Food was ok thou I think a lot of corners have been cut ( trying to save money) but after my dinner I went to the bathroom, it was not clean , walls , sinks and floors all need attention

Fabulous food. The best jalfrezi I’ve had for many, many years and the naga curry was absolutely delicious. View from outside, lighting and decor might make you think you’re heading in for something basic - but the dishes are really quite special. I’ve visited hundreds of curry houses and this one makes my top 3. Lovely.

Great food and service. A wide ranging menu and staff to assist with selection. Well done - see you next time!

We came here late on Friday evening. We were both tired and just needed to eat. The restaurant was busy but they quicky found us a table. We've driven past this restaurant so many times but have never ventured in. What a treat we've been missing all these years. The staff were so friendly, they couldn't do enough for us and the food was amazing. They had so many different dishes on the menu that you don't normally find. We will definitely be going back.

This is the best Indian restaurant we’ve ever been to for takeaways or eat in. The quality of the food has always been first class and the amount you get is more than plenty. Staff are great and welcoming and the restaurant is very clean.

We went when they just opened for their sunday lunch - and the food for the buffet had just been cooked. It was good! Forget about going elsewhere for a nice sunday lunch or for curries. Its really tasty at this place & better than going to the grocery store to buy the Indian family meal!You've got all the different curries here. There were a total of 11 dishes!

Have been to this restaurant many times for the Sunday all you can eat buffet. Great value for money. Bhajis, Samosas, salad, mint sauce, chicken tikka for starters then naan bread, rice, two or three meat curries, sag alloo, veggie curry. Mixture of spices and heat. Always absolutely delicious and fantastic service. Love this place! A must go to.

On my wife's birthday I planned a visit to another restaurant in the area then found on arrival they close on Tuesdays so we went a mile down the road to the Cinnamon Bay and had a good meal and evening there. The staff were pleasant, attentive and discreet and the food was chosen from an extensive menu. Prices were a pound or two higher than competitors, but nothing dramatic.The background music - a loop of Indian sub-continent pieces - was a little annoying after a while, and is not adding much to the restaurant's ambience once there are several tables occupied.Toilets are upstairs, so difficult for guests with limited mobility.We will return at some stage - an enjoyable evening.

Nothing really to majorly fault but everything was bland tasting. Maybe with the older regulars they tone it down? but generally under seasoned and under spiced. And with prices that are too high. A basic curry rice and naan would be £15. A more ‘exotic curry’ would take this to about £18 without service. Then you add starters and poppadoms. Nearly £30 a head without drinks. For that price should be really excellent. As a business doing lots of take aways too they ought be on a very good profit margin and should do better.

Never had a bad meal here the staff are the most welcoming and always very friendly...the variety of food is great and the quality even better. Love this place!!

We have eaten at many Indians all over the world and really don't have high expectations, and then we're not disappointed. This little Indian in Hamble was so professional, clean and the staff were attentive. The quality of the veggie dishes we had was great, if not a little unfamiliar as it was from a region of India we were not familiar with. We love it when they provide a hot towel and chocolate at the end! Nice touch and pretty good value. The only slightly off putting bit was the seemingly locals bar bit you walk through to get to the restaurant, but the staff and food made up for it.

Great food, excellent price. The Sunday lunch is perfect. Great price £8.99 all you can eat. Perfect value, perfect place for lunch.

The food quality average, but well overpriced for what it was. The service attentive without being OTT. The interiror looking tatty in the bar area but OK in the restaurant area. Would I recommend it ? it is OK but nothing out out the ordinary.

When you walk in to Cinnamon Bay you’re greeted by a great atmosphere, and the smell of delicious curry. My family and I mostly get a curry from Suhel and his team each week, and they continually never fail us with their wonderful food and top service. No other Indian restaurant comes close to how fantastic Cinnamon Bay is, and we highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great curry experience.

Had a great evening with great food (the best salmon dish ever). Great service and easy parking outside. They also have a very nice mango Indian cider. Highly recommend a visit. We will be back soon.

Excellent food . This is proper traditional food just how I like it . I have read comments that the building does this place no justice. That's correct as when i saw this place from the outside I was a bit unsure as well however trust me don't let that put you off as the food is amazing . We had chicken dish lamb dish rice mix grill and all were spot on .

First visit this June and absolutely loved this place. Doesn’t look much from the outside but the food was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend and already booked to go back.

