Oh wow! What an incredible menu and the service was absolutely phenomenal. The food was out of this world. It was fresh and the flavours were absolutely exquisite well worth the visit.

We turned up without booking a table because we hadn't planned on eating out, but decided to go and see if they had a space for us as a family of four. It was a very busy restaurant and we were so happy when they said that they'd get a table for us! I'd thoroughly recommend booking before you go. All the customers were looking very satisfied with their food, including us and it was the best Lamb tikka I've ever had. The staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble and very accommodating with my food allergies. We had an amazing time there and will definitely go again soon!

If you are looking for great food with a fantastic welcome you can’t go wrong at Kurtis, Kamal and Shumon always welcome you with a huge smile and warm greetings. There is great menu to chose from with all tastes covered. If you love a full flavour dish you won’t be disappointed with the Chicken Mirch Moshla.

A very please place to eat, the food was lovely and the staff very polite & professional They brought a birthday cake out for my daughter which was so sweet and now they have opened in the day a placed called the hub lounge so a great place for a snack cake coffee or tea

Very good food. Decent sized portions. Adds up to pretty good value for money in my book. The Goan fish curry is good. The fish is cod. Not my personal favourite fish but it was cooked very nicely and I enjoyed the sauce. I was very pleased to see a good amount of fish. Not the cheapest curry house in the area but worth paying that little extra for the quality.

Booked a table for 13 for my birthday, we were greeted very well, sat in a nice area. Drinks ordered delivered promptly, as was the food which was excellent, all 13 meals were hot, and delicious, I couldn't eat all mine so was put in a box for me. And after dinner, they surprised me with a cake, candle lit and sang happy birthday, with no prompting from us at their own expense. Thank you Kutis, you were excellent.

Always amazing food but i do always have an issue with the menu and the dietary requirements labelling. I’m vegan and altho there is a vegan menu i don’t think it lists all the vegan items on the menu. I have also discovered that not all the items containing dairy are labelled as such. for example the vegetable korma has no “(d)” but clearly has lumps of cheese in it, which i’m sure is very tasty but not what i was expecting and worries me as to what else is labelled incorrectly. i would love if i could rely on the menu.

Brought a takeaway for my Mums birthday, first takeaway from here and overall was very pleased. Food was ready for collection and the staff were friendly. The only knockdown was for their onion bhajis, they tasted chewy and not very fresh. Everything else was very good. More expensive then other places as well.

Good food. Vastly over priced. Shocked at cost. Knew what we wanted so never looked at menu. Got charged 14.95 for a take away korma. Should have just left.

Use this restaurant for a takeaway treat about once a month. Saturday 23rd March ordered at around 5:30 to avoid the “evening rush”. Told it would be 60 minutes, turned up 90 minutes later and cold. Temp probe in the chicken dishes 36 and 39 degrees. Phoned to tell them and although they offered us to re cook the order, we had waited so long, the quickest option (now their kitchen would be in full service) was to heat it up in our oven. Sort of defeats the object of having a takeaway delivered! We were offered a refund of 20% which is reasonable, until they said fine, put the phone down and the card used isn’t saved on their app. Sad really because they have always been okay, but sharp response to a complaint and not resolving the offered refund before putting phone down is just poor and rude. Lost an occasional customer of 2 years plus.

Vile customer service. Rude waiter with no manors. Ruined our experience. Will not be eating here again. And strongly advise against it. An embarrassment to the hospitality sector.

We had an amazing time here for Sunday lunch. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Manager went above and beyond to make us welcome and helped us choose our meals ☺️🫶

Excellent sit-in meal with family. The quality and tenderness of the lamb in the Chettinad was (as is always the case) superb, as were all of the ingredients in our various mains, rices, naans and sides that we had, and this is why we always come back to Kuti's in Fair Oak for a takeaway or sit-in as, even though the service might occasionally dip, the food never lets us down. I've dropped a star this time as the pre-plated Shaslik should have been hotter and the requested lime pickle with our papadums didn't turn up, but we all enjoyed our meals very much.

Usually when I come here the service is great but last night I arrived with my party of 7 for my 9pm booking and was made to wait 40 minutes to be seated, when finally seated under a light that kept flickering and turning off i placed my order only to wait 20 minutes to then be told that my order has not gone through and I needed to order again. Finally when I get my order my table was missing 5 portions of rice , a curry and 2 nan breads. Had to send back a nan bread that had clearly not been cooked. By the time our food had come it was 10:30 and all they were interested in was if we “were finished yet” so they could close the restaurant. Complained to the manager after this and received 10% discount?

