Managed to book in on Saturday night at the last minute. Poppadoms and tray were excellent as were the chapatis and rotis. All our dishes were delicious, service good. Very busy and nice decor. Would recommend

Really nice food and staff were very attentive. Only thing that let it down was being pestered by a waiter to post fantastic ratings on google. That's the reason for the mark down in stars.

Monsoon always have the most delicious food and the friendliest staff! Nothing is too much trouble for them and you are always met with a friendly smile. The take-out is just as good, and has the same standard of service. I would massively recommend to everyone!

We came on a busy saturday night, didn’t think we would get a table, but the lovely staff got us a table for three. The food was hot and delicious, very attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. We will be back

Been here many times and every single time the quality is perfect. Staff always pay attention to you and make sure everything is up to standard, plus inside is always clean and well lit.

Perfect place to eat. We came here for Christmas and I had Lamb Phodina which was a special. It's not on the menu but I asked for it on today's visit and they went and got the spice to make it for me. The food is so tasty and all of tge staff are extremely friendly.

Food was ok. Bit more oil we felt considering our regular intake. Taste was okish. Have had better indian food. There is an offer though on take aways.

I came alone whilst away with work and I was made to feel welcome instantly, all of the staff were very friendly and their service is amazing! The restaurant is decorated very beautifully. And of course most importantly the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely visit again whenever I am around the area. 110% recommend ☺️

Every time we have been we have tried different dishes, al have beautiful flavouring, cooked to perfection and generous portion sizes! Even the take out tastes just as good as sitting in! This is a really fine restaurant with a wide range of traditional food. The waiters are very attentive. And the Indian beer is very refreshing with the spicy food. This was all topped with a double chocolate gateau dream. We were on a trip from Germany to the UK and very happy to find such a good restaurant.

I am very impressed with Monsoon Majestic. I’m in the area working alone and it can be uncomfortable walking in to a restaurant by myself. Firstly, I was warmly welcomed and was taken care of by the lovely staff here who are very attentive, professional and polite. Secondly, the food is delicious! I’ve been to many restaurants around GB and I have to say I was really happy with my meal. Thirdly, the restaurant is clean and has a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and to any lone traveller’s, you will be taken care of.

Both times eating here have been really good. The food is so delicious and the staff are lovely and attentive. Not sure how good the parking would be as it's on a main street but the food is definitely worth a walk anyway

Great experience this evening! We really enjoyed all of our food - mango chutney is fantastic! The decor, cutlery and glasses were so much better quality than other local Indians. Very nice atmosphere. Good at catering for vegan and gluten free (when asked), but it would be better if items were labelled on the menu or there was a separate menu for vegan and gluten free to make it even easier! It got busy as the night went on… packed on a Tuesday night! Definitely need to book in advance if you have a big party - highly recommend and will return!

Take away order. Chicken Biryani is my go to. Always nicely flavoured and not too spicy. Small wait for order but food quality worth it.

Simply the best curry I have had in years. Simple but full of flavour with a great heat undertone. Wasn’t too spicy but the heat was subtle. Service is great and attentive but not overbearing. When I am back in the area, I will be back

We had another fantastic meal at Monsoon tonight. We have struggled to find somewhere locally that we both enjoy, but have now been coming to Monsoon regularly and are yet to have a bad meal. Always great, friendly service from the guys and a lovely, chilled setting.
