Ordered at 7:15, and stated delivery time was 8:10, contacted restaurant at 8:30 as the food still hadn’t arrived, the food arrived at 9pm not sure why it took so long when the delivery was only 0.5 mile away from the restaurant.

Food amazing as always, except for my garlic and cheese naan which was neither cheesy or garlicky. Totally plain.

This has recently become our number one place for a meal in the whole of Walsall! After driving past Tamaris regularly and thinking, We should give it a go sometime, we finally stumbled across it online when we were searching for somewhere to host the whole family (about 40 of us) for my daughter’s 18th birthday meal. My daughter is quite picky, so it was the ‘boujie’ décor that first attracted us. But the service from Raf and his team was second to none. They were incredibly attentive, kept the atmosphere lively, and made it such a special occasion. Every need we had was catered for! And the food? As good as it gets! A few days after the party, we ordered a delivery, and it tasted just as amazing as when we dined in. If you’re like me and drive past this place thinking, I might give it a go sometime, don’t delay. You won’t regret it!

Food was amazing loads of flavour not to spicy so perfect for me and my daughter

After initially having a takeout from here, I thought it would be better food eating in.....how wrong could i be. The poppadoms were okay, although once my wife found something crawling in the onion salad...maybe we should have just asked for the bill. We did order starters and mains, starters were a disappointment, my chilli paneer wasnt with chillies as i would have expected but with a lot of chilli powder to marinate the paneer (couldn't taste the cheese), wifes starter of sheek kebab was overly greasy. Mains lamb rogan josh and chicken saagwala with garlic rice and garlic and cheese naan.... lamb rogan - two different colour sauces one a sickly brown and the other a red tomatoey sauce (no onions, tomatoes or peppers, which are stated on the menu ) chicken saagwala - blended spinach , few lumps of chicken in a very brown sauce which was overly salty, no veg in there at all other than the spinach Garlic rice - tasted lovely but greasy Naan - not what i expect from an indian restaurant not home made more like a shop bought bread. Waiter did however offer complimentary drinks at the end of the meal .... maybe to make up for the food that was sent back. Overly priced.

Food was nice but came cold. Dining in the restaurant is a much better experience and so will probably do that in future.

Ordered it at 18:30, I even have the email confirmation to prove it. I pressed the 'my order is running late' button at 19:55. I was told my order would arrive at 20:15, it still didn't arrive at 20:35 at which point I called the restaurant that just said the driver is on his way, at which point he knocked on the door and delivered our order. when asked what the delay was he said our delivery time was 20:15. waited over 2 hours for a restaurant 10 minutes away

When they brought the food they was all green stuff all over my food I am not happy at all with it

I asked for an extra tub of korma sauce and they gave it free of charge would definitely recommend food was great

We always order from there but tonight was just awful! Green sauce was out of date glumly and smelled then the grill was half the normal protion my saag was watered down and smelled horrible naans undercooked and just flour on your mouth ….. chips cold I can’t believe we paid 40£ for this rubbish …. Big NO

It’s been a while since we visited Tamaris but last night we had the warmest of welcomes, the refurb is lovely and the food was fantastic.

Fantastic place! I don't normally choose a curry place but my husband loves them.. so I decided to take him for his birthday.. wow! Wow! Wow! We also booked for Xmas day 7 of us and wow! Wow! Wow! Mother in law loved every moment! Food amazing! All meals came out at same time hot and complimently drinks. Lovely atmosphere staff fantastic. This is our favourite place! Family looking forward to all birthdays etc for the future.. food is amazing! Keep up the good work.. 5* :)

Delivery was on time-ish, the food was terrible, no flavour, the curry tasted like the one you can buy already made in a jar, no taste at all, runny like water, the rice was hard and cold, definitely won't buy it again.

I don't like putting bad reviews I feal mean but I have to be honest. The food was warm and the chicken was very dry and overcooked a little burnet in some parts. The nan bread was hard and crispy, it was also very burnt (basically inedible) the rice and fries were ok. It's disappointing especially considering the price we pay for takeout and it being a special treat for the family you want it to be good. I won't be ordering again

The food was ok, nothing special!! The Nann bread was covered in oil, the chicken tikka masala was way too sweet and did not contain enough meat, the chips we ordered were not chips, they were fries. It was the first time I ordered from here and will definitely be the last.

1 dip for 3 curry's 1 small bag of salad rice was tasteless masala chips were to powdery

Average food. Not the best I’ve ever tasted. We got seated at the back in what looked like an unfinished building with bare plasterboard walls. Staff pleasant enough although after we were seated we did have to wait 15 minutes for a waiter to come over to us. Would not return.

When Food arrived - most of it cold. Untasty and lots of liquid at bottom of container that made even less appetising even the popadoms were softer than usually not really crunchy spoilt the family take away I was looking forward to really dissatisfied and disappointed

Absolutely love the korma from here but it's so filling. Delivery is always prompt.

Unfortunately, not the best! Korma very watery, very sweet and although it tasted nice to start, it soon became sickly, very quickly. Chips/Rice not the best either.. sorry!

This is my go to curry house round this area well worth the travel for the quality of food and portions. Curry is never watery from the numerous times we have been in and eaten or even had it delivered. Value for money is spot on

Great food, high expectations from my previous Indian takeaway, but you smashed them, I'm 33 and I had your kids chicken korma which was the perfect sized meal, not small as expected but enough not to over indulge.

Nahga murgi chicken curry, - must try spicy warm Delhi aloo beef curry . - nice kick & potatoes BEST CURRY WE HAVE HAD IN A WHILE WE Both had clean plates ;-) 1 starter 3 mains 3 naans Only disappointment 1 free popadum between 3. So make sure you order your own or extras.. Order £39.80 (20% discount thanks just eat)

Nan bread was burnt but cold, the cheese on it wasn’t melted and it tasted bad!! The chicken pakora was slimy… normally we only order from here… think it’s time fo try someone else
