The best restaurants serving Indian food in Eastleigh South East

Very disappointed with the jewel curry house in Townhill Southampton. This is next to the two brothers. my madras curry was sour l love my curry that food was disgusting you have lost our custom!! My son-in-laws food was Also bad you could see it had been Frozen no attempt to hide the fact it had come from a square frozen container as it was put on the plate as a square serving fresh out the microwave. The chicken was also Chewy you can tell your old manager who used to buy your Stock is missing. I am not sure if you have a New Chef. I like fresh food !! If l want frozen l can go to Iceland and get freezer food a lot cheaper. Not pay nearly £370.00 .just a warning to your customers food Has been frozen not Fresh. Only reason we never made a scene my father in law who is Indian was having his 90th birthday At the jewel that night.

Proper British style Indian grub. As soon as you walk in to the open kitchen you can see these guys are seasoned pros of the game - owner is absolute G and never fails to chuck in a bit extra. Asked if they could create a truly authentic dish for my father in laws bday a while back, with 24 hours notice they can whip up off menu delights - great place

Butter chicken tasted of nothing. My own homemade is better, very disappointed

Food was ok thou I think a lot of corners have been cut ( trying to save money) but after my dinner I went to the bathroom, it was not clean , walls , sinks and floors all need attention

Wonderful experience Food was exceptional very well presented pleasantly looked after by the owner/ waiter I would highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be visiting again

Tried Cardamon Lounge for the first time yesterday for a takeaway. We had CTM and chili chicken with rice, bhaji and naan. The food was incredible, lovely flavours all cooked to perfection with lots of chicken in the mains. I cannot praise it enough. Definitely my new go to Indian 😀

We waited 2 hours for food to arrive. We phoned the restaurant and they said the food was sat there waiting for pick up, it arrived 40 mins later so had probably been sat there for at least an hour. The food was cold and there was a main dish missing

This is the best curry around. The food is lovely and the service is even better. A great place for birthdays and celebrations.

Used to be our favourite Indian takeaway, but the business has apparently been sold. The website now takes your money, but no-one confirms your order or delivers your food. The quality had dropped substantially prior to that. Avoid!

Great food, great atmosphere, fantastic staff

Quality of takeaway food quite poor and bland onion bhajis were stale and old, total lack of taste and flavour in all the food. It just seemed to have been made days before and thrown together. This is the second time we’ve had a takeaway from Sunrise Balti. Very disappointed, won’t bother again. This has put us off eating in the restaurant.
