Absolutely terrible really bad food curry had3 peices of chicken in whole chicken tikka ! Very bad watered down food !

Ordered to be delivered for 8:15 tasted like it was cooked at 7pm and left in a bag till delivery time...cold rubbish never using them again

I'm gonna be honest, what has happened to Rose of bangal Bloxwich? Perhaps just a bad night I dunno! I ordered the other night and probably the worst curry I have had for a long time 😒 My jalfrezi was very bland, the rice equally as bland! When I used to eat rose if bangal, the food was second to none? Have you changed your chef? I ended up leaving most of my meal, which is so unlike me. At one point you were the best curry house in the area but now, I'm unsure if I will order again 😒 I'm hoping it's just a bad night..... You can do better than this!

After a few drinks with a group of 4 of us we came go the Rose for a balti.

Great food but ordered a chicken naan and got cheese naan. Can't fault anything else, still the best Indian to order from.

Samosas weren't proper samosas like other Indian restaurants, they were small and disgusting. All of the food was cold, not even like warm and we only live round the corner from restaurant. The currys weren't very nice, naan bread was ok. Will definitely not order from there again which is a shame because we used to go there years ago and it used to be good.

One of the curries was wrong, but we are open to trying new things so didn't complain and the restaurant is a few miles away. All the food was amazing (except i wasn't sure about the whole boiled egg in the rogue curry) Have ordered from here before and will do so again... 5 stars!!!

I went here on Thursday night for my birthday after visiting the showman next door, I arrived at 10 with 2 of my family and upon opening the door I was told they were closed as the chef as gone home, I did question this as it was still early and the guy said there was nothing he could do. Sorry guys well if it's closed don't just sit there in the restaurant with the lights on, just close and go home. Didn't eve get to try. I must say we then went to panka walla by the leisure centre and it was fabulous food.

Our food was ok, my butter chicken lacked chicken, our fried rice was on the wetter side of moist. My husbands special balti had large chunks of onion, very sparse of meat & few prawns. We have had worse, but after being recommend by a friend. We are just a little disappointed. I don't think we will reuse, can get better for less money.

After waiting an extra 20 mins the food was barely warm after delivered. Bland taste and generally was not impressed with the quality. First time I have eaten here and will not be ordering from here again. Not worth the money.

Very impressed. Reasonable priced, tasty food. Decent portion sizes, fast delivery and friendly staff when called to confirm my address. Definitely recommend and use again. Best curry I've had since moving to walsall 18 months ago

Arrived with my guest at the time of the booking on a Monday evening, we were seated and given menus which has a extensive range of dishes to try (i need to come back to try more) the waiter had kindly poured my wife wine and my beer into our glasses, beautiful warm cosy atmosphere with lovely indian instrumentals makes you feel its a classic Indian cuisine not some Indian clubhouse !

25 minutes early and brought the wrong naan bread the chicken was tough in the chicken balti and the korma, the rice was lovely.

Food was ok, raita was basically just a tray of plain yoghurt, no cucumber or mint in there, had seen previous review about portion sizes and unfortunately it was true, my tikka main came in a small tray, most of the chicken wasn't even edible it tasted like rubber, ate about 3 pieces the rest I couldn't even chew, was awful, also we paid 3 pound for a naan bread which didn't come with the order! food wasn't terrible, the bits of chicken that weren't like rubber were actually really nice but overall the food definitly wasn't nice enough for me to want to order again from here.

After taking a party of friends into the restaurant not so long ago and really enjoying the food I thought I'd order a take out. I ordered a meat balti , keema naaan, few other things. Anyway I'm still waiting on the meat and the naaan shouldn't taste like fish surely?. Very disappointed.

The Masala sauce had chunks of meat in it despite saying it was just the sauce. I am a vegetarian.

really good quality food, delivered in good time and the staff are easy to speak to. started using them again after a few years of using a place round the corner from them who some how always deliver soggy popadoms, yet theirs are always really crunchy and taste fresh. The only issue i have is im not willing to pay £8.10 for a chicken tikka, which means i have to have an alternative out of principle

Visiting relatives on Tuesday which is one of the days they offer buy one get one free. Excellent value very tasty dishes and very friendly service. Recommended will return. New Wetherspoons next door take your own alcohol they do not have a licence.

