both drinks were totally flat. £4.50 for a pint of Coke out of a bottle opened the previous day is daylight robbery. We ordered food at the same time as drinks and after an hour and a half wait we walked out. Don't get me wrong, food was flying out the kitchen, all of which was for takeaway orders. What a terrible look for a restaurant leaving seated guests watching for over an hour as takeaway food flies out the door. Two other guests also questioned the wait and were told it's busy and food will be coming shortly. Interesting to see that their food arrived shortly after complaining. The restaurant is not busy, 6-7 tables is not a busy restaurant, but when you're more interested in fulfilling delivery orders I can see where the problems lie. Not once did one of the two waitresses apologise to me or anyone else for that matter, that only came when you questioned what on earth could be going on in that kitchen. Unfortunately I can't leave a review for the quality of food, but the service is absolutely appalling.

The food is okay, but I'd recommend the wrap. If I had the choice, I wouldn't eat here. Even the takeaway food is pretty bad. Of course, you can't expect anything good from a snack bar, but you'll get better service in Germany. In conclusion: The food is just about okay, okay in a pinch. Otherwise, please don't go.

Absolutely magnificent food, wonderful staff and a terrific atmosphere. No, you can't buy a beer, but you won't miss it, and if it bothers you you can take your own. But it shouldn't bother you, because their mocktails are really incredibly tasty too.

Not clean, carpets exceptionally dirty on entrance. Food was dreadful and I have genuinely no idea how they warrant some many stars. Chicken was not cooked in any tandoor that’s for sure, looked like just dipped in red liquid with some salt. Avoid completely.
