The best restaurants serving Indian food in South East

What a superb restaurant, from the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming. Drinks order was taken with knowledge and the right information shared for us to make our choices and although I had ordered a large bottle of Cobra it was brought to me with a half pint glass - I liked that! When we ordered our food the waiter was very helpful in offering advice about spices and recommendations. The food was mouthwatering. I would highly recommend them.

Recommending for large parties. If there's one thing they excel at here is catering for large parties. Food superb. Service fantastic.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. We were expecting a long wait but didn’t wait long at all. High recommend!

Ajin and Hari who tended to our table provided excellent service and they always had a smile on their face, which made the experience even more pleasant . The food was flavourful. The Idli's were soft, the biriyani and the Paal Konju are a must try.

Without a doubt the most incredible Sri Lankan restaurant I have ever been to. It’s so unique. You won’t find anywhere else like this place in the UK for Sri Lankan cuisine. Beautiful food, generous portions, excellent service - we will definitely be back. Even living an hours drive away, we will drive back again soon just to eat here. To add to this, they also have a cafe in the building next door which we attended the following morning. Equally, an amazing setup. Great menu, dogs welcome and very tranquil. The perfect start to our morning! Until next time - 10/10!!

A wonderful, traditional country pub, great food, open fire, friendly staff, surrounded by beautiful English countryside. What more can you ask for?

Would not recommend it. Myself and hubby had different meals and both said how it lacked taste and the sauce was thin and oily.

Can’t understand the good reviews. We ordered a takeaway, initially they said it would be an hour then it turns up 20 minutes later, so weren’t prepared for it. Upon arrival the food looks like it’s out of a tin. Chicken all the same size , square, and looks very processed . Poppadums were bland, onion Bhaji was small and dry, nan bread was decent, the coconut rice had colour in it, some green bits, yellow bits. So overall not impressed. Would seek another place for our next takeaway

Best tasty Indian food in Maidenhead

Enjoyable from the start this quiet Indian restaurant has some excellent food. We had the Thali which comprises of three courses, served in small dishes. Truly different and very tasty. They have a novel selection of non alcoholic drinks that they make up. Quite honestly more than each of us could eat. A foodie delight. The only down side were people that came in from the street to use the toiler and some noise from the bar next door.

Very tasty, fresh dishes. Good peshwari nan. Takeaway is provided nice and hot. Good choice of dishes. Staff polite and organised.
