The name has now change to aura under new management The food is still very good there is some changes on the menu.They have cobra on draught but you can still take your own and there is a lot of staff so the service is very good nothing is a problem Booking is recommended

Terrible customer service. Used to order from here at least once per week, sometimes twice per week. We had an unforeseen emergency regarding our very young child, after placing and paying for our order online through their website. So we asked to cancel our order over the phone. Called exactly 10 mins after order was placed, and was told they won’t refund us, because it had technically been over 10mins since the order was placed. The phone called last 2 minutes, so total time was 12 mins after order. I thought this was appalling customer service, given the fact we were loyal customers and had never canceled an order in the many years we’ve used them. Will never use them again on principle. Will never recommend on principle.

Went with family for a mid week meal. First time visiting. Must say we had an amazing time. Staff were really friendly and patient while we decided what to order. And we didn’t have to wait long for our food to arrive. And it was the best tasting food we’ve had in a while. Great atmosphere. And a nice clean place. We are already planning our next visit which won’t be long. I can’t wait

Had vouchers for this place as a gift. Food very mediocre. Waiter completely rushed is through our meal with no one checking we were satisfied with the food. Chose a quiet Monday night to eat our. Think they can fit about 75 people in the place, less than 20 of us but couldn't wait to get us out of the place. Won't be going back, worst food ever.

First visit to Voujon in a long time (10 years) as we weren’t impressed with the food, however on this visit food was excellent and so was the service. Had a great experience with our friends and will definitely be going back for more.
