Third visit to eat in. Really nice service staff, excellent food. The atmosphere is a little lacking (never been in when there have been other diners - always been early/mid week. Clearly does a huge take away/delivery business. I can’t over emphasize how good the food is - really great flavours.

Lovely place to eat in or get takeaway from. Friendly trained staff and the traditional menù is so good I tend to try different meals each time and it's always top quality stuff thank you for making the place so wonderful and being in the centre of hamble lane it is close proximity and plenty of parking spaces to accomodate for everyone.

Absolutely shocking place! Ordered through deliveroo..after 2 hours of waiting and continuously being lied to, told them to cancel the order. The complete lack of customer service or even just basic manners made the experience even worse. Family of 5 with young children left hungry at 9.30pm, due to their utter incompetence

Waste of time, ordered on Deliveroo, waited two hours and nothing arrived, called restaurant and asked to cancel order, told food had just left, had been told the same on three previous calls. Lied to on multiple occasions by the manager who was apparently hand delivering food via a taxi. Total lack of professionalism, organisation and honesty.

Nice Indian restaurant with a decent menu. Food was good . We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time.

Even though I had a delivery I put 5 stars for atmosphere too as I was so impressed! Had my first meal from them last week, food was delicious! Perfect in my opinion 👌🏼 Service over the phone was top and the delivery driver was prompt and polite, can't wait to see what I'm in store for this evening... May even leave a second 5 star review! The food is just amazing and delicious 😋above all the is the customer service . They are so lovely and welcoming , very patient and always greeting you with a smile 😊 Even being so busy they always attended to us . I will recommend this place to everyone because we felt like home and the Ambience is just perfect . They allowed us to chose which table we wanted and also gave us complimentary drinks 🍹 Thanks so much Whoever the manager is , just letting you know you have a hardworking and amazing team .

Cardamom lounge has always been a great choice when you are foody & crave non-veg, beacause of variety of options with pocket friendly budget. Had a great time with delicious food. Better plan your birthday parties or family dinner here. You'll be amazed by the hospitality of the staff and atmosphere & food is worthy every penny.

Ordered through Deliveroo was told it would arrive at 20:20 called at 20:30 to ask where it was and was told it’s on its way and wouldn’t be long, finally arrived at 21:05 and they had forgotten the curry! Just been delivered chips and rice, how does an Indian forget the CURRY?!?!? Was told they would send it out to us straight away but by that time the rice & chips will be cold will NOT be ordering from here again!

I’ve been to this restaurant about five times now. The first time I noticed that the food was exceptional. Great portion size and great flavour. The service is really good. I can’t fault the food. Highly recommend the seabass. I’ll be back again.

Best Indian in Southampton. Every dish tastes amazing each time

A strange experience, we were phoned to be told we are out of the way so we need it look after the driver? We just ordered on just eat, it’s not for us to decide where they deliver or if they accept the order. So this was an odd experience, especially as we have ordered here before! Food was great so could of been an easy five star without the strange treatment!

Very disappointed in the meal we had tonight. The starter chicken tikka was nice and enjoyed this but our main meals omg very poor. Not even edible the plate was literally running of watery sauce. This put me off and went in the bin. I should of taken a photo but it made me feel sick. I look forward to my one treat after diet and hard training all week. Would I come back no sadly not.

If you want your takeaway delivered really late so the food is stone cold then this is the restaurant for you. If only they had advertised their terrible service on their website, I could have got my food elsewhere.

Awful business. Placed a order and waited nearly 2 hrs later and kept getting lied too, then after 2 hrs I asked for some money back (as an apology) they then cancelled the whole order to basically not get a bad review on Just Eat! They food was (apparently in a taxi on its way!!) Save yourself time and money and go immediately elsewhere. If that is how they treat NEW customers!!

Amazing food. I eat in this restaurant weekly. Every dish I've had has been brilliant the staff are amazing when I take my children in they go above and beyond.

Hosted my husbands 40th surprise dinner party. Wow wow wow I had an awesome experience from the first phone call I made and to all my requests being happily. Delicious food, stunning decor, music, service, friendly staff and every bit of the whole place was simply amazing… I would add a special mention to the managers Ameeta, Vaishali who were very accommodating and also Anita who happily met all our needs at the table during the entire evening..I must say myself, my hubby and all my guests were very very pleased… definitely highly recommend and looking forward to having more events in the future..Thank you ❤️

First time ordering from these guys, 8pm on a Saturday night so thought no hope. Food arrived at time stated by a well dressed guy, so the £5 tip seemed worth it! Food was piping hot (my pet hate is tepid food) and what i initially thought was quite a thin sauce turned out to be an amazing tasting accompaniment to the really tender chicken. None of the food disappointed. I usually go down the route of 4 stars as a max as there's always room to improve, but the food tonight was great and will now be my goto option when ordering takeaway in the future. Well done guys

A brilliant addition to the neighborhood! Super accomodating and friendly, combined with great food and a newly refurbished dining area. The food is brilliant, tasty, and fulfilling.

Had 5 takeaways and 1 sit in meal. Always amazing! Big portions and super tasty. Friendly staff. Going again this Saturday instead of watching England v Ukraine, that's how good it is!
