The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

The food was very tasty as always but they sent a Dhansak instead of a Bhuna and some of my King Prawns were cold. I had guests around so didnt have time to phone them to get it sorted out.

Just had the worst takeaway from the Gates of India Waterloo. Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery then when we received food was cold, chips were burnt, popodoms were stale the salad was the smallest salad I’ve ever seen. Don’t recommend at all it was foul a waste of 40 pound

We ordered quite a lot of food for a family dinner. Have been here before around 4 years ago. It was possibly the worst curry we have ever eaten. None of the dishes had any flavour in fact they all tasted the same extremely bland. The Rogan Josh was swimming in oil like nothing we have eaten before. Maybe it’s has changed hands in the time we were last there? Won’t be going back the food was well below par, meat tough over cooked and just flavourless.

Everything was hot, delivered on time, great portion sizes and tasted great. Would recommend especially for the price

we are new to the area and have ordered twice. both times it was early, delicious, hot and great portions !

Ordered via Uber Eats, waited almost 2 hours for the food to arrive before advising Uber Eats it was never delivered. Apparently they tried to call me (they didn't) to say my food couldn't be delivered and that my order would be cancelled, so I was left waiting the whole time pointlessly. Terrible service. Can't comment on the food.

Food was only lukewarm warm considering short distance to deliver. Either food was not kept warm before collection or courier did not use insulated box. Tandoori chicken and butter chicken were tough and overcooked. Portion size of butter chicken was smaller than previous order.

The food has been really amazing, with good hospitality from abdul. Must try.

Probably the best Indian restaurant I have tried , just amazing. The food and price are amazing. Highly recommended. I had main and a starter and both were yummy. The place is also very friendly

We've had several meals and takeaways at Jaipur over the last year, every one of them has been delicious, and the service is very good in a nice friendly atmosphere. Sunday buffets are a lovely treat.
