El lugar estaba limpio. El personal era muy agradable. La comida estaba falta de sabor. TODOS los currys que pedimos tenían demasiado azúcar añadido, así que los currys eran dulces. Nos desconcertó por qué la comida tomó mucho tiempo para que la comida llegara en un restaurante tranquilo. Los precios eran más caros que en Londres. Conclusión: NUNCA MÁS.

The best Indian food in Southampton.

Restaurante muy agradable con comida muy sabrosa. El personal era servicial y amable y ofrecen opciones veganas / vegetarianas también, que es una ventaja. También disfrutaron de la música que estaban tocando. En general una buena experiencia y volvería de nuevo.

Sadly, it’s temporarily closed due to a business issue - with a note on the front door. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of this take away by Dhamaka. I ordered the chicken vindaloo and pilau rice. A very tasty and generous meal it was too. I’m happy to recommend this place for dining in or ordering a take away. It’s easy to find among the row of Bitterne Triangle shops. It has seats for about 40 people in all. Clean, tidy and comfortable seats with basic but tasteful decor. Staff are welcoming and service is provided on time.

Fuimos a masala madnes que es un restaurante tan bueno y una comida deliciosa que más me gusta es dal makhni y scehezwan momos que es tan delicioso por lo que era un restaurante tan bueno para comer y especialmente vegetariano 👍👍👍👍.

The food was fine, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff lacked the warmth and attentiveness you'd typically expect from a dining place. In fact, they came across as borderline rude. The female waitress in particular seemed uninterested in basic courtesies; they wouldn't even acknowledge a simple "thank you." It's disappointing when decent food is overshadowed by poor hospitality. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes you want to return.

To be clear. I have not been, BUT, I did try. Online reservation via mobile, IMPOSSIBLE, just received a "cannot identify restaurant...", error message. This is once your on restaurant's own website. Frustrated but not to be deterred I reverted to laptop. Now when picking a date, no error message, but you can only book 3 days in advance. As this was for an important date one week out, I thought "keep it simple", email them. Sadly not, "Your message couldn't be delivered" is the only response. I have no idea what the food is like, but given the difficulty in making a reservation I suspect I will never find out.

The food was average, the service was average, the wait was poor. It was a very average experience compared to the Indian restaurant GOA in southampton

Pedí una comida para llevar de aquí anoche y no decepcionó! Toma alrededor de 1 hora para la entrega, así que asegúrese de pedir con mucha anticipación. La comida todavía estaba caliente cuando llegó, que era bueno y un sabor tan auténtico. Pedimos un cordero madras, el cordero era agradable y tierno, arroz, patatas bombay, cebolla bhargi, pan keema naan y poppadoms. El curry tiene un buen toque de especia y lo disfrutamos mucho. Volveremos a pedir desde aquí la próxima vez que nos apetezca una comida para llevar india.

No es genial para ser honesto el pollo estaba seco como una bota vieja, lo cual es desafortunado, ya que normalmente he tenido una buena experiencia desde aquí en el pasado, espero que esto sea único

Highly dissapointed by the hospitality received from the staff at the restaurant, food is just okay where we ordered different varieties of Dosa(Taken long waiting time for getting the food) but they were expensive also they billed a service charge of £5 for serving the food which is not at all acceptable, have been to several other south indian restaurants in UK, first time faced these kind of experience.

We had an incredible meal and the service was top class. Very attentive and so friendly and welcoming. If you haven't you really should try this restaurant! They also do take away too!

This food is delicious! The best Indian food you will find outside of Southampton central. Since discovering this takeaway in November last year, we get a takeaway every week. It’s always perfectly cooked, hot and delicious! Highly recommend to all!! We have tried countless Indian takeaways in Southampton and this is one of our favourites!
