Food was poor quality, cold and tasteless. Delivered too much then came to collect it back 30 minutes after it was delivered 😱😱 Will someone be getting this warmed up later!!!! Will never order from here again!!!! Only eaten as it was too late to send it back and order from somewhere rlse

Ordered fried rice got chicken tikka starter instead

I wrote to just eat I was unhappy as the fish pakora were uncooked and the chicken curry was too, I’m really upset as neither just eat or the restaurant bothered to respond

Not had any meals from the clove for quite a while,, So looked forward to curry this evening, chosen the North Indian, Not sure what happened with it but this was nothing like what I ordered and to top that there's was only half a tub of food and the amount of butter/oil that it swam in, nothing left after I soaked most of up, shocking to be fair, I doubt this review will be answered,, it's lucky to get the one star,,

Worst balti's i have ever tasted. Bland and runny... mushroom fried rice was also bland. Worst food i have ever tasted in my life.

Had the worst balti's i have ever tasted! Bland and watery... i find it hard to believe people have had good food from here. Save your money as my foods gone in the bin! Mushroom fried rice - bland. Years ago it was excellent food. This is by far the worst i have ever had.

This place is by far the best balti resturant I've eaten at. From the popodoms past the chicken pakora then onto a garlic chilli chicken bhuna. Every time perfect.

We ordered 2 different curries but both tasted exactly the same and both were very bland even though we added comments to add extra spice (hot) to the one. Sorry we won't be ordering again.

Great service from these guys. We order from here a lot, and somehow managed to order the wrong thing. I called up and they swapped it for us, no issues. And the food is amazing.

I have done a search of the distance between the restaurant and our place of address and it was not very far. Nevertheless when the food arrived, the chicken tikka was stone cold. Mother suggested it was warmed up but we order food to be ready to eat. Inconvenient and will be avoiding ordering Indian food in future

Not hot the tubs were half full couldn’t taste hot or sweet considering it’s Dhansak was with driver for over 30 minutes

By far the best curry house in willenhall ! Nothing more to say .. Ask for the hottest vinderloo lol you mouth and bottom sting for days hahahaha .

Food wasn't the quality it usually was the cheese nann didn't have cheese in it and the lamb in the lamb sagg was fatty

Once again our food was beautiful! We never have a bad meal from here! Only thing we were disappointed about was the size of the naan bread it was kind of on the small side but other than that the food was lovely

Very disappointed family meal , items missing therefore we could not eat as a family was a special birthday and it was spoiled! So when I rang the second time for the missing items the person cut me off very rude considering I spent just over £80:00 then when the family started eat the meal very bland no infusion of taste total waste of time and money ,I would like just eat to respond and take action

This is one of our local curry houses and by far our favourite! Whenever we go away or go to a different curry house for friends events or get togethers we can't help but compare it to the clove and nothing beats it, ever! Ahmed and the team are lovely and welcoming. The food is always beautiful and the portion sizes are big. They have a special menu for £10.95 on Sunday to Thursday which is fantastic value for money. But even Friday and Saturday nights at normal price the food is worth it, never disappoints.

Hidden little gem!!! Portion sizes are huge and food is amazing. They're special £10.95 menu Sun-Thurs is fantastic. Well worth the money.

Our food was tasteless, our naan was stale as if it had been out for hours and all food items were cold… I could understand if the food arrived late but it came on time so shouldn’t be cold.

15 years and haven't found anywhere better in Willenhall lve lived here 18 years. Love the Clove, took a few friends and family over the years have never had anyone say they where disappointed. Highly recommended

Ordered 20 minutes before arrival for collection. I think they started cooking meal when I arrived because I had a lengthy wait for meal. My husband always recommends the clove but this time he said it seemed like the sauce in his curry was from a jar and not nice at all.

Food was bland no taste, very watery , pool of water on plate after dishing it up, food from clove is usually really nice, but after tonight's meal wont be ordering again.

first time experience and exceptional food .....was very impressed with the standard of food supplied . The only downfall i would comment on is that i was a bit disappointed with the quantity in the container although the quality was first classs ............. still going to order again but hope they read my comment .

Now where to start the curry in a bag and mean in the bag they must have let Mike tyson have a go on it before been delivered. I had to take it back to get a hole now curry to at this point when I got home the other half of what I had left was as cold as Michael Jackson in the morning all in all will probably not order from here again

Couple of minutes late but cannot fault that as quality was exceptional

Shame really, have never had a problem before and on this occasion the food was as tasty as it always is but, because of the delay in the delivery, it was barely warm which spoiled what would have been a great meal. Restaurant service question should have an N/A option, I ordered for delivery so have no idea what service the restaurant provides.

Ordered the english meal of chicken and chips, used to be chicken chunks which were lovely. Tonight i recieved this as my meal £6.50 for some chips and 2 pieces of scratchings (chicken). 😡🤬

Although I haven’t ordered in a while food was great as usual an delivered earlier than expected which is a bonus. (Only scored 3 for restaurant service as my food was ordered for delivery and I did not visit the restaurant so can’t really comment.)

I ordered a bottle of pop and upon delivery I asked the driver and he weren’t aware and just walked off. Food was nice but there weren’t much of it .

I don't know what you cooked me but it definitely wasn't a lamb balti .just 6 pieces of lamb in a curry soup no onions and no peppers won't be using you again

This as always been my go to place for Indian food as it always nice but they are very RUDE to customers in store as well as taking orders over the phone and after tonight I will NEVER order from here again. Order accepted and 35 minutes later it got cancelled and then was accepted again 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨 I called them up only for one guy to say “oh you want to cancel” I said no he passed me over to some rude geezer and who abruptly said “what’s your address oh yeah we are too busy to come out” I asked why have they only cancelled after nearly 45 minutes. And then accepted it again ???? He just “don’t know we’re too busy and that’s that their isn’t enough room on the screen for justeat to state why we cancelled it” just followed by saying “you haven’t wrote anything and secondly why accept it then cancel it just cause your too busy after 40 minutes that ain’t my problem your too busy you shouldn’t never have accepted it” he just goes “well that’s too bad” Honestly never order from I highly recommend the jewel banging food and if you spend over £25 you get a free starter and discount over £30 quid spent The only nice thing about this place now is the homemade chips AVOID AVOID AVOID