Whilst visiting Hamble Mariner we decided to opt for a takeout from here. Not sure if there are plans to regenerate this part but looks like it needs it, slightly different from just down the road, however you cant judge a book by its cover and we had already ordered to collect. Friendly staff in there, no customers though when we went. I had the tandoori chicken which was very red and not the best chicken, my boyfriend had the Jalfrazi, sauce was good flavours however again he didn’t think much to the chicken. Good mushroom rice, disappointing garlic naan. Not the worse food but certainly for us not the best Indian I have had. I would say average at best.

We hesitated before going in as it really doesn't look that good from outside, but the tables were neatly laid and all very presentable inside. Good poppadoms and chutneys to start, followed by perfectly cooked meat in various types of curries. Thoroughly enjoyable, and very reasonably priced as we paid an average of £22 per head including drinks.

Dirty resturant,poor food quality, service ok,sticky carpet flooring, filthy toilets,unhygenic, I would hate to think what the kitchen is like.

Came here on a Tuesday evening, and the food was outstanding such beautiful food...... i had the sag dhal as a side dish and it was cooked perfectly. Had a great evening here, will definitely be back ! Thank you again

Cinnamon bay used to be a bit run down with fairly average curry. Then another curry house opened (which initially I preferred). However Cinnamon bay have seriously upped their game. The interior is stylish, we chose from the chefs specials and both curries were served promptly and were delicious, beer was cold (nothing worse than Luke warm beer with curry). Meat was tender but well cooked & you could taste the spices as listed on the menu. Cinnamon bay is once again definitely the best curry in Hamble.

A group of 14 of us came here today as a random family meet up, but all wanted to finally try there Sunday Indian all you can eat buffet. For £9pp we were all extremely satisfied. Good food and service!

We are visiting Port Hamble marina so tried a local restaurant for dinner. Wow - What a fantastic find - amazing food and very reasonably priced. We felt so guilty at the amount we left, but just couldn’t eat it all - could do with a half portions menu to give the opportunity to try lots of different things.

Went for an evening meal as a family. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty but not as many vegetarian options as I am used to in an Indian. Was quite pricy too and a bit over lit for sitting having a meal .

So a wet windy Saturday Night and we rocked up here.

The Cinamon Bay is the best , Everthing is imaculatley presented ,the service is as it should be (quite rare these days) and the food is great . Not just any old curry house but well prepared tasty dishes just as described on the menue . They made us feel really welcome and even took some group photo's for us . thanks Cinamon.

I was looking for something to eat in Hamble on a Sunday after 9pm - the pubs had stopped serving. This Indian is very friendly, good attentive service and tasty food at a good price. I'd certainly visit again.

Ten cuidado con la traición, aunque no pompadoms esté incluido en el precio y casi se acumulaban al mismo precio que pagar por otra persona! En general, un buen almuerzo, no demasiado variedad que no es necesariamente malo, ya que la calidad de la comida era buena. Hubiera sido bueno saber sobre el pompadoms cuando ordene más que cuando recibimos la factura.

Llamó por mi para llevar en 630. La llamada fue contestada rápidamente y muy amablemente. La orden fue tomado y me dijo que podía recoger en 15 minutos. 3 platos por 20 libras era una ganga. Muy sabrosa y maravillosamente condimentadas nuestro pollo Jaliaya era increíble. Sin duda tienen que de nuevo y pronto.

This was our third visit to Cinnamon Bay. Extensive menu with great house specials. Restaurant has recently been refurbished and is very welcoming. Staff very courteous and friendly.Several vegan options on menu. We'll be back!

Nos encanta un curry en una noche de viernes. Hay muchos para elegir en la zona y que no había sido antes. El servicio era excelente, cada bocado un deleite. Nada demasiado pesado o grasiento. Incluso los poppadoms fueron los mejores que he comido. Elegí el mezclado de arranque y tandoori platos pato uno de los platos principales. para Mi esposa preguntó salmón fuera del menú buffet. Me dijeron que estaba bien. Las paredes necesitaba un poco de una pintura donde nos sentamos, pero aparte de eso, todo fue excelente. Muchas cosas en el menú nunca había visto antes.

This place seems to be getting better with every visit. The food is now very tasty with a good depth of lasting flavours. Self-service buffet on Sundays which is fun if you like the hussle and bussle of family company. Highly recommended.

