The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

We went as a family of 7 on a Sunday night, and really enjoyed the experience. The food was fantastic all around, the Punjabi lamb despite being one of the pricier menu options was amazing, It came recommended by the waiter on an earlier visit a few months previously. Staff were warm and friendly, great service. Highly recommended we will be back soon.

We booked the restaurant for a Curry Night fundraiser for our charity, Open Road. Rim Jhim Spice gave us a great deal and could not have been more accommodating. The food was superb, with an extensive and generous set menu, the service was excellent and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Everybody was so complimentary afterwards and the 40 plus people who attended all committed to make a return visit. Just brilliant all round.

Lovely food and great service. Staff very welcoming and poppadoms were provided immediately as well as soft drinks served instantly also. Food was piping hot and tasted delicious. Great portion sizes and left feeling very satisfied! Thank you all, we can’t wait to return for our next date night or even just to order for our next take away off your website!

Having eaten here many times before and always happy, my son asked if we could do a takeaway. We collected, two starters, three curries two naan and two rice £84 !! Not be doing it again, asked about poppadoms £5 for 2 !! 🤣. Very expensive takeaway ☹

They ask how hot on the spice scale, 1-10, I chose 6, but with give 10 out 10 for a wonderful taste experience. Simply fab.

As soon as I walked in , the atmosphere was a lovely place to walk into with such kind and smiling people greeting us . The customer service in there is top teir I would pay for them to just be kind to me the way they were . The food on the other hand … next level . Such amazing flavours and amazing take on the Indian cuisine.

Highly recommend!! Great food, and lovely staff! We stopped here the night before getting the Dover ferry. Just what we needed after a long drive. Bonus was we could stop in our van overnight as we’d eaten there. We would definitely go back if we were in the area.
