Food is always great but order is missing my drink, hopefully it turns up like I’ve been told

The only negative thing I would say is the fries could have been a bit hotter and crispier apart from that everything else is lovely. We've had many meals from here and hopefully will continue to do so. Thank you.

Keema rice was vile. Looked like rice with small black stones in and not minced meat. I will avoid them in future.

The rice smelt like damp water. Then the curry’s was all watery and had no taste. Spent £60 and the only decent thing was the tandoori wings and tikka appetiser

We enjoyed what we ordered however the tandoorichicken main came on the bone. Which i’ve not experienced from any other indian takeaway. Its normally tandoor skewer cooked meat. Which this wasnt.

First of all the delivery was on time. However some of my items were missing. I have requested a refund on the missing item. We ordered 3X Chicken Tikka Masala and none of us ate the meat it contained THIS IS NOT CHICKEN. Tastes more like turkey. The meat was dry and tasted funny. However the chips were lovely and the other food we ordered. But unfortunately I won’t order again due to this.

Always use the Clove as food quality is usually great and can’t be faulted but today both curries were very bland no flavour or spice. Disappointing for somewhere that usually delivers great quality.

Food was fine., except that the rice was missing, the writing on the meal cartons was ineligible making it difficult to work out which was which. Also, no writing on the 3 naan breads, shouldn't have to sniff them to find out. Under par today.

The food was well prepared and delicious, and the service was great. Would highly recommend a visit if in the area.

My friends and I regularly meet up here for a curry. Last night however, was not up to the usual standard. Service was slow and member of staff slow and not very friendly. Food was good however.

Ordered a combination meal, the chilli chicken arrived but no lamb curry. The chicken chilli curry was horrible, no taste, very bland and definitely no chilli 🌶️. We order lentils, they were so watery it was like dishwater soup. Definitely not ordering again so disappointed 😞

First time ordering here, wait time for delivery was long. Food came the driver told us that the restaurant will reject order in future as we are too far, why accept in the first place?. Cold food had to be reheated, fish was soggy, naans also cold. No need to reject order in future as we won’t order again

the portions were heavy, leftovers in the fridge. Food was so flavoured and well seasoned everything was spot on.

Ordered fried rice got chicken tikka starter instead

I wrote to just eat I was unhappy as the fish pakora were uncooked and the chicken curry was too, I’m really upset as neither just eat or the restaurant bothered to respond

The 2 stars is for delivery! Not sure if owners/cooks have changed as this used to be amazing food. Last time we ordered we got cold food and was only half a tray. Tonight we have ordered the curry was watery and not very tasty and there was a big black hair in my chips, when we called them it was like it happens regularly, the man just said, we will send you more. Then put the phone down.

Not had any meals from the clove for quite a while,, So looked forward to curry this evening, chosen the North Indian, Not sure what happened with it but this was nothing like what I ordered and to top that there's was only half a tub of food and the amount of butter/oil that it swam in, nothing left after I soaked most of up, shocking to be fair, I doubt this review will be answered,, it's lucky to get the one star,,

Had the worst balti's i have ever tasted! Bland and watery... i find it hard to believe people have had good food from here. Save your money as my foods gone in the bin! Mushroom fried rice - bland. Years ago it was excellent food. This is by far the worst i have ever had.

We ordered 2 different curries but both tasted exactly the same and both were very bland even though we added comments to add extra spice (hot) to the one. Sorry we won't be ordering again.

This place is by far the best balti resturant I've eaten at. From the popodoms past the chicken pakora then onto a garlic chilli chicken bhuna. Every time perfect.

Great service from these guys. We order from here a lot, and somehow managed to order the wrong thing. I called up and they swapped it for us, no issues. And the food is amazing.

I have done a search of the distance between the restaurant and our place of address and it was not very far. Nevertheless when the food arrived, the chicken tikka was stone cold. Mother suggested it was warmed up but we order food to be ready to eat. Inconvenient and will be avoiding ordering Indian food in future

Very disappointed family meal , items missing therefore we could not eat as a family was a special birthday and it was spoiled! So when I rang the second time for the missing items the person cut me off very rude considering I spent just over £80:00 then when the family started eat the meal very bland no infusion of taste total waste of time and money ,I would like just eat to respond and take action

This is one of our local curry houses and by far our favourite! Whenever we go away or go to a different curry house for friends events or get togethers we can't help but compare it to the clove and nothing beats it, ever! Ahmed and the team are lovely and welcoming. The food is always beautiful and the portion sizes are big. They have a special menu for £10.95 on Sunday to Thursday which is fantastic value for money. But even Friday and Saturday nights at normal price the food is worth it, never disappoints.

Our food was tasteless, our naan was stale as if it had been out for hours and all food items were cold… I could understand if the food arrived late but it came on time so shouldn’t be cold.

15 years and haven't found anywhere better in Willenhall lve lived here 18 years. Love the Clove, took a few friends and family over the years have never had anyone say they where disappointed. Highly recommended

Ordered 20 minutes before arrival for collection. I think they started cooking meal when I arrived because I had a lengthy wait for meal. My husband always recommends the clove but this time he said it seemed like the sauce in his curry was from a jar and not nice at all.