Burnt poppadoms, chewy lamb in my dhansak, over spiced. Lots of people standing around the bar waiting for their takeaways. Over priced.shall not return.

As always our curry was beautiful I can't spell what I had but as always cooked to perfection I highly recommend this place either sit in or takeaway

Para alguien que escorias de la ropa de cama, de mesa y la calidad de la comida que me hace pensar sólo de esa persona cuando visite era para desacreditar a un gran restaurante y quizás tenía una agenda.

Hemos comido aquí varias veces y probamos numerosos platos en el menú, todos y cada uno de ellos ha sido muy bien preparado y estaba buenísimo. Bahía de canela son realmente conscientes de celiaquía y siempre para mí, sin riesgo de contaminación cruzada. El personal es muy amable y hará lo imposible para ayudar, te ofrecen un gran servicio. El restaurante, incluyendo alfombras, manteles, servilletas, etc. siempre está limpio, tiene una acogedora zona de bar que siempre está lleno mientras la gente espera para llevar. Si te apetece algo no está en el menú sólo pregunta - son muy complacientes y no salga decepcionado!

El restaurante aromas sucio, parece sucia y la alfombra está pegajosa. La decoración está gastada (la pintura rojo oscuro, luces de colores, algunos de los cuales están rotos) alfombra usando finas. Menús de laminado y sucios, servilletas y marcados. No crean el ambiente. Dicho esto, hay flores frescas en la mesa!

The best staff in Hamble, so polite and accommodating. Whether you buy take away or eat in the standards remain the same. We love this place.

Excellent food with excellent Service. Cinnamon Bay never fails to satisfy. Highly recommend. Really worth trying some of the specials if you fancy something different.

Nothing special here, the food is simple on an extensive menu. It can be a rowdy venue when the sailing crews are in and you may have to wait some time for your order.

We visited on a Wednesday evening and had the chicken dansak, tandoori chicken, pathia and korma. tasty food and good service. Only draw back was there was only two after eights with the bill and 4 people !!

We often do the Sunday buffet at Cinnamon. It has taken me out of my comfort zone by trying different dishes. Always fantastic customer service and plenty of choice of dishes to try.

A very nice Indian restaurant in Hamble. Service is fast and very friendly, dishes are a mix of traditional anglo-Currys and some different authentic Indian dishes. Large portions, and very well prepared.

The best in Hamble where i live. The only thing i like here is the Draught beer, foodwise nothing spectacular. Inside ambience needs refurbishment. Parking should not be a problem. They do takeaways as well.

We popped in here on the off chance quite late just the two of us and ordered 2 mains - one Chicken Shaslik and a Chicken Korai with a Butter Nan.

Our weekly sin is a cinnamon takeaway and eat in or take out, the food never disappoints. They are happy to make recommendations and make dishes hotter to suit your taste. Without fail a consistent favourite!

Me fue tristemente decepcionados, habiendo estado ansioso por un curry anhelado por semanas. Acercando Navidad y el viernes por la noche así que el restaurante estaba lleno, pedí pollo Jalfrezi llevar. Mi habitual es Vindaloo pero no conocer el restaurante Jalfrezi fue descrito como muy caliente y Vindaloo extremadamente caliente, así que de la experiencia me tocaba seguro para la primera orden. Mientras con ensalada, condimentos y poppadoms, el Jalfrezi era tan caliente como pollo con salsa Bisto. La calidad de la carne era buena y había unos cuantos guindillas verdes enteros pero la salsa en sí era muy suave para decir lo menos. No cabe duda de que no es muy caliente.

El curry en este lugar es increíble. Habíamos estado allí 2/3 veces este año, cada vez que no le decepcionarán.

Hicieron un Naga Curry como un especial hace como 4 años que no sea más en el menú y sin embargo es allí cuando me pide. Me encanta este lugar!

Yo le daría la comida como promedio, he tenido mejores pero también mucho peores curry. Sin embargo, lo que realmente le permite el restaurante es la decoración, que parecía desgastada. La parte de arriba wc parecía que estábamos instalados en los años 70. El servicio fue mixto. Este es, sin duda, el mejor Indian en Hamble y he comido aquí repetidamente por más de 15 años.tiene una gran variedad de platos y siempre tweek un plato a su gusto particular si se lo pides. El llevar el servicio es rápido y el buffet del domingo es una estupenda relación calidad-precio y muy buena en húmedo por la tarde.