I always though that the Noorani had a good reputation in the past and Kuti’s in Southampton used to be a favourite back in the day, so I had expectations of a good curry on my first ever dinner there in December 2023. However I was very disappointed with my curry but put it down to my choice as it was not my usual favourite and I wished I’d gone for what I know and always like. So on this second visit my friend and I both chose our favourite dish - chicken tikka makhani. I had a starter of boona prawn with a puri, my friend had onion bhaji. The puri I’d expected to be light and fluffy turned up solid and soggy, although the prawns tasted okay. My friend didn’t have a complaint about her starter. We both close chicken tikka based on the description of it being cooked in a creamy sauce but when it arrived there was no evidence of it being cooked with any cream. It was mild, yes, but certainly not creamy. There was no effort made with presentation or garnish - fresh chopped coriander, a drizzle of cream, some toasted almonds to make it look more interesting, and the pilau rice was very plain - once again no effort made with presentation. A supermarket curry would have been more enjoyable and a great deal cheaper. The portion size was generous but I’d rather have had less and better quality. The food certainly didn’t live up to its menu description. The waiting staff were hovering all the time as if they wanted us to go so they could close! This restaurant seriously needs to up its game and I won’t be going again.

I have just check in here and still the best . I have been to afew curry houses but this one has an interst in making sure you have a good tasting good quillaty curry everytime with excellent service. Just what you need after a hard days work or treat for family. Cant put 6 ⭐ but this is it worth a long drive for.

We have been going here for years, but what a change in December, staff abrupt, long wait for food and drinks despite only 4 other tables being used. I have never seen it like this on a Saturday night before, our friends said we won't come here again. Whatever has happened.

I called up this evening to book a table for 6 for 9.30/45pm however I was advised that we needed to be out by 10.30pm. Even though the restaurant closing time states 11.30pm. Such a great shame as the gentleman on the phone was quite rude and clearly was not interested our custom.

Whilst the food was quite nice, I don't like being asked what I want to drink and how many poppodums I'd like before I'd barely sat down! Also I object to being asked if I want another drink when I have only drunk half of what I've already got! I was charged more than stated on the menu for a few items. I should have challenged it but wanted to get out.

Visited with family. Food was good but not exceptional in my opinion. Staff were polite but drink service was slow, restaurant when we went on a week day evening was not over busy. To sum up a normal indian meal average priced, I would go back if in area.

Always an excellent meal here, we've been quite a few times now and the food is always very good, with fantastic service. The place has a lovely setting and atmosphere. Especially recommend the Green Chilli Paneer (starter, although we have it as a side dish), Tamarind Chicken Curry (main) and Keema Rice. Drinks wise the Malabar Blond IPA on tap is a firm favourite. There's some great desserts available too, which is rare for a curry house, but we're yet to try any as we're always too full up on the delicious mains and sides!

Came back again for a takeaway, we had friends round and the food order was split between Kurtis and a Chinese takeaway. We phoned the Chinese through but walked into Kutis and ordered. We explained and they took this as a challenge to beat the Chinese...... They won as we had to wait 5 mins to collect the Chinese. The food quality was impeccable.

First time eating here and won’t be doing it again. Booked a table using their website and it allowed us to book a table at 21:45 on a Saturday night , turned up ten minutes early , first thing rude waiter says is “we close at 22:30 so you will have to be quick “ nice greeting when walking into a new restaurant that allowed us to book a late sitting , anyway ordered a lamb Thali and a chicken thali , which is supposed to be 4 different curry’s som rice and a bread . What turned up was 4 tiny bowls of basically the same curry (one was just the same as the others but really sweet like they had added tonnes of sugar to it ) the naan bread was covered in butter to the point it was dripping off , they didn’t even give us menus when sitting us down , we had to chase for these , all in all very average curry, no variety , greesy , and tiny portions , will defo not visit here again

First time me and my husband have visited and we enjoyed our Sunday evening buffet. Great selection of food, food tasted lovely and the customer service was brilliant too. Would recommend.

Kamal and the team catered for a garden party at home for 40+ people. The choice of dishes, suggested and agreed with Kamal, were outstanding and genuinely were commented on by all our guests. The best testimony we can provide is that I’ve had more than a dozen messages this morning (the actual morning after the night before) praising the food in particular and asking if we can organise a sit down soon at the restaurant. We visited on easter Saturday with family with no other options. Food is okay, service is good but had problem with the billing. We ordered a Kid meal of Chicken Koorma with rice which was about 6£+ in the menu. But we got billed 10 £+. When i inquired, the first person mentioned they added rice for the koorma but the menu clearly mentioned rice included in the item. I didn’t want to argue and spoil the perfect day so went with the payment. Before leaving i inquired with another again and this time they mentioned their menu price is not updated and they took the system price. Mistakes do happen, i wish they could have corrected the billing instead they gave absurd reasons . I would recommend anyone visiting this place to validate your bill before paying them.