Food was 20 minutes later than quoted time which was already an hour and ten minutes to wait, when it arrived it was cold and the rice was missing...disappointed!

Yes! I started using somewhere else for a few weeks as thought 'The Rose' wasn't as good as it used to be. So gave them another try and what have I been missing! Food is superb! Chips are best in the area, madras is HOT which is great and one of the best Red Masala I've ever tasted. A long time customer is back! Great service and food, thanks guys 👍

Aunque principalmente las entregas para llevar desde aquí he comido allí un par de veces. El restaurante es moderno y limpio en el interior y el personal encargado. El precio es bastante alto, pero te dicen que te dan lo que pagas, y créeme, la comida es muy, muy bonito! Recomiendo el Pollo Tikka Masala (Medio) como este es un favorito de la familia, también cuenta con acceso arroz pilau. La entrega es siempre a alrededor de 40 minutos. Si no vivo en un piso y no en la planta baja tendrá que ir abajo y recoger su comida, que creo que es estúpido como la entrega significa para su puerta. Ellos pueden ser un poco desagradable si no vayan a ellos y siguen llamando al timbre fingen no escucharlo decir venir a la puerta. Pero sí, la comida es buena, pero el personal es a veces grosero.

La gente que sabe me conocen soy una persona honesta que le dar crédito donde es debido. Hemos cenado aquí muchas veces y siempre por entrega ordenados tomar, cada sábado durante más de un año. Nos alientan a amigos y familiares a hacer lo mismo. Normalmente, la comida es excelente y el personal es amable. Por desgracia, recientemente espacios de tiempo para la entrega y no adherida a y nos han entregado la comida equivocada. Nos quejamos de la entrega de la comida (ranuras veces y elegido por una razón) y el director amablemente respondió ofreciendo una comida de precio reducido y sus sinceras disculpas. Por desgracia, este siempre sucediendo, hasta que un fin de semana pedimos un Domingo mientras estábamos en el coche de camino a Weston Super Mare. Pedimos para la ranura 7:50-8:00 pm. Teníamos literalmente justo entramos por la puerta justo antes de las 7:30 cuando la puerta llamó y estaba nuestro curry. En shock, mi marido abrió la puerta y lo llevó - como hacer. Luego fuimos a cambiarnos y tienen una ducha ya que tenía planeado hacer antes de comer, ya que había estado en el coche casi 4 horas. Su comida estaba fría por 7:45 así que él llamó para quejarse diciendo que es realmente harto de reserva en un intervalo de tiempo, que no se respete. Ten en cuenta que hemos estado pidiendo desde aquí y comer aquí durante años y conseguir la mayoría del personal. El primer miembro del personal hablaba a se disculpó y comprensión. Pasó el teléfono al conductor que entregó la comida que respondió de inmediato en un tono agresivo - "bien que no te aceptan!?" mi marido preguntó qué significaba y él groseramente dijo, "Bien, si era demasiado temprano no debería tenerlo conmigo si!?"

We always order out take aways from Rose of Bengal.We have tried almost all the curry houses in the area and always go back here. The chicken tikka masala is lovely, chicken is always tender and the sauce is nice and creamy.Friendly staff, reasonably priced

half my order was wrong. ordered two currys and 1 nan and 1 rice,but received 3 different rice and no nan bread. also the lamb curry had about 6 very small pieces of lamb mainly sauce. not worth the prices they charge.

Had chicken teeka and it was very salty

The food apart from the curry was great, the curry had half an onion just thrown in it and only three pieces of meat for the whole curry. Bit of a let down to be quite honest.

I'm a life long customer of 'The Rose' however have felt it's been getting worse and worse this year. This evening we found the curry had bones in the meat which totally put us off the meal. Sadly I think it's time to look for an alternative.

Poppadoms burnt,korma only six tiny pieces chicken and sauce bland. Biryani rice overcooked and hard. Portions small rice pot only 3quarters full and not many chips. I could go on but won't Gary, Bloxwich