I really hate giving bad reviews but I felt I had to give an honest review of Kutis fair oak. First of all I was really disappointed of how little I got for my money. I spent around £45 and felt I didn’t have much to show for the money compared to other curry houses in the area. I ordered the chicken tikka korma, although the sauce was very nice, that’s pretty much all it was, there was 4 bits of chicken in the container and I’m not sure it was even tikka. I spent over £7 something on the prawn starter and it was tiny. The two cheese nann breads were cold and rock solid, we couldn’t even bite into them. In fact all of the food was stone cold apart from the small portion of chicken korma. Chips were also inedible as they were cold and rock hard. The rice was cold and dry. Poor food quality for such a price. I was incredibly disappointed in this takeaway meal. I came to the restaurant years ago and thought it was lovely, looks like the food quality has gone downhill with a very big price hike.

The worst meal I have ever had second time of purchasing this meal; what I got wasn’t the same as what I got the first time, I ordered this. There was butternut squash only some kind of potato tasting stuff with onions this time a completely different meal this time with no onions no taste of spices just blend but with a lot of stuff that appeared to resemble carrots, but didn’t taste anything like carrots. Garlic Naan x 1£3.35 Chana Butternut Squash x 1£9.40 Vegetable Samosa x 1£4.45 Total£17.20 Therefore a complete waste of my money and petrol driving to this restaurant. The food that they just dish out which never resembles anything like what is described on their menu isn’t fit to feed a DOG!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Avoid like the plauge! Went In Saturday evening with my family, to be sat waiting for our starters for an hour and 15 minutes!! Other customers came in after us and had there food after a short wait. Spoke to the owner kamille, which was no help at all as problem not solved. So we walked out!!! And won't be returning. Is the beginning of the end for kutis fair oak???

Picked up a chicken dhansak which was really runny and greasy and tasted nothing like dhansak. Don’t bother, go elsewhere!

Everywhere I go I like to try different Indian restaurants. I think I have found the best I have ever tasted. I had the Garlic Chilli Chicken and there were so many flavours. If you in the area I would give them a go!!

We had previously only had a takeaway from Kuti Noorani, as we moved to the area during lockdown 3. Food was good, price was premium. So on the off chance we booked a table for a saturday evening, for 4 adults. This would have been their last sitting, around 9.30. From the minute we sat down, we were repeatedly told that they closed at 11. Fair enough, point taken. But at each point someone then came to our table, we were reminded of this. And it just go worse. As for the food - they must have changed their chef as every single main course we ordered was very heavy on tomatoes (despite all being completely different dishes) with the only variant being the level of heat and protein included. All in all a very disappointing and unwelcoming experience. And all for over £160. We won't return - there is an amazing indian restaurant with superb food and welcoming staff in Eastleigh, that will be our go to from now on. We arrived there at almost 10.30 one night on the off chance that we could get a quick meal - they welcomed us in and allowed us to still enjoy our meal without feeling rushed and unwelcome. Take note Kuti Noorani!! The Kuti brand (if this is part of the chain) was once seen as a high end dining experience - not in Fair Oak, I would have got better service at a drive through fast food outlet than this. Avoid at all costs - takeaway Indian oulets in Fair Oak offer much superior food.

Ordered a meal for one, delivery. Delivery turned up on the hour, which was absolutely great. The food was hot too and the poppadoms were fresh. I ordered a chicken tikka vindaloo, mushroom rice and garlic Nann. The rice was ok, not too many mushrooms...

We went to Kuties Noorani at Fair Oak for my wife's 70th birthday meal. Quite a simple choice but a good one. We went on a Thursday evening, the restaurant was not very busy. The service we received from the staff was 1st class. 3...

Used to come here for every birthday and anniversary but not any more. Service was so slow, naan bread had raw garlic and was cold, wrong dish served and replacement tasted like plastic. Young waiter was very dismissive of the issues. Very poor.

Food was nice but it was busy and it took a while to get our meal, the order for which wasn't taken until after we had eaten our poppadoms.

We celebrated our sons 10th Birthday at Kutis on Saturday lunchtime and had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and full of flavour. The staff were welcoming and friendly and surprised the birthday boy with a cake a rendition of happy birthday at the end of the meal, it made his day!
